What do you like best about Sociabble?

It is simple to use for the non tech savvy people, but offers many other possibilities for people that like to use technology in communication, easy to integrate. The analytics part is fenomenal and it lets us keep track of the success everyone has in their brand communication building. It has a gamified feature that makes users post often and give feedback on the content presented, so it augments the frequency of use. On the other hand, personal information is very well protected and safe to use. Customer support is always there, for the simple matters like login issues or more complex ones. What do you dislike about Sociabble?

in the analytics part - there should be more visual representations on how the statistic data interacts with each other - example - for every post in the period selected a hovering window on where this post is regarding to the average post in that period of time (or the best post), so we don't need to calculate by hand. What do you like best about Sociabble?

Sociabble is extremely dynamic for organizations with an audience that is enthusiastic to communicate and advocate for your brand. It is very streamlined for that effort with extremely useful analytics, an accessible UI and multiple layout options. As it is a Saas solution, it was also incredibly quick to implement across a period of 3-4 months.

Their Customer Success Team, has been available night-and-day, and worked tirelessly with us as a team to deliver successful campaign projects in the past year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sociabble?

Currently, the lack of customization, which is understandable as a Saas solution. However, further customization options, such as layout, home page design, and content management systems could go a long way in making a great product better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sociabble?

I most like Sociabbles' intuitive platform and dynamic ways to access it. This is especially helpful for employees who do not work at a computer. The sales and onboarding/implementation process were also top-notch! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sociabble?

The culture within our company is strong, and part of what makes it special is the interaction that we have from home office to the field. When we lost that ability late last year, there was a big missing piece of the puzzle that needed to be filled. Enter Sociabble - now we have a platform dedicated solely to engaging our employees, celebrating recognition and collaborating wherever we are all located geographically that is user friendly and easy to use. From the beginning, the team worked with us to tailor how to launch and implement the platform in an engaging and meaningful way and provided us with all the support we needed. What do you like best about Sociabble?

I really like that Sociabble is designed to be an internal social media platform. Sure, gamification is important but the presentation is how user will stay captivated. I also really like the dynamic features with automating newsletters to employees. This is extremely helpful.

When it comes to user functionality, one of the questions I get is "What's the performance of my content when I share?" Having this built in for each users gives them analytics for thier specific platform, while not feeling intrusive.

From an executive presentation perspective, metrics are key. Its how we measure KPIs, success, etc. But on feature is the ability to build in the advertising cost. This shows my executive stakeholders two things: 1) Employee advocacy has a greater effect on audicne conversion and 2) We don't have to spend on every piece of social content when our employees authority in thier spaces are great. What do you dislike about Sociabble?

I don't like that a digital asset manager isn't included in the intial offering. That's pretty important when you want to cross promote and not want to upload every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sociabble?

We have been using Sociabble for over a year and after just a few days of integration/technical work, the platform has helped us implemeting both a powerful advocacy program based on gamification, allowing users to access daily posts ready to be shared on their social media through a simple click, but also a internal communications platform, where our staff can learn about daily updates, life at our company and major announcments (without being able to share them outside of sociabble to keep these informations private). Our users use frequently the plaform and have positive reviews. It it now part of our culture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sociabble?

We are very happy with Sociabble, there are only few things that we are currently missing, due to the way the API and what LinkedIn allows. When sharing a post from Sociabble to LinkedIn, users can't mention a company or a person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
