**What do you like best about SocialBee?**

I've spent the past couple of months trying out most of the social media schedulers out there, searching for the functionalities and automation I need. I'm trying to automate as much as possible, set up very varied categories of content, and then have those publish at specific set times and patterns. I was thrilled to find that SocialBee not only has them all, but they're setup exactly the way my brain thinks about them. It's a giant relief to have come across them.

The support resources for learning the product are excellent, and the team seems super responsive and genuinely interested in bettering the product.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

As a solo entrepreneur I was hoping for the pricing to be a bit less, but it's manageable and justifiable. I'm using the mid-tier as I want more platforms.

The service/product UI could use a bit of a refresh visually just for user pleasantness, but it's all very clear and easy to follow.

I think their visual branding could be improved, the web pages come across as a tad bit dated and not as appealing as some competitors. This of course has no bearing on the product itself.

**What problems is SocialBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compared to other social media schedulers, they use content categories extremely well, and can set specific conditions for them, such as how they're posted on each platform. As I publish very varied content, this is something I absolutely need so that I can automate as much as possible. They also make reusing old content easy which is also a must for me. It's so bad if you can't reuse all the work you've done previously, if the content has the potential to be evergreen.

The process involves categorization and scheduling. It's easy to schedule your posts with categories you create or have SocialBee create them for you.

Somewhat confusing in the beginning but SocialBee has excellent training videos to help you negotiate the processes.

Scheduling with multiple postings with accumulated content helps save time and track your social media accounts.

**What do you like best about SocialBee?**

Our favorite feature of SocialBee is the ability to re-queue our evergreen content. However, the new AI features are quickly gaining our attention and will be used to help us create content specific to each platform. The built-in image editor also speeds up our workflow by not having to go to another platform or use another tool to create customized sizes of images for each platform. When I have had an issue, SocialBee has been quick to respond and resolve.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

I would like to see a different Dashboard upon logging in that would be more helpful to my business needs and goals. Also analytics aren't available for all social meda platforms.

**What problems is SocialBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an eCommerce business, we have a lot of products. SocialBee helps us publish regularly and consistently on each product by re-queueing posts on a schedule that I have set up.

**What do you like best about SocialBee?**

We have only recently signed up with SocialBee, but so far we have found the platform and reporting very user friendly and informative. We only receive the information that is helpful; so far there has been no swamping in our inbox! The reports have helped us to determine when best to post, and has allowed us to plan out according to audience engagement.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

So far we have not had any issues that we can speak of, we have only been using the platform for a couple of months.

Using SocialBee has allowed us to better plan out our posts according to audience engagement. We can now determine timing of posts better, as well as determine the types of media that people are more likely to engage with, which will help us to drive programming.

**What do you like best about SocialBee?**

I love that I can organize my posts into categories. Everything is in one place, but structured. Also, I can re-use content, that I once created easily! Such a time-saver!
It was easy to set-up and integrate with my social media accounts, so I didn't need the help of customer support. However, I have participated in a free online workshop which I found super helpful and gave me a bunch of new content ideas!
I find it especially helpful that I can set everything up and then don't have to worry about it - it will just get posted as scheduled, no matter whether I'm sick, on vacation, busy ... Pretty awesome!

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

I don't really dislike anything. One thing that I did struggle with a bit is that it took me some time to organize my content into categories. I'm actually still working on it and in the process of figuring out what works best for me and my accounts. I find you can't just start and post - you have to put some thought into it. But then, that's the better strategy for posting on social media anyway :-) And if you have content buckets or something like that set up, then you're pretty much good to go.

Staying consistent with posting on my social media platform - and thereby helping me to stay in touch and generate new loyal customers.

**What do you like best about SocialBee?**

1) It's the only Social Media scheduler that fits with how I think about scheduling social media posts.

2) It's the only one I found that offers multiple queues (categories in SocialBee).

3) It makes it easy to cycle through evergreen content (setting the category to requeue a post).

4) The post editor offers both customizations (per Social Media channel) and variations and it will automatically cycle through the variations when it's in an evergreen category.

5) Their customer support is second to none. Very competent, supportive, and generous.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

The animation on the notifications icon in the header. It distracts me.

