**What do you like best about Social HorsePower?**

The best thing about Social HorsePower is that it makes it really easy for teams to work together on social media posts. Instead of just one person handling all the social media, everyone in the team can help share posts and spread the word about your business.

**What do you dislike about Social HorsePower?**

If you’re new to it, learning how to use all the features may take some time.
Some users might find it hard to fully customize posts or campaigns the way they want.
The cost can be high for small businesses or teams with a tight budget.

**What problems is Social HorsePower solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Social HorsePower solves the problem of getting your whole team involved in sharing your business’s social media posts. Normally, only one person or a small group handles social media, which can limit your reach. It’s also hard to keep everyone on the same page and make sure posts go out on time.

Social HP is easy to implement, use and keep employees engaged on while easily measuring the impact of the program through earned media value and site traffic.

**What do you dislike about Social HorsePower?**

All in all the tool is working great and I've referred it to multiple other marketers so I'd say I like nearly everything about it.

**What problems is Social HorsePower solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employee advocacy with the click of a button. This has improved our blog traffic by a non-trivial amount and encouraged our whole company to become better stakeholders in our content.

**What do you like best about Social HorsePower?**

Social Horse Power were very quick to respond to my questions via email. It is a large tool, so there is a learning curve and my account manager had to help me learn things she had previously trained me on. BUt she was always patient and answered all questions no matter how small.
The employees loved how easy it was use on the platform.

**What do you dislike about Social HorsePower?**

This business is still in the beginning stages of growth. But we used that to our advantage and let them know suggestions and what would work better. The account manager sent all of our suggestions to the team to figure out how to incorporate in the future.
Our company decided to discontinue use halfway through the contract due to company strategy but not anything SocialHP was doing wrong. The timing was not the best on our end but we enjoyed using it while we had permission from our leadership team.

**What problems is Social HorsePower solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SHP is helping our business get awareness in the local and specific industries by helping our employees post creative and eye-catching posts. The posts perform well and we are able to get more eyes than before on our content.
Employee advocacy is a huge one and getting people interested in working for us through others' experience.
The other huge thing was just getting the word out about our company. We have been in the local industry for a while but not many people knew exactly what we did but SocialHP helped us get the word out on what we do.

If an organization doesn't have a comparable tool and they need to boost the visibility of social media activity, this is a great product. That includes both likes and shares.

Their mobile app is getting rebooted but for the time being it didn't meet all of our needs in terms of functionality and ease of use.

SocialHP is a great tool to help get employees engaged with our company's social content. SocialHP makes it easy for  even the non-tech-savvy at the firm to easily like and share posts to their social accounts.

**What do you dislike about Social HorsePower?**

There could be some updates made to better support different types of posts, such as document posts (LinkedIn), as well as improving the functionality of video posts. These types of posts get the most engagement, therefore, firms are beginning to use them more frequently. Having no option to select the video frame nor upload a video thumbnail, it a miss. It is important to our brand that we are promoting content that is on-brand visually and portrays our people in the best light (not an unflattering mid-sentence thumbnail that is currently the only option in SocialHP).

**What problems is Social HorsePower solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SocialHP is enabling greater employee engagement with our firm's social posts. This is leading to more viewers of our content, more followers of our page and greater engagement from our audience.

**What do you like best about Social HorsePower?**

SocialHP makes it easy to distribute preapproved copy and graphics to employees, taking the guesswork out of sharing company content. Scheduling posts in advance reduces the workload for employees, and the calendar view simplifies the process. Finally, employees never lose their own voice; they can edit copy to add their perspectives and insights.

**What do you dislike about Social HorsePower?**

Editing copy from the calendar view is a two-step process. Employees drop content onto a day, but then must click to open a popup to edit copy or posting time. By default, the LinkedIn copy is shown when clicking on the calendar post unless you manually switch to another platform in the left-hand navigation. This is in contrast to the content feed view, which allows users to flip through their platforms and edit each from the same pop-up window.

Easy to upload content and different caption options, able to schedule posts for all employees or just a select few, can post to multiple channels. I also like the different views when searching through your content library. Account managers have been very responsive and helpful.

The ability to tag accounts would be nice!

Some of our employees are not very tech savvy or don't know what to post, so it's helpful to have everything outlined for them, ready to go, that represents our company and information accurately and according to our brand tone.

The calendar feature is beneficial. SocialHP allows you to schedule your posts days, weeks, and months in advance if you'd like to. This helps the account managers on our team that are not as active as they'd like to be on social media.

