SOCi has completely streamlined the way we manage our communities' online presence. Having social media, reputation management, reviews, listings, and resident surveys all in one platform has been a huge time saver. The dashboard is intuitive, scheduling posts is simple, and responding to reviews across multiple locations is incredibly efficient. It's made it much easier to stay consistent with our brand while giving our onsite teams the tools they need to engage with residents. I highly recommend SOCi to any multifamily team looking to simplify their marketing and reputation management.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I wish there was more support on the front end setup but overall, still a great platform.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SOCi has solved one of our biggest challenges—managing marketing and reputation across multiple communities without juggling several different platforms. Instead of logging into separate systems for social media, reviews, listings, and resident surveys, everything is centralized in one place. That has saved our team a significant amount of time, improved consistency across our portfolio, and given our onsite teams an easier way to stay engaged with prospects and residents. It also provides better visibility into performance, allowing us to identify opportunities and respond much more quickly. **What do you like best about SOCi?**

I love how easy SOCi makes it to post on multiple channels like Instagram, Facebook, Google Business, and TikTok. It's incredibly valuable to me because it saves a lot of time by not having to upload each picture or video into every app and type the captions individually. It was also easy to set up.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

One thing that could be improved is that sometimes there are glitches or errors and posts do not get uploaded, and I do not get alerted to it. I would love if there was an app I could use on my phone to send me any error notifications like this or if it notices there's an error and the post did not get uploaded, it would be awesome if somehow it just kept trying to post it until the end of the day so something gets uploaded.

I use SOCi to engage our customers with promotions and job updates. It solves communication problems by efficiently spreading news about events and offers across multiple channels, saving me time from manual uploads and making posting easy on platforms like Instagram and Facebook.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I use SOCi to schedule my Facebook, Instagram, X pics, and vids, as well as GBP posts, without having to log into each platform separately and schedule them manually. I like that I can easily change something I already scheduled by just dragging it to a different day. This feature is really helpful if I need to pivot and send out a message earlier or later in the month, as I can simply move the day.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I don't like the leave feedback button when it pops up because it is in the way of my scheduling my posts. When I leave feedback, the button does not go away until whenever the scheduled time is on SOCi's end for it to disappear, it disrupts my flow. If it went away or moved after I gave feedback it would be fine.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SOCi to schedule posts for Facebook, Instagram, X, and GBP all in one place. It saves me from logging into each platform separately to schedule posts manually.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

My favorite feature on Soci right now is the Genius AI, it is a real time savor and it helps come up with create captions and photo options for social media post throughout the 30 pages that we run.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

The site itself can become a bit glitchy also the gallery portion of Soci can sometimes populate our property images to the wrong property when we have directives in place to do so, that can be a bit frustrating.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest thing is the time management aspect and the fact that it can integrate with so many different platforms that I can see and review all my statistics and analytics in one place.

I use SOCi for social media management, review management and listings management, including their AI agents, which has helped a lean marketing team accomplish more through the use of AI and automation. SOCi supports the review management for our more than 560 locations. I appreciate the added value that SOCi brings to its clients by keeping them well-informed and up to date on current trends and industry changes. I participate in community groups and webinars that SOCi organizes, which help share information among peers within the business. Additionally, SOCi's support and development teams were extremely helpful during a major overhaul of the API integration project.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

The customer support model for troubleshooting seems to have changed within the last year. Service hasn't suffered; it is just different. I sometimes question if the support team has the same level of understanding of the platform that I have experienced in the past.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SOCi for review and listings management, helping our lean marketing team manage over 560 locations efficiently. Its AI and automation tools enable us to accomplish more, and it keeps us up to date on industry trends.

I love the convenience and time saving that SOCi provides. It's a lot easier to post in one location and have it upload to multiple sites like Facebook, IG, and Google. It's also great as a hub for managing messages and comments across all these platforms. I'm happy that Facebook messaging appears well through SOCi, making it easy to respond to, even when it doesn't show on my Facebook business account directly. As someone who works 24/7, any time saved is huge, and SOCi helps me achieve that.

It is difficult to connect to SOCi sometimes, especially when it comes to logging in on a new device. The initial setup wasn’t too easy, that portion could be improved.

Planning ahead allows us to stay connected with our community, highlight important updates, and maintain a strong online presence without the last‑minute scramble.

It doesn’t give me the option to save an idea or draft a thought unless I upload a photo or video. When I’m trying to brainstorm content or make sure, I’m not repeating topics too close together, I can’t lay everything out in the calendar view without attaching media. This makes it harder to plan ahead, organize ideas, and make edits or adjustments before finalizing posts.

SOCi is straight forward and user friendly while also being extremely thorough in how data is presented. It integrates with several feddback platforms and provides live and accurate reporting. The system performs at a fast rate pulling data from time frames.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

Some of the AI can still be refined. For example in categorizing reviews based on key words. Sometimes the keywords are miscategorized depending on the context with which the wording is used.

SOCi solves the problem of having to manually visit and analyze several feedback platforms. It benefits me as an operator as it streamlines all feedback into one single platform and provides automated replies to improve engagement with guest.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I like that SOCi puts everything kind of in one place for a lot of our franchisees in general. It provides a single source of truth for all of the information that's being put out about their specific location and our business, which means we don't have to update things in tons of different locations. We can basically just enter that information and manage it, and that applies to all of our online presences as well as our business's website. It also allows us to really manage our reputation for specific locations in one place.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

Over time, the support that SOCi has offered has certainly changed, and we've noticed a reduced accuracy in their support in general. As more and more things have been outsourced overseas, that's been a bit difficult to work through, and a bit of a challenge for us as a business in working with them.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SOCi to manage our business listings across platforms like Google and Yelp, analyze competitors, and respond to reviews. It centralizes our franchisees' information, helping manage locations and online presence efficiently in one place.