**What problems is SocialBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SocialBee allows me to have a mix of evergreen and share-once content. It ensures that my social media presence can run largely on autopilot (when I have filled enough queues with enough evergreen content). This allows me to focus on the share-once content, like annoucing newly published articles, commenting on current events, sharing useful articles by other people, etc.

**What do you like best about SocialBee?**

The convenience of being able to schedule content in one easy-to-use interface. The integrations are well thought out and perform well with my requirements. Finally, the innovations that keep coming from Socialbee's team show me that they are putting effort into continually making the product fresh and improved, which is huge for me. Socialbee has become a tool we use everyday and enjoy it!

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

Althought there is canva integration it only allows for one image and the editor is a little basic, kind of like a Canva lite (at least that's what I experienced the last time I used it). This area could be improved and include video options, however it is a cool feature that I'd like to see more from.

**What problems is SocialBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Social bee allows us to have an all-in-one integrated solution that makes creating and scheduling social media content a breeeze. 
We have requirements within our organization for templated social posting and it makes our job easier to execute.

**What do you like best about SocialBee?**

The evergreen posting strategy means that mutliple different content types can be scheduled, and populated in bespoke queues to be posted and reused efficiently and effectively, seamlessly managing multiple social media accounts and hundreds of posts.

Not only is scheduling posts easy, but every day, one of posts can be made efficiently, and customised for each social media platform.

Socialbee is in use daily, and without it managing mutliple social media sites would be far more difficult. Integrating and implementing it was easy and it has not failed me once.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

There are a few features that are lacking, most notable would be the ability to interrupt scheduled posting, so that an evergreen posting schedule can me maintained, but paused automatically, for a day when an alternate post needs to be scheduled which is not part of that schedule.

Additionally, some posts, can take some time to go live after the publish button is hit, but it is still reasonable considering simultaneous posting across multiple platforms.

Socialbee saves me a great deal of time and effort. 
It allows for effortless social media management and scheduling, and the content queues allow for evergreen social media strategies.
Additionally, it makes social media posting effortless, allowing for the easy posting and customisation of content across mutliple platforms seamlessly.

Social Bee is an excellent app for managing general social media posts for our different business units! It has significantly saved us time from having to log into various platforms each day. It's more affordable than many other options on the market and is very easy to set up. Highly recommend it for efficient social media management!

I wish they would stop having the "how to use" pop ups every time you log in. Other than that, it's great!

I love the customer support and all the education the team provides regarding the constant updates. I love how easy it is to upload, schedule, see my analytics, manage all my conversations across platforms and create monthly reports for my clients and myself! I don't just like Socialbee I LOVE Socialbee!

Honestly nothing, I switched from MeetEdgar where it was often difficult to upload but since switching I've had absolutely nothing I dislike!

I can finally stay consistent and present across social media track what content works best and create more of it! It's a game changer, I see triple and 4 digit increases in reach, views, engagement, and all metrics!

Social bee saves me hours every single week by automating a lot of the tasks I need to do in regards to posting and curating content. The AI featuers are really good too, and will most likely get even better. Whenever I am stuck with something the staff are always extremely helpful and responsive too.

The interface could be a bit more intuitive, it takes a while to get used to how it works and how to find things.

It automatically curates content which saves me time and effort on research. It also automatically creates content from my blog posts, again which saves me so much time and effort.

They have always been spot on both with the product and customer support.  
Easy to set up and the number of features to make posting easy and take less time out of our busy days. It integrates with all my accounts seamlesslessly and post to my specified frequency.

It is so easy to use! Setup is a breeze. I love the reminder emails to let me know when I need to refill a category. I spend LESS time now planning my social media. As someone who handles 3 different accounts for others, this is a great time-saver!

I haven't discovered any downsides yet, but I'll keep looking! LOL

I love the categories feature. It allows me to have different Queues of content to post at different times of the day across multiple platforms.

I've tried many other tools before, Edgar had categories but was very limited in functionality. AgoraPulse became really bloated and overpriced.

SocialBee has managed to do the impossible of keeping their product nice and lean, yet it's very powerful for the things I want my social media scheduler to do.

From categories, to AI assistance, to even allowing me to have multiple variations for each schedule post so that the content always feels fresh.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

I'd like to see a Tumblr integration someday.

**What problems is SocialBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bulk scheduling content in advanced while being able to organize it in a smart way using their category queues.

