A tool that is constantly evolving, but which we can adapt according to our needs and our ability to integrate these changes.

Nearly 50% of our employees work at our production sites and are disconnected; giving them access to the platform allows us to maintain a connection with them. The translation solutions enable us to communicate easily in all the Group's languages.

It takes time to learn how to use the platform well but you can rely on the customer success team for that

employees don't speak on LI -> now they do via Socciable
for the community manager it took a lot of time to send emails with post suggestions and for the team it took time to copy paste everything -> now they find easy to share content online

**What do you like best about Sociabble?**

Sociabble is a perfect solution to communicate internally and to involve collaborators in the communication. It's not only top-down communications, it's way more. 
Sociabble enable collaborators to exchange and be part of the communication.

Also, the interface is very easy to use and does not need a lot of explanations.

**What do you dislike about Sociabble?**

I don't have anything in mind but sometimes in can be quite long to do some things (like configuration of all the audiences / channels...), maybe this is something that could be improved.

**What problems is Sociabble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication can be difficult some times as collaborators do not have the same time and flexibility to read all the communications that are sent. Thanks to Sociabble, we can gather all the information at the same place, so it's easier to catch and involve everyone.

Sociabble helped streamline content sharing and employee advocacy within our organization. It made it easy for team members to access, share, and engage with company-approved content, which improved our overall social media presence. I also appreciated the analytics dashboard, which gave useful insights into engagement metrics and content performance. The onboarding and meetings were very insightful. Excellent customer support.

**What do you dislike about Sociabble?**

While the platform was useful, I found the user interface to be a bit unintuitive at times, especially for new users. There were moments when navigation felt clunky, and some features took more steps than necessary. Additionally, the platform's gamification features felt underwhelming and didn’t seem to significantly motivate user engagement. Customization options were also limited, making it harder to tailor the experience to our organization’s specific needs.

Sociabble addresses the challenge of internal content distribution and employee engagement on social media. Before using the platform, it was difficult to ensure that employees were consistently aware of key company news, updates, and content worth sharing. This helped improve our brand visibility online and fostered a sense of involvement among employees. It also supported our employee advocacy goals by turning team members into active brand ambassadors.

What I appreciate most about Sociabble is how intuitive the newsletter feature is. It’s easy to learn, and creating content is both smooth and visually appealing, even for users with little technical background.
I also really like the AskAI functionality, which adds real value by helping users  improve their content creation.

**What do you dislike about Sociabble?**

Audience management is an area that could be improved. While it's great that we can create automated audiences, managing manual segmentation groups is not always smooth—especially when updating them. The interface can feel complex when working with scopes or layered audience structures. There’s a steep learning curve when it comes to understanding how to set up, filter, and maintain audiences effectively, and it would help to have a more intuitive, centralized way to handle this aspect of the platform.

Sociabble is helping solve internal communication and audience targeting challenges within a large, complex organization. It centralizes content sharing across multiple audiences and subsidiaries, making it easier to engage the right employees with the right information. **What do you like best about Sociabble?**

It is simple to use for the non tech savvy people, but offers many other possibilities for people that like to use technology in communication, easy to integrate. The analytics part is fenomenal and it lets us keep track of the success everyone has in their brand communication building. It has a gamified feature that makes users post often and give feedback on the content presented, so it augments the frequency of use. On the other hand, personal information is very well protected and safe to use. Customer support is always there, for the simple matters like login issues or more complex ones.

**What do you dislike about Sociabble?**

in the analytics part - there should be more visual representations on how the statistic data interacts with each other - example - for every post in the period selected a hovering window on where this post is regarding to the average post in that period of time (or the best post), so we don't need to calculate by hand.

**What problems is Sociabble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sociabble acts as an easy source platform for our external employees so choose content that best suits them that was created by internal employees who ensure it meets all standards of communication and publishing. It is done with a simple push of the button and it saves time and frustration, while teaching our exteral employees.

Sociabble is an enterprise solution that allows employees to have a real corporate social network in which they have a voice.

Sociabble allows to give free rein to the creativity of the collaborators thanks to the creation of contents, to keep them regularly informed about important or not information thanks to a trendy technological means. Employees feel closer and communicate more easily on applications like this.

It is an original tool in the business world and it is successful because everyone uses it. 
The proposed content is mastered, motivating and encouraging on issues that concern all large and small companies.

**What do you dislike about Sociabble?**

There are no real disadvantages. But there is a point of improvement on the "Categories" tab where more logic and organization should be created. The user's eye goes in all directions, he is confronted by a lot of information at once.

**What problems is Sociabble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sociabble answers the problem of centralizing information for employees in a corporate social network. 
With this solution, companies can more than ever involve their employees in information sharing and even creation. Beyond that, to create real ambassadors thanks to the proposed technology.

I like that it's possible to use for smaller purposes to huge ones, depending on the company's objectives. Adapting to big and small audiences and use in a variety of projects.

There was nothing negative to point out.

I haven't notice/found any. But I'll have to onboard the users on the platform and make them engage on it too, that can be a problem potentially.

Human support has been one of the great strengths of our collaboration. We appreciated the regular exchanges, Adrien's responsiveness, as well as the richness of the features offered by the Sociabble platform. The creative possibilities are numerous, especially thanks to the varied formats such as challenges and the diversity of content types to publish.

**What do you dislike about Sociabble?**

It would be very appreciated to be able to access the administrator interface from a mobile device, for even more flexibility in daily management. We are also looking forward to the arrival of artificial intelligence features, which will truly enhance the teams in terms of creativity and efficiency.

