What do you like best about SocialPilot?

Social Pilot is great for all the tools you need. Scheduling posts in advance, viewing posts on a calendar, seeing analytics, collaborating with clients, and providing a usable experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

What I dislike about Social Pilot is the confusing web experience. I wish there were a home dashboard to view things like upcoming posts or analytics; however, you must select the specific page first to view anything. It lacks a central spot to make the experience more streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

The draft posts are not as easy to use as they should be.

The qualifications for each platform of post should be easily visible. At times I have to go figure out why i cant cross post something instead of the offending element being highlighted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate your feedback on the draft posts and the visibility of qualifications for each platform. We've actually enhanced our Draft feature by adding the "Save Draft with Date" feature to make it more user-friendly for collaboration. Regarding the qualifications for each platform, we do have messages popping up when something doesn't fit a particular platform's qualifier.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

SocialPilot cuts down the time it takes to post on social media. It would take hours to post one post to over 15 accounts. With SocialPilot it only takes five minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

Because of Facebook's privacy policies, I am unable to post directly to Facebook profiles. The same restrictions apply to posting on TikTok. Sometimes glitches when uploading media. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

SocialPilot makes it extremely easy to cross post over various platforms and adjust timing. With posting over 50 different pieces of content a week, I find SocialPilot extremely easy to use and easy to plan out campaigns and review my month ahead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

The thing I dislike most about social pilot is the inability to tag organizations within scheduled posts. If I need to tag somebody or something on linkedin, I need to go to LinkedIn and post at the exact time I want the post to go up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With competitors, I found that the price was a significant issue for my organization. We were either priced out of packages, or we needed to add on bonus pieces to get the content we needed.
