**What do you like best about SOCi?**

SOCi makes it easy to manage all my social media accounts, reviews, and business listings from one dashboard. It seriously saves time and keeps things organized.
I really like how I can customize content by location but still keep a consistent brand voice. Perfect if you’re managing multiple locations or franchises.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

It’s not the easiest platform to learn at first. There’s a lot going on in the dashboard, and it can feel overwhelming if you’re new.
In the other hand, the mobile version or app doesn’t have the same functionality as desktop. Would love more flexibility when I’m on the go.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest problems SOCi has helped solve for me is the chaos of managing multiple locations and platforms. Before SOCi, we were constantly jumping between different tools — logging into separate social media accounts, monitoring reviews manually, and trying to keep up with inconsistent branding across locations. It was honestly exhausting and really inefficient.

SOCi has centralized everything. I can now manage all our social media posts, respond to reviews, update listings, and track performance — all in one place. It’s cut down a ton of time and made it way easier to keep our messaging consistent while still allowing for location-specific customization.

The review management part has also been a game changer. Instead of digging through each platform separately to respond to feedback, SOCi pulls it all into one dashboard. That means we can reply faster, catch trends, and just stay more connected to what customers are actually saying about us.

On top of that, the analytics and reporting features give me real data to work with, which helps with decision-making. I’m not just guessing what’s working anymore — I can see it.

Overall, SOCi has helped us be more efficient, stay more consistent, and engage better with our audience — especially across multiple locations. It’s taken a lot of the manual stress off my plate.

What I like best about SOCi is how it brings multiple tools and functions into one platform. It makes managing online presence, customer engagement, and local marketing much more efficient. The centralized dashboard saves time, improves consistency across locations, and makes it easy to monitor reviews, social media, and customer interactions all in one place. The reporting and insights are especially helpful because they provide clear visibility into performance and opportunities for improvement.

The biggest downside of SOCi is that some features can be difficult to find, and the interface can feel a bit cluttered at times. Improved navigation and more customizable reporting options would make the platform easier and more efficient to use.

What I like best about SOCi is that it brings everything together in one place. Managing reviews, social media, and listings across multiple locations is much more efficient, and it saves our team a significant amount of time.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

The biggest limitation for us is that some features, like Google Business Profile management, aren't available because we're using an agency account. It would be nice to have full access to all features regardless of account type.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before SOCi, we were managing social media, reviews, and multiple community locations across several different platforms, which was time consuming and made it difficult to maintain consistency. Since implementing SOCi, we've been able to centralize those tasks into one platform, saving several hours each week while keeping our messaging and branding consistent across locations.

The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple for both corporate and local teams to collaborate. The AI features help speed up content creation and review responses, while integrations reduce the need to switch between multiple tools. Performance has been reliable, and support has been responsive whenever we've had questions.

The only downside we've experienced is that, because we're using an agency account, we don't have access to some features, such as Google Business Profile management. Otherwise, SOCi has streamlined our local marketing efforts and delivered a solid return by improving efficiency and reducing manual work.

SOCI allows our network of over 75 Franchise locations to consistently be on brand. It allows scalability as we continue to grow, and let's Franchise Owners easily publish content across multiple social channels with easy to use branded libraries. New features like AI review response and genius search ensure our reputation and brand image are always winning.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I can't think of any true downsides to using SOCI. It has been the single best and most used platform in our system.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Brand consistency was our top priority. Before SOCI, we had locations posting content with the wrong colors and fonts, plus distorted logos. Now our schools’ social channels look cohesive and feel like they’re part of a best-in-class brand.

2. The reporting dashboard provides key insights into growth. The Google Business Profile lead data gives us a deeper view of our digital performance, which helps us tell the true story at the single-location level, across multiple locations, or for the entire system. As a result, we can make better decisions and clearly see where there are new opportunities to optimize our marketing efforts.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

SOCi is so easy to use and very time efficient for busy small business owners. It allows me to plan my month of social media post and not have to worry about it and focus on other aspects of my business. I love that I can address my reviews all in one place and use the performance data to educate my team on how we are trending. I love the AI ability to help clean up some of my wording in my social media or review post. It is such a great tool that I would highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

The library for your media can be complicated sometimes. When you need to pull a photo and can't find it. Working to better understand how things are stored.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to struggle with posting consistently, and SOCi helps solve that by letting me plan out and schedule an entire month at a time. I also like having all my reviews in one place so I can respond more easily. Overall, it keeps me organized and saves me time.

