What do you like best about SOCi?

What do you like best about SOCi?

We like that SOCi appears to be an all in one solution. This is especially true because we use the SOCi Bundle as well as the Genius Search products. Being about to respond to reviews in one platform is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

SOCi offers SO many capabilities that it can be a bit complex, mostly for our less tech savy team members. We would also like to see an expansion of SOCi's AI customization. For example, when we generate a response to a review on ChatGPT, we can tell it to use a specific and consistent voice that matches our brand. SOCi's AI review responses seem to be more generic. If there is a way to customize it, we haven't found it yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our favorite has been SOCi's Genius Search features. We can now change our store hours across Apple Maps, Google Maps, YELP, Bing, etc. Before we had to do it natively which was not scalable at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SOCi?

The ease of posting. I can do one post on SOCi, and it is posted across all my sites. Makes my life easier and saves a huge amount of time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

Engagement segment- the way SOCi rates “negative” comments is off. The majority of the comments are just replies or neutral with only one or 2 truly negative comments since beginning SOCi- I find it stressful to see that portion and when I go to “clear them out” I find it does not affect the negative rating and is a waste of my time chasing these metrics. What do you like best about SOCi?

In addition to the great interface and training systems the platform has, the support and partnership from the team are what I like best about SOCi. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

I have not encountered anthing yet that I have disliked. I believe the least pleasant of the experiences is just the migrating from one provider to another and having to reformat the information. It's not a SOCi problem just a change mangement situation that will arise with any change of vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SOCi?

Good program to maximize your time and efforts on multiple platforms! I am a small business owner that wears over a dozen different every day. Soci allows me to get my desired message out quickly and efficiently. Platform is easy to navigate and use! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

Our corporate company creates a lot of the content for us - that's why it's so user friendly for us. If that wasn't the case, not sure if we would utlize it as much? So maybe having some basic content options around holidays, times of year "celebrations" - Happy Fall or Memorial Day stuff etc. would be good to have on hand. What do you like best about SOCi?

I like that you can geo-tag locations and can now post to GMB. I like the convenience of it all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

It seems like there are glitches every other month or so. I dislike that you can't schedule reels on Instagram or that you can't post videos to LinkedIn and GMB. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SOCi?

I like that I can respond to reviews with an AI generated response effortlessly from the platform. It was very simple to link our Google Account and Social Media (Meta) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
