I like that you can quickly schedule posts on the top social platforms (I used it for Facebook and Twitter) and then see a queue of those posts. Any issues are flagged in red, but it's rare that a post does not go out as it should. You can adjust the settings so that different account users have different publishing capabilities. It has a slightly clunky interface. I wish you could just drag and drop posts to reschedule them. The general design could also use an upgrade; it looks a bit Web 1.0. - The interface looks old. I wish there was an option to more closely view published messages and queues.

- I wish it was possible to view metadata for Twitter as you can for Facebook.

- The "audience resonance" algorithm is not great and extremely random. Sometimes it actually creates problems by sending similar items out at the same time.

- I wish there was an option to window posts to optimize in batches, or set up some kind of rhythm for scheduled posts so that there is less manual work to be done. This need is something I especially notice over weekends when I need to queue a couple hundred posts across several verticals within specific time windows that are always the same — I wish that I could create a preset for scheduling posts on such a regular basis.

Social Flow is a great tool if you want to gain an understanding of your social media activity and reach. It is also a fantastic publishing tool that gives you the option to send your content at what it believes is the best time for maximum reach. It also has a mobile app, which is awesome, since social media moves to quickly.
