This feature saves me time, as I can spend just 20 minutes to plan a whole month’s worth of content. Since time is money, anything requiring less time is valuable to me. Everything is where it needs to be, making it simple to navigate the website. I know exactly where to go if I need to look at numbers, understand what's working or not, and schedule postings. The ability to plan out months and weeks at a time is a huge plus, and I appreciate viewing the metrics on our posts to see what's effective. The seamless process allows me to report at high levels, whether weekly, monthly, or quarterly. I also value the setup simplicity, as it took less than half an hour for me to get it all up and running, plus the available webinars simplify the process for our small team. The feature that lets corporate schedule for us while allowing the local team to manage scheduling without interference is also noteworthy. What do you dislike about SOCi? I think that this is a reported problem that is being monitored and resolved. It's the connection between the actual platforms and SOCi. So we had an instance the last couple of weeks where everything that was scheduled in SOCi did not get posted to Facebook because there was, like, an account restriction when in reality, there wasn't. My favorite feature is being able to batch post to multiple locations at once. I also like that I can easily see when posts from Corporate are scheduled, and being able to adjust their captions and/or graphics as needed. The AI posts typically aren't worded in a way that sounds human and can include inaccurate information, and the graphics often do not align with the content in the caption. I appreciate that the AI posts have to be approved before scheduling, but sometimes there are so many AI posts pending on a given day (sometimes 4+ posts) that I can't easily see actual scheduled content. I would like to have the option to create a post and then assign specific locations or groups after. I like that SOCi is easy to use and easy to edit, which helps me a lot when creating social media posts and content. The posts are beautiful and attract engagement, which is really valuable to me. I appreciate how SOCi creates current and trending content, allowing me to decide if I want to use it as is or add to it. I love that everything is already scheduled, so even when I'm busy or on vacation, I'm generally happy with the posts that go out. Maybe if I received some emails as reminders because, occasionally, I do forget about it. And, when I do remember, I look at it, and I'm like, oh, I missed editing or adding something I wanted to. I love that SOCi automates handling my account, so I don't have to do it. When I do need to go in and make a change, it's easy to navigate and intuitive. I mainly use the scheduler, and I can easily find and change things I need to. The automation really saves me a lot of hassle, making everything easy to adjust when needed. I'm honestly not sure because the one improvement I was suggesting is that when we make a post, it does not put the link into the post but instead puts the link into the comments. I think the 'genius section' of SOCi is very fun and quite advanced compared to other platforms. It helps push content along and is especially useful when I'm stuck with writer's block or creative block. Also, SOCi is a great resource for streamlining campaigns, promotions, or messaging pushes from corporate. I really like that the corporate office can upload their assets to the asset library, and we have them at our fingertips exactly when we need them. It's also a great scheduling software — I've used many like Later, Hootsuite, and Sprout Social, and SOCi works great in comparison. I don't have many edits or issues with it, and I really like being able to work with the corporate office to get their assets in a very timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SOCi? The only issue, which might be more of a bug, is when I do a carousel post and schedule it, sometimes all the graphics within the carousel don't come through on the platform. It's only happened a couple of times, so it could be a bug or even user error. Another thing is, sometimes when I try to delete a scheduled post that corporate has put on my calendar, I can't delete it, which can be a problem if it doesn't align with what's going on in our region.