**What do you like best about SocialBee?**

The customer service is fantastic. They definitely understand the needs of the customer. In my case I purchased this ro bust software that does everything and qucikly realized that I was not going to be able to take advantage of all the features. I reached out to support explained my situation and without any hassle provided me with a full refund on the yearly progran that I signed up and paid for. That to me is customer service, putting the needs of the customer ahead of their pocket books.

Nothing. I just wish I had the time to learn and take advantage of the many many features this software offers. In my opinon one of the best social media platforms out there for the money.

It would have solved everything except I did not have the time to take advantage of all the features offered.

I love the ease of working virtuallly and  being able to share posts with company on here to review and collaborate. This platform also is great to view analytics and get your messages all in one place from all platforms.

The only thing I dislike about the platform is how many pop-ups there are. I understand the point of them but they are very annoying.

Social media was a monster I dread! It took so much time each month. SocailBee has finally made me organized, and thoughtful with my social media!! It has saved me at least 20 hours a month!! The bit of work to get things set up on the back end is worth it ten times over! Thank you social bee!!!

Nothing I have found so far. I am waffling as for some reason (very annoying) there is a certainly number of characters I have add!!

**What do you like best about SocialBee?**

The whole system is fantastic. I like the user interface, I like the AI integration, I like how systematic the whole app. I used to do the same logic behind posting but on paper, than I went and used another automatisation software. When I found SocialBee I was schocked how great is and systematic and logical. I just love it, i wont use anything else, never ever. Customer support is suberb(ee) as well!

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

Sometimes you can't post IG post and reels at the same time, and there are pop ups to rate different part of socialbee pages which can be annoying sometimes.

**What problems is SocialBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automatisation, and no need to think about even the schedule, becuase I setup different post categories, just create reels/post for that categories, and the app automatically post based on the categories. That's epic, I never seen anything like that before.

It is easy to setup and has very wise integration and makes the mystery of social media way less annoying! Customer support and service is excellent. I use service often and it is so useful and easy to implement things! The amount of things you can do to help your social media account is vast! The people at social bee are wonderful and amazing!

It is great and you feel compelled to learn all it has to offer it is so terrific. Really stellar!

It simplifies posting times - i have integration like shortening urls and other handy features, My favorite is the pain concierge service - the call your concierge a bee and they have been stellar. Being part of a hive and making the world a better place is pretty awesome and helpful!

**What do you like best about SocialBee?**

Compared to the (many) other social media schedulers I've tried, it's the best balance of price and features.
The UI takes some getting used to, but the company has excellent video tutorials on YouTube and the web.
Customer Support constists of actual live human beings.  Not only that, they're easy to contact, quick to respond, and offer knowledgable, clear solutions.
It was easy to get started and I use it every day.

Some screens are not lightening fast (although I wouldn't call them slow).
I've experienced a few glitches, but nothing game breaking.
It would be nice to be able to have categories cycle through difference time slots to reach different time zones.

It has been really useful as a way of posting and easily reposting plus receiving alerts re pre-planned profile posting, just as I hoped. I've been on Socialbee since 2018. No other platform I'm aware of gives uses such powerful scheduling features. I use the platform weekly, even multiple times/week.

It's pretty easy to set up and onboarding is effective.

Yes, you can draft and customize your posts, with integrations to content creation platforms like Canva or Unsplash. But the real power of Socialbee is your ability to create multiple content queues across all of your social accounts so you can adjust the frequency of your posts on a platform by platform basis. 

You can also randomize your feed across posting times and social platforms, so that your audience never feels like you're giving them the same content over and over.

Customer support has been excellent overall.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

No mobile app for overall operations. (There is a mobile app to help with Facebook posting, but I find it unhelpful).
Web UI is somewhat responsive, but it's not really possible to effectively manage the platform on mobile.

Organizing and storing content for social media across Facebook, Twitter(X), Instagram, LinkedIn, and  Youtube. Categorizing content in queues to be scheduled and published according to my schedule.