I love that SOCi is incredibly user friendly but always innovating and improving the platform with the trends of technology. It's also really easy to onboard new locations and manage across locations, which really makes a difference in an emerging brand.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

Nothing! I really like SOCi for the platform it provides. The only thing I 'miss' from the old days was more guided 'representative' support, versus a SOCi academy that's not as interactive.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SOCi really helps me streamline and manage social media platforms and our brand's online presence in one spot, across all of our locations - Charlotte, Atlanta, and Denver. In one platform, I'm able to train our Managers and Assistant Managers how to check their reviews, reputation scores, schedule social media posts, and respond to comments / DMs as needed. 

When we get to the point where we open more franchise locations, we'll easily be able to onboard the franchisee, their local teams, and offer the plethora of resources and the training academy provided by SOCi.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

The layout is super helpful and streamlined. Especially with the limited time we have away from the dining floor.   I think one tweak if possible would be to see when guest write back. Often time we reach out via email or post on google but know know if and when they reply back to us for speed of recovery.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

Sometime the guest opt of of leaving an email address so that we are unable to recover them with a gift card for future use. This I agree with, or they leave a phone number and never get back to us. Having it possible for both option to be automatically available will leave multiple avenues for us to reach out to them.   I have seen some profile with no way to contact them back via phone and or email as well.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guest recovery and oppportunities on our take-out operations. It is helping us get some honest feedback.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I like having access to the database of information for all of my locations right at my fingertips. I also appreciate the options to make changes and updates at scale, along with the ability to build my own custom reporting so I can get a bird’s-eye view of performance for things like reviews and social media. The custom tokens for localization are another versatile feature, and they help fine-tune bulk posting when I’m working at scale.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

Sometimes the features feel incomplete, rushed, or disjointed from one another. I also frequently experience outages, crashes, or other failures, and there often aren’t any descriptive error messages to explain what went wrong. Some limitations don’t really make sense and feel inconsistent—for example, having the ability to upload a CSV for Facebook and a Google business profile, but not for Instagram.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Soci empowers our team to deliver content marketing strategies at scale for national franchise businesses, and then turn around and review the hard data reflected in that content’s performance across all locations. That visibility lets us fine-tune upcoming strategies and keep repeating the same improvement loop. The tour also serves as a command center—not only for Google business profile completeness, but for managing our presence across multiple directory sites at once, and at scale.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I've had a very positive experience using SOCI. Before discovering and implementing the platform, my plan to manage multiple social media accounts was what I presumed would be time-consuming and overwhelming. SOCI brought all of our accounts into one place, making it much easier for me to stay organized and manage our online presence efficiently.
One of the things I appreciate most about SOCI is the amount of time it saves me. Instead of spending that time switching between platforms, I can focus more on analyzing performance data and thinking strategically about how to improve our digital marketing efforts. The analytics and reporting tools have been especially valuable because they allow me to monitor our performance in real time and make adjustments when needed.
I was also impressed by how smooth the onboarding process was. The training materials were clear, thorough, and easy to follow. Throughout onboarding, many of the questions I had were answered before I even needed to ask them. The process was so comprehensive that I never found myself needing to contact support for assistance.
Another highlight was the integration process. Connecting our social media accounts to SOCI was straightforward, and having everything centralized has made managing our digital presence much more efficient. It feels like SOCI was designed with the end user in mind, making tasks that used to take significant time much simpler and more manageable.
Overall, SOCI has become an important part of my daily workflow. It has helped me save time, stay informed, and make better decisions regarding our digital marketing strategy. I would confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a more efficient way to manage and analyze their social media presence.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

My main area for improvement would be the level of detail available in some of the performance metrics. While SOCI provides valuable analytics and strong visibility into overall performance, there are times when I’d like more granular data to better understand user behavior.

For instance, when I’m reviewing search impression data, it would be helpful to know where our listing appeared within the search results—such as whether it showed up on the first page or further down in the rankings. Added context like this would give deeper insight into how potential clients are finding our business and would help us make more informed digital marketing decisions.

That said, the analytics SOCI currently provides are still very useful, and this is more of an enhancement request than a major concern.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One issue we identified was a discrepancy between the Google Business Profile review and star-rating data and what was being reported within SOCI. Because I typically rely on SOCI as my primary source for performance reporting, this mismatch created uncertainty when I was evaluating our online reputation and customer engagement metrics.