**What do you dislike about Social HorsePower?**

The downside is with Instagram. To schedule and post on Instagram, additional steps require the mobile application. These extra steps often confuse our sales reps, and they tend not to use it for Instagram as much if they feel it is a lot of extra effort.

**What problems is Social HorsePower solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem SocialHP is solving is that it is creating a digital asset for the new digital world. This platform has transformed the way of selling and advertising for our account managers in the easiest way imaginable.

I love how easy it is to use. The calendar function makes it especially easy to go in and plan content far in advance. Saves so much time vs. manually posting.

Occasionally the system can be a little buggy, but that has ironed out over the last few years, and the support team is prompt in solving issues.

Social HorsePower allows companies to increase their reach organically, promoting and targeting their customers. It enables individuals within the company to better and more effectively market the brand because it's not just coming from the company's branded account.

**What do you dislike about Social HorsePower?**

Social Horse Power does not have full YouTube integration and lacks mobile support. Additionally, the gamification offerings does not incentive users to continue posting regularly.

Social HorsePower made it easy to track active employees across multiple social media platforms and see their reach and engagement on posts promoting our brand, new product launches and supporting marketing campaigns.

Unfortunately, due to restrictions with certain channels’ APIs (YouTube, for example), we’re limited as far as how we’re able to integrate with them. Rest assured, though, we’re always monitoring for updates to these platforms to ensure we’re integrating as best we can.

Funny enough but I struggle a lot when it comes to content creation and creative thinking. I've tried different companies and services for my socials but I wasn't as satisfied as I am with SHP. 
I liked the way the SHP team was thinking outside of the box and the content strategy they came up with. I believe that's what my business lacked mostly.

**What do you dislike about Social HorsePower?**

At first, the development stage took a little longer than I expected. However, it was worth waiting. Overall, I couldn't say that the service had a lot of significant issues. It's not perfect but the results are what matter the most!

**What problems is Social HorsePower solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My Social media platforms were awful... My Designers and content managers that I hired were not on the same page as me. I struggled to build an online presence and develop organic traffic to my pages. SHP surprised me a lot when they showed me that it could be way easier than I originally thought it would be.

Easy to use, set it and forget it.

The tool allows you to auto-post or choose what posts to push with the ability to edit and change.

**What do you dislike about Social HorsePower?**

There is no video auto-pull feature yet but I know they are working on it and it's in their product roadmap. Overall there isn't really anything that much that I would say I disklike.

**What problems is Social HorsePower solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helped our sales team with prospecting, energized our internal recruiting efforts, and gives our employees a voice and presence on all the essential Social Media channels.

We have found the AutoPilot feature to be extremely useful to our users, many of whom do not want to log in on a regular basis. Also love the content spinner.

**What do you dislike about Social HorsePower?**

I do not find LinkedIn tagging to work well, and I wish you could share a URL when using the video upload function - when I have tried the URL does not post.

Getting our workforce more active (or active at all) on business social media, and letting us see their impact

I know how frustrating it can be when something doesn’t work as consistently as you’d like it to, but we’re always striving to update and get better. When SHP 2.0 launches in the coming weeks, you should find LinkedIn tagging to work even more consistently.

As for the URL sharing when posting a video, we’re unfortunately limited by what the various social networks’ APIs allow. Rest assured, though, we’re always looking out for updates to ensure that we’re providing the best experience possible.

Easy to use on the user-end, groups are a fun way to incentivize internal employees to share company content.

It runs pretty slow and has some kinks in updating a group's members.

It's helping us get more job applications from social media and saving us money on paid social media ads.

Random posts are sometimes scheduled at the same time.

Give it a try.  And ask questions.  Support has been amazing when we had questions.

**What problems is Social HorsePower solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've used a lot of social media tools. What sets SocialHP apart is that you can curate an entire library of content that your team can share.  I can't overstate the power of this.  Social media has a lot to do with momentum.  We've all started strong, and then things have died down after a few months.  With SocialHP, it's incredibly easy to maintain and gain more momentum.  And it can be gamified for your team -- points for likes, comments, shares.  There's a leader-board to show who has the most points.  Fun and easy way to get your entire team on the same page and up your social media  game.

It was easy to get started and have everything set up. The team was great at supporting us while we were using the software. Very responsive and easy to work with.

We didn't have the time to create all the different versions of the content to use one of the most significant benefits: the ability to mix/match graphics and copy. That was on our end, though, with staffing time.