The customer service from SocialBee is amazing. I actually switched from a different scheduling platform as I had some issues and they had no customer service team to help. Being able to book a call to go through the platform or send an email with any issues I'm having and have a response in good timing is extremely important to me as a customer. In addition SocialBee really helped me when I told them I was a startup business and I didn't have a lot of money to spend. They offered me a discount code to get started so I didn't feel under pressure. As a small business owner this gesture meant a lot. In addition to the customer service the actual platform is really good, it has great  integrations like Canva and hosts all major social media platforms. I really like that you can save hashtags and use AI to help with generating content captions, it really makes my job a lot easier. 
It's also really easy to navigate too. The reporting and analytics features are also really good. As a social media manager I rely on detailed reports so I can adjust strategies for my clients. The reports that you can produce from SocialBee are really good and very detailed.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

So far I haven't as many issues or dislikes from using SocialBee, any issues I did have were really quickly helped through their amazing customer service and support team

Scheduling content in bulk for a week or two for a client is really important. Taking time to individually go in at a specific time of day and put content out for several clients is a lot of work. Especially if I'm busy doing other stuff from my business at that time. SocialBee allows me to schedule the content ahead of time making my job a lot easier. It also helps with streamlining certain aspects like saving my hashtags, allowing me to categorise the content I'm posting for reports and AI assistance with writing post content.
In addition SocialBee provides me with detailed analytics so I can use these insights to adjust my stategys for businesses im working with.

I love how easy it is to build a content schedule for your social media from popular website RSS feeds. Over the years I have created a lot of automated and relevant content for my Twitter (as it was known) account as well as for Facebook. The integrations for Instagram and LinkedIn are excellent as well. Content plans are very easy to setup as are the social media network integrations. Being able to easily pause a schedule is another excellent feature.

I wish it was easier to remove chunks of proposed content from RSS feeds that generate content at a much faster rate than I might schedule posts. Sometimes I discover that my RSS schedule fills up for this reason.

I tried a competitor before discovering Social Bee, I was amazed at how all social bees processed were logical and linked. I really liked that they let you set up a schedule with RSS feeds on one day, and grabbing other peoples articles on another day "All on Auto" .  The fact that i could re0use the same hard earned material , and simple rewrite the title etc all in the same spae of creation was awesome.  I basically spent about 14 days creating all the materials, videos post, etc for 30 days .. Then I spend 4-5 days getting 5 types of post in 5 different SM platforms, and then set them up to change after tiel etc. for the next month post, and choose the option that once the 90 days cycle was done to stat over.. Basically I created and placed a years worth of work in 20 or so days and its posting on auto-pilot. amazing system. amd good training for the seprate subject matters

Althought the individual modules for learning the function were good, i found no video that described the necessaary steps in the best order to do what i did.  There was a noticable lack of direction and best order to do things in for best results and logical process. if it was there , then i must a missed it. Would definitely reccomend it.

The fact that you can categorize your posts in folders makes it so easy to edit them as links, etc. change.  Since you can schedule and re-schedule posts it makes it simple to get your social media set up and if you have to ignore it for a few days, it's not a big deal.  I preloaded hundreds of evergreen posts and so now other than adding fresh content, I know my SM is covered.   I have used several different companies for this in the past and Socialbee has been by far the most versatile and user friendly.  I would have a panic attack if they ever went out of business.

The only bad part about Socialbee is not their fault, it's that Instagram demands you post from the phone.  So it's not always seamless to post reels.  But Socialbee tries as hard as they can to help you make these posts from your phone via their app.

Pretty easy to use... has a few quraks like many of these programs but it was one that seemed to have the least and worked better than all others. Also gave a wide varity of social media options to have in your account.  Posting is easy and works pretty well. And support staff is there too.

It for sure has some odd quarls that happen but as you use it you learn work aorunds. I do have a little trouble adding tags in FB sometimes but other times it is easy as can be.  that is my biggest disappointment so far but I am rural and have very weak interent so I think that might be my reason for the issue sometimes.  

Will takea bit to learn the ins and outs but again was the best of all programs I tested and the vlaue was there for sure.

I've been using SocialBee for several years since purchasing an intro bundle on AppSumo.

SocialBee is awesome for managing my social media - a job I hate. I can create queues of various types of content. Memes, Engagement questions, my content. I can segregate my content by topic - Summer vs Christmas so I'm not sharing out of season. 

