I love how easy it is to navigate, I use it almost everyday to schedule posts for my community. I love being able to track the engagement at a quick glance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We like that SOCi appears to be an all in one solution. This is especially true because we use the SOCi Bundle as well as the Genius Search products. Being about to respond to reviews in one platform is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SOCi offers SO many capabilities that it can be a bit complex, mostly for our less tech savy team members. We would also like to see an expansion of SOCi's AI customization. For example, when we generate a response to a review on ChatGPT, we can tell it to use a specific and consistent voice that matches our brand. SOCi's AI review responses seem to be more generic. Engagement segment- the way SOCi rates “negative” comments is off. The majority of the comments are just replies or neutral with only one or 2 truly negative comments since beginning SOCi- I find it stressful to see that portion and when I go to “clear them out” I find it does not affect the negative rating and is a waste of my time chasing these metrics. I have not encountered anthing yet that I have disliked. I believe the least pleasant of the experiences is just the migrating from one provider to another and having to reformat the information. Our corporate company creates a lot of the content for us - that's why it's so user friendly for us. If that wasn't the case, not sure if we would utlize it as much? So maybe having some basic content options around holidays, times of year "celebrations" - Happy Fall or Memorial Day stuff etc. would be good to have on hand. It seems like there are glitches every other month or so. I dislike that you can't schedule reels on Instagram or that you can't post videos to LinkedIn and GMB. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that I can respond to reviews with an AI generated response effortlessly from the platform. It was very simple to link our Google Account and Social Media (Meta) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
