It's also great we are able to download PDF and CSV reports to see the granular data as to how the campaign is performing in greater depth. **What do you dislike about Gaia?** The campaign creation with AI aspect sometimes doesn't interpret things quite right, but provides an interesting feature which I'm sure will continue to improve. **What problems is Gaia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gaia helps us increase exposure for job postings and see how different media perform, allowing for easy comparison to see what is and is not working well. While it performs well on social channels, having access to more localized platforms could enhance targeting even further. We rebranded in 2022 moving away from an established identity to an untested one and a fear in the business was we wouldn't be recognised in the markets we operate in and talent is one of those. I have worked with socially recruited in various forms over a number of years and honestly, they never fail to impress! Great tech base and always quick to adapt! it's been incredible to watch them grow from strength to strength. Their consolidate platform is super easy to use and also makes things super accessible. Due to their consolidated tech platform, it makes integrating all of your channels in one place super easy and convenient. Being able to see everything in one place whenever you want is also a huge benefit as this means you can check on this monthly and weekly. All of this coupled with the team that help support across all platforms and channels really does make this an exceptional company. Finally, it could be easier to set up and get going i've been invovled with several implementations and this by far was the easiest! **What do you dislike about Gaia?** The fact they weren't around sooner!