It is easy to set a pattern to post the Memes at 8p every day, the questions at 11a, Content group A at 9am, Content Group B at 2p. It takes about two hours to adjust my schedule for the week, and add content to the queue. Most of that is finding the memes and questions for the week!

The addition of AI for generating captions - or engagement questions is great.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

I wish I could set a post to move to draft at a certain date. I can set it to expire, but that deletes it. With setting to draft, it will be there and ready to turn on again next year.

The queue ordering for a category with a mix of new content and saved content is hard to control. Sometimes I want to do two new posts, then a specific older piece of content. Alternatively, being able to set that I want post X to be the one shared for category Y on date Z would be helpful.

The AI for images can still use work - but that is fairly typical of AI generated images.

Provides one stop location to schedule my posts to Facebook & Instagram. The use of queues is much better than manually scheduling content for each day.

I like how you can categorize posts into folders and then associate them with each day. The way you can systemize scheduling with Socialbee is amazing. You can even set up automatic archiving of a post after a certain date or after posting it a chosen number of times. Another feature I appreciate is the analytics. I can easily see photos with the least and most engagement.

The implementation was very easy, and I have been using SocialBee daily for more than a year.

SocialBee allows me to connect multiple accounts grouped by workspaces to schedule social media posts. What really makes it valuable to me is ability to re-queue the posts based on time or number of shares. I create a post, and it will be re-posted on the schedule I set up on autopilot over and over again. The same pieces of content get new retweets, shares, and comments, over and over again. It helps grow the following and engage them.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

The only issue I have is the lack of Mastodon support. It's part of the feature requests, but it hasn't been prioritized. Also, due to Twitter API limitations, Twitter analytics no longer work in SocialBee. Not their fault though.

It allows to me to schedule and re-schedule content on autopilot for X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social networks. It saves a ton of time and helps engage users.

SocialBee lets you organize your social posts into categories that you create however you like and then you can create a calendar based on when you want to post from each category. This is super helpful to me as I can easily switch what topics get more attention at any given time from the calendar and don't need to check post by post, day by day like some other scheduling apps.

I think the UI could look better but that is more of an aesthetic issue. I'd also like to be able to create different calendars and switch them out as needed.

SocialBee helps me organize content by themes and categories, which makes way more sense to me than organizing by date. I can quickly and clearly see what types of content by category/theme is getting posted and how often. If I want to change the calendar to focus on different content types I can easily do it in a few clicks. Way quicker than others social scheduling. Particularly useful with clients who depend on a lot of evergreen content that goes up multiple times through a quarter.

**What do you like best about SocialBee?**

I have been using SocialBee since it started and have found they are always adding more value on a monthly basis. From their new AI integrations for creating content to their robust integrations with other tools you will find this platform amazing if you are doing social media management for clients. I have even used their Conceirge services as well in the past and those are definetly valuable for new clients who don't have content and you want to get some things started with.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

There really isn't a lot I dislike about the service other than that you have to re-connect accounts every so often, but i think this comes down more to the social channel credentials and limits they have for integrators.

SocialBee provides a great platform overall with amazing features for agencies looking to manage their client work in a great platform.

**What do you like best about SocialBee?**

The question is, what is there not to like about SocialBee? What I like about SocialBee is that it is easy to use and can integrate, communicate, and model 99% of tasks that you have to do with Social Media and then some. I can edit photos while posting on the fly, I can add multiple photos within one post with many variations. Not to mention all of your social media accounts. Also, they have a lifetime option promotion that will blow your socks off because it also includes an education learning library and a host of extras.
A beginner can implement the use of this platform easily, there are no limits on the frequency of use which is a huge benefit.
The support is amazingly responsive. I have not even tipped the iceberg of what this platform can really do for your business is unreal. Don't take my word for it try it out to see for yourself.

Social bee solves my Social platform communication engagement from various social media accounts all in one place. It automatically configures my post to each social media account's requirements. Now I do not have to log in to each account, app post, or respond to messages mentions, or comments separately. A huge money and time saver period.

Socialbee is perfect for our business. Saves a ton of time and really helps to keep us organized so our posting show up at the correct time with the perfect subject.  The calendar and folders really help.  Works great on all social platforms.  Customer service is top of the line too.  Super easy to implement. We use it daily as it was easy to set up with ease of intergration.

Would be great if they had product tagging in Instagram.
