I like that SOCi allows all the platforms, especially for Google reviews, to be integrated into one place, which helps us a lot. It's convenient to have everything together because we can do one login, see the reviews we have, and respond accordingly. Also, the initial setup of SOCi was very easy.

I like how simple and easy SOCi is to use, especially for social media management in an apartment complex. The calendar setting is a standout feature for me, as it allows me to preschedule posts, which makes managing content across all platforms, like TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, much more efficient. The initial setup was pretty simple too.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

Tech support hasn't been the best of help; I have had to figure a lot out on my own. They've closed tickets out without finding a solution or will tell me to contact a person and then not give me their contact information.

I use SOCi for social media management, making it easy to post on all platforms with a simple interface and calendar for prescheduling posts.

I like how SOCi seamlessly links everything in one place and allows for mass updates. It's really helpful for us, especially since we have over 400 locations. The ability to create groups for ownership levels and push updates like profile pictures and cover images to all locations at once is a big plus. Also, our rep is great.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I find Instagram API limitations frustrating, like not being able to add many features to story posts or share them with community calendars. It's also annoying that I can't delete IG posts once they're published.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SOCi to manage social profiles for all our locations. With over 400 locations, its ability to seamlessly link everything and push updates like profile pictures mass saves us a lot of effort.

I like that SOCi allows me to pick and choose what creative posts there are to choose from. I also have the option to edit the hashtags or delete the entire content. The initial setup of SOCi was automatic and easy.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

The content is not good; it's not fun or relatable and does not comply with our brand standards. The creative needs a lot of work. It's stale content, not scroll-stopping, and generic. The creative team is missing the mark for our brand, College HUNKS. Overall, the content for College HUNKS is extremely disappointing.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SOCi helps by making posts land on my page, potentially saving time. But I have to audit it, as the content is really poor and I usually delete it from the scheduled calendar.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

With SOCi, I really appreciate having content readily available for me to share. The app is very nice and works really well, saving me a lot of time during my day. I also find the initial setup to be fairly easy and self-explanatory. It's pretty robust in everything it offers, and it's a very large resource available to use.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I feel like there's quite a steep learning curve for those of us who are newer to social media, especially in using it as a lead generation and advertising tool. I would prefer something with a bit more simplicity in learning how to manage campaigns. It's a bit overwhelming at first because of how robust it is, and I sometimes get a little lost.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SOCi solves problems for me such as content creation and scheduling, and it saves a lot of time out of my day. It helps with having content available for me to share.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I like that SOCi allows me to schedule posts far in advance and customize posts to the platforms I use. I'm not limited on the time frame for my posts, which is great because it gives me the option to do a whole month's worth of posts if I'm in the mood. I also appreciate that I can connect multiple platforms to SOCi, making it easier to manage all my business social media pages.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I would like to connect my Facebook groups to SOCi and be able to schedule posts for them too. I also would like the formatting to transfer better. Sometimes the entire content isn't uploaded when posted to my page. I also would like to be able to edit a post on SOCi even after it's published, right now that is not working. Having more variety of content and having the premade posts and images not be reused (this happens a lot). If I delete a post I would prefer them not to keep trying to add it back to the schedule either. Also, I would prefer the boosted posts be chosen by me and not only be restricted to the posts of TLN promoting themselves. It would be nice to not have to give full access to SOCi to be eligible for boosted content as well. The setup was a little difficult as I was sent emails with conflicting information regarding boosted content. If SOCi could be more clear on policies and put them in easy-to-understand verbiage, that would be better.

SOCi lets me schedule posts well in advance without a time frame limit and customize them per platform. It offers flexibility over Meta, allowing me to handle a month's worth of posts when I'm in the mood.

I like that SOCi is easy to navigate. I also appreciate the direct lines to additional information, like the word cloud. The initial setup was very easy as well, even though my work provided tools. I’d rate SOCi a 10 out of 10 and I love it.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

The filter and drill down to specific topics or identifying works could be improved, like recognizing sandwiches specifically as a sandwich shop. Also, I think searching by a specific word I'm looking for would be better than just choosing from a list.