We really enjoyed the autopilot feature - being able to program posts for our members. We've also loved the calendar feature. The calendar feature allowed employees to schedule their publications for the month really quickly using the drag and drop feature. Most of all we've appreciated the customer support, Marie our account manager is beyond amazing. She always finds solutions to any requests or issues, provides extremely quick feedback and is always available to jump on a call. Above and beyond. You can tell SocialHP want their clients to succeed with the Employee Advocacy program.

SHP has allowed our agency to automate our clients’ social posts and implement employee advocacy programs, with very minimal effort and time from the employees. With a variety of options, we can program social campaigns that are automated, yet unique and targeted to each employee’s role. Our reach is much larger than our previous follower base from our clients’ company accounts.

As an early adopter of SocialHP, the tool had some UX and analytics issues in the beginning, but the team actively is trying to remedy that and make the product better.

**What problems is Social HorsePower solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to automate our clients' social posts and get the employees actively amplifying our content. Both can be done within this one tool. 
We save time by scheduling our posts in advance. 
Our clients' employees barely have to do anything to get company posts shared on their profiles, especially if on Auto Pilot mode.

This platform has greatly allowed me to improve my brand completely. I absolutely love that I can schedule directly from social media. The forced edit feature has been a great tool for my team because it allows us to create original content. It is very important for my brand to have unique content and the software allows me to grab content directly from my YouTube channel and upload. The software is extremely user friendly and if I had any questions while in the software there is a live chat option to help respond to my questions. The customer service team assisted me promptly to help address any concerns that I may have.It was super easy to load employee calendars and customize message options. The price to use this software is super affordable for all of the expert tools that are in the platform. The functions that are included inside the software has saved me so much time including the time it use to take me to upload links, now I can easily grab the video that I want with just the click of a button.

Absolutely nothing! I wish I had of discovered this software sooner. I have not noticed any negatives with using this product. I will definitely be using this software from now on.

SocialHP has been fantastic every step of the way. To begin, no other employee advocacy software would give me the time of day because we are SMB and have only 25 employees. I am talking about you, Everyone Social, Smarp, gaggleAmp, Post Beyond - these firms would not even let me demo it! 

I am glad it did not work out because SocialHP rock! The demo was easy to get and the responsiveness of the team there was on another level! Wyane Leacock is always so helpful with any questions I have and quick to respond. Helped us connect everything we needed fo a completely hassle-free onboarding. Sarah Gretzinger helped me to write the intro emails and market the new software internally to guarantee adoption. She and Wayne even was on standby during our launch call in case there were any technical questions. 

Now onto the software itself, does everything you’d expect in an employee advocacy software - - and then some. For example, it has a leaderboard function AND a prize portal that staff can choose gifts for collecting "media points" when they like, share and comment on our company social media posts. It is so easy to load up posts by clicking and dragging preformatted templates into calendar. Another cool feature is you can add RSS feeds to share interesting content related to your industry that your prospects may like. When you share the posts it attaches your logo in the lower left of image, another great feature. UI is beautiful and intuitive. 

We want to show other industry leaders that we are excited to stand together and we are honored to be able to showcase our company and partners in a brand-new way. As an added perk for participating in this program, we have opted into the software's gamification feature. There is a leaderboard where rewards can be added to gift staff for participating in social sharing (ie, $5 Starbucks cards)

Awesome that it connects to HubSpot as well!

**What do you dislike about Social HorsePower?**

We have not found any issues using the software - staff and managers all agree it is so easy to use and effective in meeting our goals.

**Recommendations to others considering Social HorsePower:**

Go for it! You will not be dissapointed.

-	there is a feature to capture leads on social platforms

-	users can access their own individual calendar OR one person(admin) can suggest content to all users
-	users will get suggested content in their inbox, meaning they don't even have to log into the system to use it
-	there is an app they can access directly on their mobile device
-	one piece of content can be shared to ALL staff OR specific groups with the click of a button

We don’t have a big advertising budget. Solution: to grow organically, we want to encourage staff to share, like, and comment on our social posts. We get good results from social sharing using our brand account. Making it easy for an additional 25+ employees to share our content for lead gen requires low effort & low budget. It offers high odds of success, high potential impact, and high estimated ROI.

The platform is the only one I've experienced with a true white-glove experience to help all levels of employees improve their personal brand and promote their employer brand. Specifically, we love the lead generation tools available to understand who engages with posts from a company standpoint. What's not to love?! We do like that they are improving their dashboards as well as adding a chrome extention plug-in within the next quarter.

**What do you like best about Social HorsePower?**

What initially attracted me to the tool was the price, it's super affordable compared to most employee advocacy tools I've used in the past. Because of COVID-19, we had to adjust our marketing spend and software is always one of the first things to go, but this price was easy enough to start a conversation with our senior leadership.

