In the multifamily industry, reviews are extremely important and the top deciding factor of whether or not a prospect will rent at your community. The platform's reporting allows me to quickly pull reports of recurring sentiments that can be shared with all stakeholders so that important marketing and operational decisions can be made. As of right now, the BBB is allowing reviews of companies and SOCi does not offer an integration, but hopefully this would be on their road map soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the images and simple marking messages it creats. It even includes hashtags and allows you to choose the suppliers you want to include so only those you wish to sell or sell more of. The site it easy to use too and there is a library of additional media to choose from. I've gotten some creat content ideas that I've used on my own on there. If you don't have much time or are busy traveling one week and can't pre schedule contect this can solve that problem for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that it can be repetitive or the same as other travel advisors. As long as you go in and modify the content or message, hashtags and posting date and time it can stand out from the rest. Otherwise it gets lost in all the other advisors who post the exact same thing using the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like that you cannot respond to social media comments on Soci and that you cannot "collaborate" on IG posts so that the designers can add it to their pages. I feel like I have more function for those things by using FB Meta Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

i love that I can schedule across all the social platforms I have connected. Easily done with a few clicks. Easy to use my own graphics, or if I need ideas, they have pre-done posts through Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I LOVE that you are able to schedule posts in advance using the calendar feature. I run social media platforms for several properties in my area and the ease of using the groups feature helps so much when I need to share one generic flyer across multiple properties facebook pages. The library feature is great for when others are helping schedule posts in my absence. I also like being able to respond to reviews in SOCI. The customer support has been fanstastic! I use SOCI daily and the ease of implementing posts is a huge help! It is very easy to integrate all of your social media pages together and saves so much time because it is allowing you to post to all of your socials at one time with a click of a few buttons!
