**What do you like best about SoftClinic Patient Portal?**

Product is economically priced and service is excellent.Outdoor Patient Department,patients data and appointment arrangements are well arranged and makes it easy for secretaries to coordinate big number of patients.

**What do you dislike about SoftClinic Patient Portal?**

The software shuts down automatically if not used for  longer period and this requires it to be restarted which is time consuming.

**Recommendations to others considering SoftClinic Patient Portal:**

The software is excellent It solves the hospital requirement and keep patient intact.It also user friendly and  has good features like multi-user facility and regional language facility to provide prescriptions and advice which are very useful and in highly recommend to any hospital looking for the best ever medical software.

**What problems is SoftClinic Patient Portal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making appointment to patients, keeping patients records at  outpatient department and inpatient department. Integrating laboratory and pharmacy, I also engage my patient by sending them sms and catering my inventory of the hospital.

**What do you like best about SoftClinic Patient Portal?**

Has high security as patient individually connect to his/her physician directly using unique ID verification password.It has increased patient freedom with the Doctor as most of my patients are free to share anything they may be experiencing due to increased privacy. Very safe and efficient.

**What do you dislike about SoftClinic Patient Portal?**

Extra cost is added due to the tailored client usage making the software to be expensive.

**Recommendations to others considering SoftClinic Patient Portal:**

10/10 recommendation as privacy has vital role in elimination of stigma  based infections.

**What problems is SoftClinic Patient Portal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Has helped in elimination of private infections as patient is free to address anything to his/her physician without fear. Has enhanced delivery of quality service to patients as contact between physician and patient is increased.
