So if you are a small business, they may be out of your budget. Affordability is one key concern I have with them. Our team is relatively inexperience with marketing and really needed a team to come in and provide insight into better ways to grow. The team worked right alongside of use and helped us the entire way. We were able to close a few large accounts that otherwise never would have heard of us. **What do you like best about Social Media Agency?** They continually made us this and they were fun and easy to work with. The team stayed in almost constant communication with us. What we found to be different was the insight they brought to the table. I feel like other agencies tell us what we already know and they really helped push what we knew. **What do you dislike about Social Media Agency?** They were not the least expensive option. I would say other than not being the lowest bid that we received they did everything far and beyond what our initial expectations were. **Recommendations to others considering Social Media Agency:** I would get clear on your expectations around growth and what success looks like - that helped us over time. **What problems is Social Media Agency solving and how is that benefiting you?** We worked with them to help expand our account based marketing strategy.