What I appreciated was that SOCI acknowledged the issue and communicated that they were actively working toward a resolution. Since I frequently use SOCI’s reporting tools to analyze performance across multiple digital platforms, having accurate, reliable data in one centralized location is extremely important to me. Resolving this discrepancy will help ensure the insights I use to guide our digital marketing initiatives are as accurate as possible, so I can make more informed decisions and respond more effectively to changes in performance.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

Depth of directory ranking insights is one of the best things about Soci. You can actually identify which keywords you want to track - and then you can see which ones your business ranks well for and where you can improve. You can also map directory rankings across your business' footprint.

It's also an easy solution to implement. The Soci team is overly communicative in helping to set your organization up, and they cover all the bases: website integration, directory ownership, escalating directory inconsistencies to publishers, etc.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

Like any directory ranking or reputation management platform, you can't set up Soci to run well overnight. This isn't a fault of their platform; in fact, I think it's a testament to how deep its capabilities are. However, make sure that if you are implementing Soci - or transitioning from another directory management platform - you have enough time to comfortably do so.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main issue that we have, when it comes to directory management, is actually gauging how well they perform. We need a directory management platform that can tell us where (geographically) our directories are performing well, and where they are performing poorly - and as a bonus, how to improve those directories that aren't performing to expectation. Soci can help us accomplish all of these things. The platform can also track how well our directories rank for the keywords that mean the most to us, not only nationally but in each respective market location.

I like that I have everything on one platform! All of my accounts are linked in one and it makes posting so easy and seamless. I'm not that great with technology, so having this streamline how I post is a big time-saver as well. It was also easy to learn and Soci is great about offering help when you need it.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

Honestly, there's no issues I have with Soci, but if I had to pick, I would say they could make the dashboard look nicer. It looks fine now, but they could soften it and make it more appeasing to the creative eye, if they wanted. But again, it won't make it a better platform or enhance it's performance in any way, so it's purely cosmetic!

Time! It allows us to post on multiple platforms in a very efficient manner. I also really like the analytics and performance data so we can see what's working best for our audience.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

Being able to see Google information on the platform is very helpful along with the option to link multiple social media types.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

When trying to schedule posts, if it is something that has already been posted under another Anytime Fitness account, it won't let you post it. If trying to post a story, there are minimal features to be able to add to the story other than just an image. Automatic posts are consistently marked as unable to post. The UI takes so much time to load, it is faster to go through the instagram or Facebook app itself to be able to schedule posts. When trying to get support, there is an email account that it says to email, but then you get an email stating that you need to login to your account to receive support. When I was trying to gain access, this wasn't helpful because I didn't have an account to use. There is also no way to post a Facebook story on there, when posting an instagram story, it doesn't carry over to Facebook. If I go on the Instagram app and post a story, then it posts it on Facebook and instagram. Meta Business Suite allows all these features as well. There isn't anything special about SOCi compared to the Business Suite that I have found other than integration of Google, which we don't even use often. All of the meetings that are supposed to help us learn about how to use SOCi seem to be pointless. I take what they say and try to apply it, but then I run into issues because of what I am wanting to actually do isn't available or I get errors.

There are no problems that SOCi solves compared to Meta Business Suite.

One of the more valuable features on SOCI is the ability to post to multiple platforms simultaneously. You can do one mass post or change wording and set-up for each on without having to go between multiple pages or tabs. This alone saves significant amounts of time and reduces confusion.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

As a, second tier user so to speak, I do find some frustrations in utilizing some of the tools such as changing audiences or paid postings. A lot of that is controlled above by my parent organization so that does cause some frustration. I use the free posting most but the few times I have tried paid posting I have trouble uploading and finding my content to post in a paid ad. In defense though I have not reached out to the soci about that yet but it is on my to do list. The initial support setting it up and online tools have been useful.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting our brand offerings in front of the public at a reasonable, trackable cost is one of the most important parts of staying successful. People don’t automatically flock to us, and SOCI helps with that at a fair price. It lets us target the right customers and reduces wasted ad spend. On top of that, the posting options are invaluable—it’s smart posting. I can rewrite the copy and tailor what it says for each platform without ever leaving the page. Complete integration if you allow it to connect to all the platform options you have! That saves me time, keeps the process efficient, and has been reliable so far. I haven’t had any issues with that feature.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