SOCi helps me look at guest reviews for my region and identify trends easily. The direct lines to additional information like word clouds are super helpful.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I appreciate the AI review responses and the integration with our CRM to send automated review requests. The AI review responses have streamlined our reputation management process, making it easier for our team to respond to positive and negative reviews. The directives are easy to adjust to adhere to our tone of voice. Additionally, the CRM integration helps us increase our average review rating and review volume by allowing us to send review requests after tours and move-ins.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

The search agent onboarding is not fully functional. It claims to scrape the website for details, but freezes or gives an error when you share the website. It has a lot of room for improvement. Also, we had to do a lot of onboarding work ourselves and there were several 1 hour weekly meetings that were a bit repetitive. The onboarding trainings could have been condensed into 1 or 2 sessions.

SOCi makes it easy to ensure listings are accurate and optimized, reviews are responded to quickly, and social content meets guidelines. The AI review responses and CRM integration help boost review ratings and volumes, streamlining reputation management and easing response to reviews.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I love how I am able to respond to Google reviews within soci. It allows me to have quick responses.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

This might just be an ace thing, but the ad campaigns are atrocious. I didn’t want the store locations to be part of the ads and customer support did not remove the ad account. The owner of the stores doesn’t want to pay for the ads, and we then get charged about $300 per ad, which is at least twice a month.
Somehow it is set to automatically set the ad live unless we delete it. So when a message popped up saying something about needing to reconnect so that ads would work, I didn’t fill in the information, that way no ads will run.
I love the social calendar and all of the content that is on the platform, but please find a way to allow people to opt out of ads, or just have ads as potential and then someone needs to click on the ad for it to go live.

Ace puts all of their digital assets on soci, so I am able to get content from Ace.

My scheduling challenge is finally solved. Creating content is easy now, and the templates are very good and helpful.

I use SOCi for posting about resident events across all social media platforms. It streamlines the process and review of posts, which saves me and my team a lot of time. I also appreciate that there are many ways to learn how to use SOCi, providing an avenue to get acquainted with the system. This allows me to troubleshoot or learn the system better without resorting to trial and error. Setting up my personal account was super easy too.

The UI can be confusing at times but I have become more comfortable with it.

I love that it's a one stop shop to post on social media and that you can schedule your posts out over 6- days. I also love the automated review responses that it generates to help you respond to your reviews.

I haven't really found anything that i dislike, the pricing could be better but you get what you pay for.

I seem to experience consistent network disconnection from SOCi to my social media accounts but in fairness to SOCi, I'm unclear on why and think it might be user error.

Ability to quickly and efficiently respond to reviews with AI suggestions, Genius AI post suggestions, upload and manage social media content all in one platform which is the primary value proposition.

I like how we can easily post pre-curated posts and schedule custom posts all in one place using SOCi. It saves us time, so we don't have to worry about managing social media directly from our phones. This means I can spend more time on important work. The initial setup of SOCi was very easy, which was a relief.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I think the cropping feature needs work on the photos, sometimes I will crop it and it comes out wrong still. If we could see DM's too that would be awesome

SOCi lets us easily post and schedule social media posts all in one place, freeing us from using our phones. I like how it gives us more time for important work by reducing social media time.

I use SOCi to manage over 80 Facebook accounts, an Instagram account, an X account, and a LinkedIn account. It decreases the time it takes to post and allows me to create groups to send out posts to specific pages. I like that it saves me time! It keeps everything organized and helps with scheduling posts in advance, and I can look at my content calendar.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I love the hours of operation display, and my favorite feature is the setup that allows me to checkbox days that are the same, saving me a lot of repetitive time. Providing better API capabilities. We have a third party interface between our CRM and SOCi, making the link so that what gets updated in the 3rd party doesn't have to be updated in SOCi or vice versa would be great.