Beyond the price, it seemed like a no-brainer to at least get a demo and see what the "never log in" mentality was all about. One of the biggest challenges we face as an organization is getting our own people on board to share the amazing content we've created. With Social HP, we have the power to schedule this content on their behalf. 

So, price, control, and customer service has all been top notch. I had a few kinks in the system and needed help with onboarding/training and Alen and his team have been incredibly helpful in making sure this program is running as smooth as possible. They are really responsive and also have a live chat feature in case you have a quick question you'd like answered ASAP.

Other things I've found helpful:

1) Members can schedule their posts in a calendar view. They can also view content is different views (grid, table, etc.)
2) Each member can manage his/her own notifications in settings 
3) You can create multiple messages and upload different images for each piece of content
4) You can schedule to multiple people's calendars at once instead of going in individually and setting a date/time. Social HP is smart enough to spread out the messages/images if you give a date range so they will be different for each person

**What do you dislike about Social HorsePower?**

At first, I wasn't sure I loved the whole "never logging in" mentality for our sales people. The whole point of employee advocacy is that it feels genuine coming from our own staff, and how genuine could it be if they weren't doing it themselves? I also didn't like the thought of owning this entirely and not continuing to educate our sales team on the value of social. 

However - Social HP has ways around this:

1) Members can have complete control over their calendar and "lock" them, which means they have full ownership of the content they are sharing
2) Members can maintain a balance between posting themselves in addition to what I've already scheduled on their calendars. They can also edit and adjust the image/language for each post to keep their own personality and tone of voice
3) Members can cruise on autopilot - this is really for those who don't have a strong social presence at all

**What problems is Social HorsePower solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We know our employee reach is 10x stronger than our own company page, but it's getting our employees to take time out of their day and share it on their own networks that we've struggled with. 

With this tool, we have the ability to enforce a 100% adoption rate and can sleep at night knowing everyone is sharing the content our marketing team worked so hard to create.

Our sales team really likes the ease of use when it comes to sharing posts and enjoy how simple they can post to their LinkedIn or schedule posts if not in SocialHP everyday. As an admin, we like that we can customize multiple messaging options for each post that have been pre-approved, keeping our employees and shared posts compliant with company regulations. Lastly, Customer Support is great, working with Alen and his team at SocialHP has been exception. If there are questions, they respond quickly and check in if there's anything they can assist with. Implementation into the system was smooth and training to a large sales force was very easy and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Social HorsePower?**

At first, I thought the LinkedIn posts weren't populating the system quick enough but then Alen showed me how an Admin can 'pull' the posts and soon after the content was populated with the LinkedIn posts.

As we continue to grow our brand awareness, SocialHP is extremely helpful with increasing the number of  views and visibility to customers. Instead of just having company posts, we are able to get our employees more involved, being able to promote and engage with the company and our target audience.

**What do you like best about Social HorsePower?**

We use SocialHP a little differently than other organizations. It provides us with everything we need to manage 200 client Facebook pages and daily posts. Better than Agorpulse, Buffer, Hootsuite. We have tried them all. Support is also outstanding! If we run into a challenge, they help us within 24 hours.

**What do you dislike about Social HorsePower?**

I think if SocialHP would take our use case and share it with others, they would see the value in using this "our way" for large agencies with over 50 clients to manage! :) This is not a dislike, it's a recommendation.

**Recommendations to others considering Social HorsePower:**

Give it a try, work with support. They are responsive. It was a little bit of set -up trial and error, but we made it work our way and we are totally happy!

**What problems is Social HorsePower solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SocialHP solves the problem that MANY large agencies have- how to cost-effectively post for more than 50 clients on Facebook (and other platforms)  5 days per week, in the same niche.  When you look at the enterprise pricing for other SAAS, it's outrageous!

**What do you like best about Social HorsePower?**

Before SocialHP, we had Marketing send around suggestions of content (own and from eg partners) by email and Slack, à la "please post this, please post that across your channels" to help with personal and company branding... Turns out, this does not happen to the desired extend ;)
Thanks to SocialHP, you can eg once a week just check in to the one place where all your suggested content is collected, and pick & schedule for the next few days what to share, and, in my eyes the best feature, even let this be done by our marketing lead!

**What do you dislike about Social HorsePower?**

There were some performance issues some time ago, but the SocialHP team constantly updates and refines the service, hence not really anything to complain at the moment.

**Recommendations to others considering Social HorsePower:**

The solution itself sometimes feels a bit "new to the market" with some rough edges, but again the team is extremely eager to improve via customer feedback. So don't consider it as "all out of the box, else I'm disappointed", but look to partner with support to help getting the solution to an even better next level. Still, it's already now a great helper for us!