SOCi has been very helpful to in seamlessly managing our primary social in one place that is concise and informative. It's easy for our corporate office to prebuilt posts for us, let us the franchisee move and alter the text and tags, as well as the timing of these posts. It is also easy to see the response and effect of these posts in their report system. As a franchisee it is easy to add our own posts to their existing line up and make our social media content relevant to our individual brand as well as the overall franchise as a whole. It's easy to login in everyday and keep tabs on the new information in one place that isn't as nebulous as Meta's back end right now. I like that we can boost posts from within SOCi without having to go to 20 different screens, or figure out which of the 10 different ways you can boost a post on Meta has the feature you are looking for. The addition of stories/reels to the mix is very useful as we tend to do those almost exclusively for our branding pieces.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

Messages are slow. Often by the time SOCi notifies us about a message or response, we have already resolved it. Luckily we are using this as a check and balance system. It could also be a little more indepth with the statistics it gives us in the report.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having to login into and juggle both Facebook and Instagram using their native backend, which is often nebulous and confusing when you just want a simple answer, or to just boost a post. Integrating with both of these platforms directly helps keep social media advertising fast and effective. The new AI features are helpful in generating copy and combining it with images from a library pool to help give me more time running other aspects of my business without having to hire an intern for social media, which more than pays for the cost of the service. There's support and resources when needed, but a lot of the user interface is straightforward and easy to understand.

I like that I can post about so many different providers with very little work.  It was easy to set up.  I am one of the agents who get it for free with my agency, so the price is perfect.  I can link to my instagram, facebook, linked in and tik tok easily.  The posts are good looking and I have been getting some likes on them.  I do wish that there was more about sales though as I haven't gotten any leads from this yet.   I haven't had to as for any support at this time, but the emails I have recieved on it have been helpful.

That the same working is on the posts for each platform, I would be nice to not have to go in and update that.

What I like most is being able to schedule my posts ahead of time and choose what time they'll be delivered on the platform of my choice. I can schedule my posts ahead for a month, so if I'm going on vacation, won't be available, or get really busy, I don't have to worry about whether or not my social media is posted. It keeps me engaged with my business. Scheduling ahead saves me time and helps me improve consistency across channels that I would not check separately. It also lets me distinguish what I want to post on one social media channel versus another, and make sure my posts are engaging depending on the audience. SOCi tells me when I get the most engagement, and when I look at that data I'm able to adjust the times I post for the rest of the month to give me the highest engagement. It also helps me get straight to replying to comments without having to scroll through social media to find responses. Setup was very easy since my organization set it up for me, so it was plug and play. I could just get in there and schedule posts. Right now it's a very valuable tool that I'm using on a regular basis, and I haven't found anything that I don't like about it.

I appreciate the ability to bulk post across a multitude of properties. I remember a time when I would have to go into each individual location to post one item which was incredibly time consuming. It's great that SOCi is always refining and improving their process to create a more beneficial platform for their users.

There are a multitude of functions I wish existed within the platform. For example, I’d like to be able to edit posts that are essentially the same but split across platforms all at once. I’d also like the option to send a polite rejection message to a team when their post is rejected, rather than personally having to reach out multiple times to get a property to adjust their post (some type of follow-up). Additionally, it would be helpful to bulk post to locations I have at my disposal, instead of needing to create an entirely new group to do so. For instance, when there’s a specific promotion happening at a majority of properties but not all, I currently have to post individually at the property level.

They recently added buffer time, which helps solve a common issue I run into: social leads sometimes try to post something immediately without letting anyone know they’re doing it. **What do you like best about SOCi?**

I like that SOCi puts everything in one place, making the process of posting on social media and responding to reviews simpler and ensuring I don't miss anything. I also appreciate the ability to schedule posts as far in advance as we need, which is super helpful because posting three times a week can be easily forgotten when you get busy. Being able to schedule a whole month in advance allows me to spend one day completing it all rather than doing it multiple times a week, making my workday flow smoothly and ensuring I don't forget to post to socials. Additionally, I like that it's a hub for all online presences.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I wish there were more consistent notifications for reviews so we can reply in a timely manner.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SOCi centralizes all tasks, simplifying social media posting and review responses. I can schedule a month's posts in advance, streamlining my workflow and preventing missed posts.
