I love that I can schedule several posts at once and click to reshare a post. SocialPilot is very user-friendly and has a nice, clean look. In comparison to other companies, I found this platform easier to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, I cannot think of anything substantial that I dislike. I did sign up for an orientation in the beginning and logged on for the session, and I'm not sure if I didn't give the person enough time or if they never showed up. The time difference is most likely an issue. I am in the US. I have not needed to reach out for support, so I am unsure about customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I used Hootsuite for years. Unfortunately, the pricing has become too high for a small business like mine, so I did some research and found Social Pilot. It has most of the same features as Hootsuite and makes posting to my client's website easy. The interface is pretty intuitive, and it wasn't difficult to set up. If Hootsuite's rates are too high for you, this is a great alternative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Something I like the most about Social Pilot is the ability to look at my various clients on one page. Through the calendar feature, I can see what is scheduled on which website with which client which gives me an overview for the day, so I know what is meant to post, if there are any issues, or if there are changes needed in order to post. What I dislike about Social Pilot is the lack of engagement ability through the platform. I love the ability of postings on the platform, but wish I could engage back with followers, and see how much engagement and interaction each post has gained directly from the platform. Scheduling of posts across platforms is of course a top feature we use. Reporting is also fairly good - it lets us download a report that we can send directly to clients and includes top posts, shares, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It promotes team features, but in reality, it is not a useful feature. While my team can draft a post and send to the client for review, the system does not allow another team member (manager) to review and edit drafts. It also does not let the manager see what posts are scheduled. So while I can add team members to the account, it's pretty useless.
Another annoyance is that certain reports only go back for 7 days of data (on Instagram at least). You can't see analytics for stories past that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Social Pilot is easy to use. It allows the user to manage their time updating social media by scheduling their posts to various accounts. It is easy to keep track of posts, and also, the insights are great too. I will take a day and schedule all of my posts for a couple of months at one time, then all I have to do is supplement the posts with time-sensitive information. That way, my social media accounts are in a state of being constantly updated, and not going stale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's not a lot to complain about with Social Pilot. It is a robust platform - so if I had to pick something, it's that I don't take advantage of all that it offers - and that's a user thing and not a software thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No errors occurring.
Made simple and user-friendly.
Many different social media connections that others don't support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Non so far.
We got it because we disliked SocialHub. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lean and simple-to-use interface. The various packages offer good amounts of social media account connections. Team members are easy to add and manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Having moved from Hootsuite due to significant price increase, I do compare Social Pilot to this platform. Hootsuite offers much more detailed reporting and does not need a mobile device to publish certain Instagram posts.
It would also be useful to have a listening dashboard like Hootsuite to be able to view selected social media accounts and Twitter lists. Hootsuite does everything were as Social Pilot does the essentials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best feature of the app is direct posting across social media platforms.
Plus, the new AI assistant can be magical and inspiring - sometimes it beats me and sometimes I beat it with the copy for posting. It's a great barometer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the posting/create posts/drafts menu was a little easier to use and one less click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how easy it is to use, add team members, add clients, and monitor posts that are scheduled. I also review posts that were already delivered and create groups to send the same message out across multiple platforms. I have 3 team members and 9 clients on this tool. I haven't found any downsides and I have been using them for about two years. I continue to add and replace clients as needed and even use it for my own company's social media pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very simple and organized. As a social media manager/freelancer it has everything I need, and it is at a good price in comparison to other tools. I also enjoy the Canva integration and social inbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not many other third-party applications other than Canva, and lacks some more advanced new features. Delay on updates (for example LinkedIn carousel) compared to competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
