"Effortless Scheduling with a User-Friendly Interface"
What do you like best about Social Places?

I really appreciate the ease of the interface in Social Places. It's easy to navigate and isn't complex to use. I also find it very convenient for scheduling content, as I'm able to quickly schedule and get approval on posts without having to do one for each store, which is great when multiple stores are getting the same content. The initial setup was very easy, as the team set it up for us and we just had to join. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with its functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Social Places?

I like the user-friendliness of Social Places. It's great that it never has issues, and I find it really helpful that all my clients are in one place on one dashboard. Also, the initial setup was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Social Places?

I don't like that I can't see the month's scheduled calendar in one place and schedule from there. I'd love to be able to schedule directly from the calendar view, clone posts without changing the clients, and have a less busy dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Social Places?

This platform truly covers it all with its comprehensive features, including Listings Management, Listening, AI-powered Omni-Channel Reputation CRM, Local Content Scheduling, Bookings, and AdTech.

The deployment and rollout are incredibly smooth, and the best part is that the entire process is fully managed, which lifts a significant burden off our team.

Additionally, their aftersales support and account management team is exceptional, always going above and beyond to assist us.

Always happy to advise and assist with issues - even if the issue isn't necessarily in their scope. The team is always honest about their abilities and any possible limitations. Sometimes the solutions we need are not entirely met - for example with uploading of FB cover images bot being pulled through to all of our FB pages - there is room for improvement when it comes to these types of smaller requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoy social places because it brings all my reviews and ratings into one place. I don't have to keep logging into different platforms to see whats going on. Its very easy and simple to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The one part I wish social places have, is the function to integrate MrDelivery and UberEats reviews manually. This would be ideal to send out to my stores and they can see all their reviews in one report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
