**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I can see all four on my social media accounts and online reviews as well. A one-stop shop if you will.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

A lot of our clients' posts on Facebook keep getting tagged with "t-shirt" as a tag. I don't know if it will really affects anything, but I keep manually removing this tag, and it is very tedious.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's taking all the comments from multiple pages and putting them into one stream of tasks I need to respond to. It's so much easier than going back and forth. Your computer monitor never seems big enough for something like that!

content management for large enterprise organizations - this is handled well by limiting what people can do

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

too many limits on what users can do with instagram. this may be an instagram problem with their restrictions on third party software permissions. but it affects the use of soci because i can't effectively manage an instagram account from soci if i cannot engage with people. kinda what it's all about, and the only way to grow. so to have to go to instagram all the time for that means soci is then kind of useless.

I like using SOCi because I'm able to post all my socials updates in one place. We have a library that we can share images and posts with my fellow Franchisees. It's super helpful to be able to plan my social post calendar in advance.

When messages come through my socials, I tend to get a lot of spam so it ends up being noise and I end up ignoring it.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SOCi saves me time from having to write my social posts over and over again by platform. I can schedule them in advance and our corporate office can schedule posts for us.

I love being able to engage with our residents and prospects. Having visibility into the full life cycle of the customer experience really helps us stay on top of things and keep the experience consistent from start to finish.

I do not have any complaints about SOCi other than the UI being a little too complex. Something easier to work through would be preferred.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SOCi is definitely assistant with the integrations of our google reviews, and overall the performance of the product. We are able to support our residets and ensure that they feel heard, which in turn assists with our ROI.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

In my small time and expereince with SOCi, I like the layout of the program. It is very easy to see your options for pages and it keeps track of where you've been. Being able to click back to the previous section is easy. The calendar seems like it will be a great tool! I still have a lot to learn with the organization of it, but it'll definitely help out all our stores. I am also very excited for the insights portion and being able to pull reports up quickly and download if needed. Our support staff has been very knowlegable and friendly.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

All I have to say about this is how much work I had to do to get all our stores integrated. This is not SOCi's fault though. I am hoping all this hard work getting everyone integrated will be worth it! SOCi has a lot to offer and I hope it'll live up to the hype.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It'll really help with our SEO and online reputation for all stores. We are also hoping it'll help store owners simplfy their social media posts.

I love SOCi because it takes all the work out of my hands for getting all my social reviews posted, and I've enjoyed the experience. I also love that I can schedule postings ahead of time, making sure I'm active on my social media every day. The scheduler option is great because it keeps my social media active. Additionally, the initial setup was so easy.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I love the interface. I think it's really easy to use. The AI does a really good job of getting a start to responses when I'm looking to respond to reviews on pages. It's really handy being able to post across platforms, making it easy to cross-post to different locations. The AI is pretty great at pinpointing what's most important before I respond to each review.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I do think that when I'm looking through media to grab from different banks of data, like previous posts and things like that, they could be displayed in a more coherent order. They seem a little bit hard to discern from one to the next. There's like three different banks if I recall, and just being able to see everything in one view page would help me find what I'm looking for a little easier. Right now, you have to select one of the different options, and there's no select all, at least on my side.

I use SOCi to respond to reviews across platforms like Yelp, Google, and Facebook, helping me stay structured without visiting each page individually. It simplifies posting content across locations and aids in identifying important aspects of reviews before responding.

I like how SOCi makes it easy to manage social media and online reputation in one platform. These features are valuable because they save time and make managing our online presence much more efficient. Being able to schedule posts in advance helps us stay consistent with social media without having to post manually every day. The initial setup was incredibly easy, and the team was great at answering any questions we had when onboarding.

I find the user interface and navigation challenging. The platform is useful, but some features can take time to locate if you're not using them frequently. Some of the menus and features could be organized more intuitively, especially when navigating between social media publishing, reviews, and analytics.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I really like SOCi for its ease of scheduling posts for platforms like Facebook and Instagram, which helps me manage our insurance company's social media without worrying during a busy week. The scheduling aspect really works well for our agency, allowing me to plan posts for an entire month and manage my time better. It's helpful because anyone in the office can log in and post, making it very easy for everyone on the team to contribute. I also appreciate how SOCi provides insights into follower count and suggests what posts might perform well. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy, and it's convenient to grant access to other team members so we can all work on it together.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I don't know. Maybe if there's, like, better training to show me all the features that it does because again, I don't know everything that it does. But I've never even looked to see if there was training. But maybe better training would be a good thing that could be improved.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I like that it allows our franchisees to manage their own media. I also appreciate that we can maintain brand integrity by keeping the approval process in place.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I felt that our onboarding didn’t fully set us up for success. That may have been as much on our brand as on the SOCi team, but the process still left some gaps for us. I also don’t like that the organic social scheduling capabilities are missing features that other schedulers have (Sprout). As a result, we’ve had to keep using Sprout, which creates duplicative work.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SOCi is helping solve the friction we’ve had with franchisees who want more autonomy over their marketing. Using the Ads Plus, Boost Plus, and Organic Social Calendar features, they can manage their own marketing more independently while still staying aligned.

SOCi  can be costly for smaller businesses and may require time to learn. Some users report occasional bugs, limited customization in reporting , and inconsistent customer support. Certain integrations may also be limited, making some workflows less efficient than expected.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I use SOCi for work purposes and really enjoy its ability to manage social media posts, provide clean review answers, and aesthetically represent the company. It has many features that are educational and help me learn the programs and maximize their use. I love that it's an 'all in one spot shop', making it easy to schedule the social media exposure. The initial setup was easy and very hands-on, and using SOCi means everything is no longer separate, streamlining the process for everyone, including the CEO.