**What do you like best about Social HorsePower?**

Overall: I tried this after a recommendation from a friend. After reading so many positive reviews I decided to jump in and it's been a very positive user experience. I can't speak to the benefits of long term use.

Pros: My favorite part is the reporting. It's easy to see results. I love the scheduler that allows people to post all any day or time without spending time on all different social media sites.

**What do you dislike about Social HorsePower?**

Cons: I haven't come across any cons yet after trying this out! but an add-on Linkedin connect would help.

**What problems is Social HorsePower solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are an Elearning firm so SocialHP has been helping me share more valuable content across our student network which they can reshare.

It serves as a good platform where I can find and read relevant, top-notch content, in line with my interests to be shared within our internal employee networks too.

**What do you like best about Social HorsePower?**

What I most like about SocialHP is that it immediately solved the adoption challenge we experienced with our previous vendor. We knew social amplification was important for us, but most of our employees—busy engineers and sales people—struggled to consistently use our previous [very expensive] vendor. SocialHP's "Autopilot" feature has been a game changer for us. It allows our marketing team to push content directly to our employees' feeds automatically or with single-click approval from our teams.

**What do you dislike about Social HorsePower?**

The only Con is that certain non-essential features are Beta, but the SHP team is incredibly responsive in working through any trivial bugs in the Beta features.

It was easy to integrate and allowed team members to create a consistent professional presence across multiple social media platforms with minimal effort and time commitment. It aggregates relevant content, packages it, schedules it and distributes it in only a few quick steps. Frees up our team members to focus on high pay-off activity  while SHP drives and enhances domain expertise in their communities. It's now a key piece of our digital sales and marketing program.

**What do you like best about Social HorsePower?**

One of the best features of this software has been the ability to tag content. It might sound simple, but when you’re running different campaigns which use different content types (lifestyle, news, product, price, training etc.), it makes it SO much easier to run the analytics when needed.
The product is very easy to set up, and once live it’s easy to use too. Integration with our existing process was easy, and that was mostly down to the quality of training and support from Alen and team to get us up to speed.

**What do you dislike about Social HorsePower?**

I have not experienced any downsides to using this product.

IG support is one that we’re really looking forward to. I know it’s coming though, so one of our big asks will hopefully be live as an update very soon.

**What do you like best about Social HorsePower?**

Having evaluated, and tested alternatives like Bambu and Elevate, Social HP offered the best fit for our use-case and the client success team at Social HP was hands down the best company support team I have worked with in my career. The team is extremely responsive - making alterations and customisations based on our needs, sometimes within hours. They helped us customise utm tagging in order to automate our reporting processes in data studio and provided a level of service that was unprecedented. This level of customisation and responsiveness was simply not possible with the other platforms that we considered and the ease of use of the platform resulted in greater adoption within our company.

The seamless user experience and price point, combined with probably the best customer service and onboarding I've ever experienced.

Honestly, I just dislike that we didn't discover SocialHP until this point.

**What problems is Social HorsePower solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to easily schedule and share approved content for not just myself, but for my teammates, has been a lifesaver. I was looking for a tool that could do that for us once I found out we were leaving HubSpot, and wasn't able to find any that wouldn't break the bank (marketing budgets seem to always be the first to get cut!), until I pleasantly stumbled upon SocialHP. One of the biggest benefits  outside of what I just benefitted is that we can capture real-time RSS feeds/Google Alerts within the tool and share approved industry-related content without ever having to leave the  platform. Also, we're able to gather up the best content and easily share it in a newsletter format to our team with just a few clicks!

This service allows our company to take what was a full time job and reduce it to less than 2 hours a week.

The product is fairly new and has a few small things I find here and there, but what this has done for me is showcased some of the most exceptional  support I have ever seen. In an era of bot's and "forums" having a real person talk your problem and follow it through to the end is invaluable. These support is unparalleled.

Just Buy it, you won't regret it!

My biggest problem was aggregating all the information coming in and creating social media posts out of it. This software automates that and has exploded the social media deployment in our company! Our client engagement increase has been off the charts.

It's super user-friendly, time-saving and their customer service cannot be beat.

I wish I could share native video file via SocialHP. My team avoids posting YouTube links to our social media channels, and unfortunately, that's the only way we're able to share video content via SocialHP.

It allows my team to maintain consistent brand messaging and because they're able to schedule posts so far out in advance, it's freed up valuable time that they're now able to allocate toward other important projects and tasks.