The responses generated are 99% of the time exactly what we would do, which saves a lot of time for my team, allowing us to focus on strategic activities instead. SOCi is very thorough, picking up on the smallest nuances of a review and acknowledging them, which enhances our workflow by making sure all important points are addressed. The human-like aspect of the responses and the quick performance and speed with which we receive notifications are standout features. Additionally, it helps us understand which channels guests use for reviews, guiding us on what cohort of guests we should encourage to leave more reviews. The initial setup was also very easy, and overall, I find using SOCi a truly valuable experience for my team's operations.

I love how SOCi saves me so much time in responding to reviews, especially with the new AI agent. The ability to manage all of my locations in one spot and use it for reputation management, listing accuracy, and social postings is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I find that not all of the listings information is received by platforms. Reaching out to those platforms organically generally doesn't solve much either so I'm left with inaccurate info online. This happens specifically with Yelp, Apple, and Bing.

SOCi saves me a lot of time responding to reviews with its AI agent and allows me to manage all my locations in one spot for reputation management, listing accuracy, and social postings.

I really like that our rep stays on top of any questions or needs we have. The customer service team is very helpful and makes anything we might be struggling with easy to understand and straightforward to complete.

The platform has a lot going on, with many different sections, which can make navigation a bit confusing. It can feel overwhelming when you’re trying to find specific categories, and it isn’t always clear where to look first.

I like how user-friendly SOCi is for the most part, which makes it easier to navigate. I also appreciate how it streamlines all the data from other websites into one place, making it simpler to find areas of opportunity quickly.

Sometimes, the user-friendly part pertains to just certain aspects of the app. Some areas of the app can still use some improvement. I do find myself sometimes having a hard time navigating through some aspects of the application.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I like SOCi's ease of use. It's very intuitive because once you understand where everything is, you just need to click a couple of buttons, and you're good to go. The intuitive design makes training easy, helping my social media manager to onboard smoothly. The mobile version of SOCi is really helpful because when we're out and need to change things on the go, we can just post on our platforms without having to log into each individual platform. The initial setup was very easy, with a straightforward process, and the tutorial was very helpful, walking us through exactly what we needed to do.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I think the real-time interaction could be improved with SOCi. We have to go to the platforms themselves for meaningful interaction, particularly with sharing stories on the platform. Sharing stories is a function that is not available, which I wish was available, so we could just go to this one location.

SOCi eliminates the need to log into individual platforms, centralizing our social media and review management. It keeps us on top of reviews, boosting our SEO.

I believe that that's being fixed. As long as we were made aware of it, and knew how to put in a workaround. It's improving.

Additionally, being able to easily differentiate between scheduled posts and pending posts is helpful.

The AI posts typically aren't worded in a way that sounds human and can include inaccurate information, and the graphics often do not align with the content in the caption. I appreciate that the AI posts have to be approved before scheduling, but sometimes there are so many AI posts pending on a given day (sometimes 4+ posts) that I can't easily see actual scheduled content. It creates visual clutter as well (seeing all the pending AI posts on top of scheduled content).

I like that I can link multiple channels into one place and location. this is super helpful as we have over 70 locations with franchisees. I also like I am able to see a schedule for each location and what they have posted as well as set up templates for responding to comments.

It can be confusing to create posts. You usually have to click on a location or group before creating posts for the specific location. I would like to have the option to create a post and then assign specific locations or groups after. Its also very limited on what a link strength could be for each location and will have you relink pretty often.

I think the 'genius section' of SOCi is very fun and quite advanced compared to other platforms. It helps push content along and is especially useful when I'm stuck with writer's block or creative block. Also, SOCi is a great resource for streamlining campaigns, promotions, or messaging pushes from corporate. I really like that the corporate office can upload their assets to the asset library, and we have them at our fingertips exactly when we need them. It's also a great scheduling software — I've used many like Later, Hootsuite, and Sprout Social, and SOCi works great in comparison. I don't have many edits or issues with it, and I really like being able to work with the corporate office to get their assets in a very timely manner.

The only issue, which might be more of a bug, is when I do a carousel post and schedule it, sometimes all the graphics within the carousel don't come through on the platform. It's only happened a couple of times, so it could be a bug or even user error. I find SOCi makes it very easy to schedule posts across multiple platforms. I like how easy it is to set up a library and share all of the content across our different location pages, which is great for our multiple franchise locations. Our franchise locations utilize our library materials, so they don't have to create content on their own, and it allows for a streamlined brand aesthetic across our social media platforms. It's also very nice to be able to update the libraries as we go, and I can share it with specific locations at the time they need them. The initial setup of SOCi was very easy for our team.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I want to be able to create my own groups. Right now, I have to go to the associate admin to group locations. If I want to post to specific locations, like those that are open versus those still in onboarding, I have to manually delete posts if they are in the wrong group. It would be better if I could create groups on my own.

That all social medias are linked and can be scheduled at the same time. I also like how the reviews are easy to view and access to answer. Sometimes though when you upload a photo on Instagram you can manipulate the photo size like on the app so sometimes I have to post directly from Instagram

Tagging on ALL platforms isn't the best sometimes but I have yet to try it since LinkedIn tagging was upgraded. I don't like how you can't add music to Instagram post from SOCI. Ads are a little complicated so I do run ads directly through META its a little user friendly and ties in Instagram and FB together.

Marketing post, its really helpful. I schedule out my post sometimes a whole month in advance and it makes my social posting life so much easier. If it could be a little more user friendly I would def recommend more and more.