The conversational part, especially filtering the messages and directing them to the correct channels, could be improved.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I like SOCi because it's easy to use and intuitive. I'm able to schedule multiple posts across different platforms such as Instagram, Google My Business, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and more, which makes managing my marketing posts much simpler. Its scheduling feature really helps me coordinate posts on different days across these platforms effectively. The franchise setup was fairly easy too, which made the whole process smooth.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I wish SOCi supported more platforms like Nextdoor, Threads, and maybe YouTube for posting videos. It would be really helpful because SOCi should be a one-stop solution for all my postings. Right now, I still have to post manually on some platforms because there's no integration with SOCi.

I can schedule multiple posts on different platforms like Instagram, Google My Business, and Facebook, which is easy and intuitive.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

Easier than our old platform to edit hours and store info.  Some of the new features I am still getting used to now that we have traditioned.  It brings together all of our social media stuff in one place.  Support is great, and this is better performance over Bridgeline.  I like that we are getting more for our money on the cost.  It offers AI, which i assume will continue to be refined.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

So far I haven't had any issues with using it or any problems integrating it into our daily use.

Correcting business hours in a timely manner.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I like the easy-to-use interface. I can track many of my social accounts and follow up on any comments customers leave. I also appreciate that it’s geared toward people who aren’t very tech-savvy. I check it every week to make sure I’m up to date with my clients.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

There are times when my username and password don’t work. Even though I’m entering the same ones every time, I have to try multiple times before it lets me in. I’m not sure if this is a glitch.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One business problem I had was trying to view all of my platforms in one place, so I wouldn’t have to keep track of so many usernames and passwords. Now I can see the stats on what’s working and what isn’t. I’m also able to respond to customers and get a clear view of how my center is doing across the franchise.

The power of options! There are so many different ways to get things done and completed, which makes it easy to find an approach that works.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

With so many options, and multiple social media platforms,  it gets time consuming working with everything that is needed.  It's not a negative about the platform, but rather the fact that there are so many variations in social media, that have very different requirements.

This has helped us be more consistent and intentional with our social media posting, while also creating a more unified presence from one platform to the next.

I love the quality of the content and the ability to choose the content I want. If they schedule something I don't want, I can delete it.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I dislike having to check it multiple times each week. I've gotten to the point I almost check it daily because I don't like to post constantly. I wish you could set it a limit to the number of posts each week.

Soci is providing content so I don't have to. It makes me look like I spend a lot of time creating my posts, when I don't.

It's very simple to use and understand. The software intuitive is and I enjoy the ai rewrite tool. The ability to post during peak times maximizes the amount of viewers each post receives. It is very responsive and I never get any lag.

I don't like how there is no way to save a post that you are working on to complete on a different day. The only way to save is to request approval, but that can sometimes send unnecessary messages to our admin.

I can be able to schedule contents across multiple platforms in one tool and schedule the post. It also allows me to shorten URLs on my posts. All engagements across our social pages can be seen in one page so I don't have to go to every single account to view comments. 
SOCi also allows me to view which posts are rejected and recommends revisions to my content. 
Support team also tends to our concerns in a timely manner.

I am bummed that I cannot music or enhance photos so my posts through SOCi are fairly basic. I do tend to find that these posts have fewer impressions than the posts I post directly through Meta platforms.

I like that I can create social media posts for all of my accounts in one place. I also like how smart it is and how easy it is to use. I can type in what I want to say, and it improves it for me.

The main issue I’ve run into so far is having a hard time going back and deleting a post from the previous day when it needed corrections. Also, some of the posts that get created can sound and look like they were made by AI, so they usually need a bit of editing before I post them. This isn’t a major problem, but it would be really helpful to have an option to go back and edit a post afterward, just in case something was missed or overlooked

The more I edit and post, the more SOCi learns and grows. It’s learning what I look for and like versus what I don’t like. The social platform scheduler feature and being able to create my own content when I feel the need

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

Even when selecting the week days to schedule posts it seems that the system decides its own days of the week to post. I also do not understand the calendar function with the drop down.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not sure I understand this question. The only thing that comes to mind is the fact that I can set social platform posts and work on other critical elements of my business

The only thing I would say I don't like about SOCI is managing Instagram. In order to make changes to a post after it's been posted is to log in manually and that's not always feasible.

SOCI has made it easy for our business to schedule, create, and deliver content. It gives my team more time to focus on creating content, without worrying about being at the computer every day just to post it.

It is nice to see all the posts for the month. I also like the templates.

I don't like that it is harder to change verbiage and pictures.  And sometimes when i change and save it it doesn't save.  I also wish when I change something it would change it in all the platforms.

Soci helps March of Dimes because we are a huge compamy and I can post something in Atlanta Market and they can approve it and make sure it fits the national standards.

I like that SOCi helps me schedule posts and allows me to work on them in advance. The edit capability is handy, and it shows me what my posts will look like ahead of time. I can create both posts at one time and differentiate them, which saves me time.

It would be great to have a better link to Canva or other video editing software. Right now I have to do my photo and other media attachments somewhere else and then bring it into SOCi.

SOCi saves me time by allowing me to create and schedule posts in advance, edit them easily, and see previews of what they'll look like. It's great for managing my social media on LinkedIn and Facebook.

I wish that when I reply to a comment or message on a social media site, it would register in SOCi. Right now, we usually respond directly on the individual platforms, but those replies don’t seem to show up in SOCi.

I like that I'm able to post on all platforms at once, which is really helpful for advertising for the apartment complex. I also appreciate the news feed that SOCi provides. The initial setup is very convenient. It's been very helpful in seeing what posts get engagement for our audience. That way our social medias are curated to our specific audiences

I wish SOCi could format pictures automatically for the appropriate platforms. I believe it'd be helpful if soci allowed for videos and not only photos to be uploaded through its site