**What do you like best about Sociabble?**

Sociabble is extremely dynamic for organizations with an audience that is enthusiastic to communicate and advocate for your brand. It is very streamlined for that effort with extremely useful analytics, an accessible UI and multiple layout options. As it is a Saas solution, it was also incredibly quick to implement across a period of 3-4 months.

Their Customer Success Team, has been available night-and-day, and worked tirelessly with us as a team to deliver successful campaign projects in the past year.

**What do you dislike about Sociabble?**

Currently, the lack of customization, which is understandable as a Saas solution. However, further customization options, such as layout, home page design, and content management systems could go a long way in making a great product better.

It really helps align employees to be aligned and updated with the latest campaigns, activities and going-ons of the organization. The newsletter feature has been especially good at drawing readership of scheduled conteng.

Sociabble is user-friendly for both admin and user, with an easy-to-navigate and straightforward layout. The customer support is exceptional, with the Sociabble team providing helpful catchups and points of contact to resolve any queries or issues. The platform offers comprehensive admin training to introduce admin and users to its features. With the numerous customisable options, it's easy to personalise both appearance and functionality. Integration with social media was quick, and the tool includes very useful automated functions such as onboarding to enhance the overall user experience.

**What do you dislike about Sociabble?**

The tool lacks  a little flexibility in moderating content from social media feeds into different channels, which can be limiting for admins who need more control over content. Additionally, it does not support sharing someone else's LinkedIn post, which can hinder collaboration and networking opportunities within the platform. There's been a few glitches with the platform, but the team at Sociabble are quick to help resolve or advise.

As a B2B services company operating in multiple client sectors, several languages, and over 30 countries, we needed an employee advocacy platform that could seamlessly align with diverse and dynamic needs. After conducting an extensive review of available solutions, Sociabble emerged as the clear winner across all key criteria: ease of use, feature set, flexibility, integration capabilities, alignment with our business and employer brand objectives, analytics to help get past the siloed "so what? level, customer support, and security.

From day one, Sociabble has proven to be a user-friendly and highly engaging platform for our participating employees. The configuration and admin features are well thought through, allowing for effortless management and customization to suit our specific requirements. The transition from sales to setup was seamless, and the onboarding process—thanks to an outstanding team—was nothing short of superb.

Beyond the platform itself, Sociabble offers exceptional customer support and an valuable resource in the form of the "Social Heroes" community for admins. This community provides immediate guidance and best practices, ensuring that administrators have the support they need right from the start.

The initial setup phase requires a significant time investment—not due to technical complexity, but because of the many configuration options and role-based decisions that must be made. This level of customization is ultimately beneficial, but larger organizations should be prepared for a thoughtful implementation process. At the time of writing, a couple of content-sharing features we would've liked were unavailable, but the support team's reliability leaves us confident they'll be considered seriously for their development roadmap.

Historically we have issued a one-a-month newsletter with updates from the previous month. Not only were updates not timely, many of our employees did not have the ability to spend the time to read a 20 page update. Sociabble's real-time update style platform allows employees to stay up-to-date each day and to also make their voices heard with the ability to post updates from their own area of the business.

The culture within our company is strong, and part of what makes it special is the interaction that we have from home office to the field.  When we lost that ability late last year, there was a big missing piece of the puzzle that needed to be filled.  Enter Sociabble - now we have a platform dedicated solely to engaging our employees, celebrating recognition and collaborating wherever we are all located geographically that is user friendly and easy to use.  From the beginning, the team worked with us to tailor how to launch and implement the platform in an engaging and meaningful way and provided us with all the support we needed.

Our platform is new and I haven't met any downsides yet.  A challenge though that I can already see if maintaining momentum.

I really like that Sociabble is designed to be an internal social media platform. Sure, gamification is important but the presentation is how user will stay captivated. I also really like the dynamic features with automating newsletters to employees. This is extremely helpful. 

When it comes to user functionality, one of the questions I get is "What's the performance of my content when I share?" Having this built in for each users gives them analytics for thier specific platform, while not feeling intrusive. 

From an executive presentation perspective, metrics are key. Its how we measure KPIs, success, etc. But on feature is the ability to build in the advertising cost. This shows my executive stakeholders two things: 1) Employee advocacy has a greater effect on audicne conversion and 2) We don't have to spend on every piece of social content when our employees authority in thier spaces are great.

**What do you dislike about Sociabble?**

I don't like that a digital asset manager isn't included in the intial offering. That's pretty important when you want to cross promote and not want to upload every time.

Sociabble has a "social media" feel. Our previous vendor used a sales focused interface and it 3/4 of my employees were turned off by it. EMployee advocacy shouldn't be a marketing megaphone. It should be natural.

Within a year of implementing THIS's advocacy program we saw an organic up tick in the stats , we achieved over 21,000 activities, including 14,000 social shares, reaching 12 million people. Our strategic social shares generated over 10,000 external clicks and saved approximately $56,000 in paid media costs within just 12 months.

Sociabble is fun and easy to use platform - both for users and administrators. We use it primarily for employee advocacy to motivate our staff to share content to their social networks. For this use-case, Sociabble meets all the requirements. It is easy for users to share posts and the gamification features let them compete with colleagues, which is very attractive. The tool generates emails to showcase current content to the users so they remember to visit the platform. Additionally, administrators can highlight the content that is most relevant to share and also have numerous other ways to communicate with users via the platform. And the biggest highlight right now is the AskAI feature, which optimizes users' posts to their channels by enabling them to easily create texts to accompany the posts they share - making them more effective on social media and more visible to their network.

I love Sociabble but the biggest burden is that platform administration requires a continuous effort and considerable time to keep the users active, otherwise they quickly forget to return and share content.

It is making our team better at social selling and it is making our business more visible on social media. The users are more active on social media (particularly LinkedIn) - some of them never were before - and the posts they share are higher quality.
