I like the simplicity of SOCi, as it’s easy for non-social media professionals to use and understand. I also appreciate the approval process for social media submissions and the post activity page. It's simple to go in and approve any outstanding posts, and it's easy to see what is scheduled out. The initial setup was easy too.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I don't care for the inbox because you can't always reply within the conversation and have to go natively into the platform. I prefer being able to reply within the platform.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SOCi provides a centralized platform for our 35 local users to use approved social media templates and schedule posts. It's easy for non-professionals and simplifies the approval process for social media submissions, making it straightforward to manage and approve scheduled content.

I love the calendar feature in SOCi. It allows me to make posts before they actually go live and schedule them, which is super helpful since we need to post on social media at least three times a week. This feature lets me manage our social media schedule at the end of the month for the following month. Also, the initial setup was super easy, and the onboarding process was great.

They erase our profile, they haven't solved the issue and it has been almost a week. The posts do not appear in the story of Facebook or Instagram

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I find SOCi fairly easy to use and appreciate being able to access all of our social media platforms in one area. The initial setup was quite easy as well, with our marketing team providing a training course, which made learning the platform straightforward. SOCi also helps by allowing us to see the calendar and suggest items that we can post for the month.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

The only difficult thing I've seen is just being able to configure the pictures to fit the different platforms. Just a way to be able to easily configure the pictures that fit one platform versus pictures that fit another platform.

SOCi helps manage our social media, giving us easy access to all platforms and reviews in one place, so we no longer post individually.

I like that I was able to use the Google review. It is very valuable because there are other social media management tools that don't have that availability. Having templates to respond makes it more efficient and easier to respond and get everything taken care of in a day or less than a few hours. So, that was great for me.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I had an issue where it wasn't clear with the analytics. It didn't give me good reporting. And, it wasn't user-friendly. When I started using it, it wasn't straightforward. It wasn't easy to go in and post. Many of the theaters on their end had problems understanding the program.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SOCi for social media management, scheduling multiple posts, and creating groups to streamline processes, like managing movie theater launches efficiently.

I like that you can schedule social media posts over multiple accounts, respond to reviews, and view reports all in one place.  It is extremely easy to use, very intuitive, and I use it daily.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I'm not sure if this is a SOCi thing or a Meta thing, but I would like to be able to attach my instagram separately than my facebook, it would make using multiple accounts easier for me.

SOCi gives us time back that we never had before by being one product that benefits multiple avenues of marketing.  It is extremely efficient and gets our jobs done faster.

The AI responses are so helpful. I enjoy that I can see all reviews and other interactions all in one place, and effectively respond to them. The platform is easy to use, very user friendly. I have had no issues thus far.

There is sometimes a delay in receiving notice of new reviews. I've noticed that sometimes it seems faster, but some are slower to arrive to my inbox. My company likes us to respond to reviews within 8 hours, but that is harder to do if it is not coming to me in a timely manner.

Automatic posts that I can adjust as needed to meet the desires of my clients seeing them.

Sometimes I forget to delete some of those posts that I am not ready to publish.  The only reason I choose to delete is when they are not relevant to me, my market, my beliefs, or my contacts.

Soci is keeping my name in front of mass friends/ acquaintances on social platforms.  These are folks that I don't reach out to daily but yet they see me when they scroll.

I really like that I can integrate multiple locations that I manage and view all the results in one platform, instead of having to log into each location separately and do all the tedious social media work for multiple stores.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I’ve run into some integration issues between Ace and SOCi, and as a retailer it gets frustrating not having full access to troubleshoot the problems myself and having to wait on others to fix them.

In the past, I’ve received helpful support with integrating new locations and media pages.
