**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I use SOCi to manage my social media accounts across all platforms, and it helps me schedule my content efficiently. I like how it saves my posts in a library, allowing me to repost and recycle older content. The notifications for comments and views are handy, ensuring I don't miss anything on multiple platforms. The scheduling tool is great, letting me post across all platforms with one button. I also appreciate how it organizes everything in libraries, which makes it easier to manage and reuse my content.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I think it'd be helpful if you can just let us know what are the peak times for our specific target market. So we're targeting, you know, women from the ages of 25 to 35. Just tell us what are the peak times to post for that age group. Know that's a lot of AI work, but I think you guys can create it so that we can post peak times, but the homework is done for us.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SOCi for managing my social media accounts across all platforms. It allows me to post once, track content over a month, organize posts for reuse, and receive notifications for comments or views across platforms.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I love how SOCi makes it easy to get people's attention, and the interactions are great. The new AI tools built into it make things so much easier, and its ability to save every post is a lifesaver, especially when I want to reuse posts or pictures. I think it's a wonderful way to schedule my posts in advance. The ready-to-use tags, AI writing tools, picture archives, and the convenience of posting to Google, Facebook, and Instagram stand out. Also, the initial setup was super easy—I hardly remember having to set up anything.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I think it's maybe just reposting more easily with one click, or duplicating content for another post during the same week. It's a little bit clunky right now. But, otherwise, it's great.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SOCi makes scheduling posts in advance a breeze and saves every post, allowing me to reuse content easily. It includes AI tools and convenient posting across platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I like that SOCi puts everything in one place, making it easy to handle social media posts and respond to reviews without needing to go to different places. The All In One aspect is really appealing to me. I also appreciate the ability to post to all linked social media channels, which is a big draw.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I think the UI could be modernized, as it seems a bit dated and clunky. I also struggle to understand how to incorporate stories and reels; all the options seem a bit disjointed and some guidance would be nice. It would be nice to have it carry you through posting, similar to how Facebook and Instagram do it straight on the platform. Including explanations of each feature and what it does. Some more flair, bubble popups, etc. Just generally more guidance I suppose.

I use SOCi to keep everything in one place, making it easy to handle social media posts and respond to reviews. It allows us to access ACE social media content for posting, and I can post to all linked channels easily.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

They’ve been very instructive and helpful, especially when it comes to teaching us which tools to use to further our SEO strategy. The initial onboarding was efficient, and we also appreciate their willingness to branch out into AI tools. The platform itself is easy to use and offers a good variety of features.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

While the initial onboarding was quick and efficient, we found it to be a bit impersonal. We would have liked more individualized options for our brand, and to not feel slightly rushed throughout the process. We also feel that while the tools have many different functions, the tracking metrics for localized pages is lacking in compariso to the listings features. While the platform is easy to use once you have been provided instruction, it it could be more intuitive and flow better.

SOCi is helping our business with our localized SEO strategy. We are using their listings tools and local pages to help improve our search impressions, rankings, and control what information is being served in new AI search, as well as their Reputation tool to help simply our reputation management.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I like how user-friendly SOCi is and that I don't need to log into many accounts to post. It allows me to seamlessly post on social media accounts and monitor performance, saving me the time-consuming task of logging into different accounts and social media platforms for a single post. I also use it for online reputation management, which is quite beneficial. The initial setup was very easy and user-friendly too, and I had no issues with it.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I would like to be able to tag social media accounts on LinkedIn. Also, I would like to like comments on Instagram straight from SOCi. It would be much easier than having to go on Instagram directly to like a comment.

I use SOCi for seamless social media posting and performance monitoring. It saves time by managing multiple accounts from one place and helps monitor our online reputation. It's user-friendly, so I don't have to log into many accounts to make a single post.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I use SOCi for posting social media content for new locations across the country and 84 franchise locations. It solves the problem of posting individually across pages one by one, and the problem of posting content at the moment I want it posted. The ease of scheduling to many pages is phenomenal. I appreciate the guidance about when to schedule my posts. I think the management of multiple pages and accounts works especially well. Managing dozens of pages, posting different content to each page would be labor-intensive, but posting once to SOCi and seeing it across all pages is amazing. The initial setup of SOCi was easy and smooth.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I wish it connected with more platforms, like TikTok.

I love the scheduler option. Being able to schedule posts in advance is one of the best features, because I can plan content for the next month without having to worry about it day to day. Also, having access to all the reviews on one page is so convenient, especially when I’m trying to respond to every review across all platforms.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I don’t like that I can’t access Canva or Capcut directly from my post page. Having that option would make it easier to create content right from the page, without needing to switch elsewhere.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

The social media side of things has been great. Being able to mass post to over 50 pages at a time is huge for a company our size. Pulling reviews into one location is nice as well, since it keeps everything in one place. The merge codes are really helpful, too. It’s super easy to use, and it’s easy to get other team members using it as well. We use it daily at my company.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

There are very few review platforms that this uses. The support team is okay, and while they respond quickly, they almost never really help. Also, third-party site information updates very slowly. I understand that’s usually on the third party, but for a company the size of SOCi, you’d think they would have a direct connection with those companies.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest one it solved was the mass posting for our dealerships on multiple social sites.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

What I like the best about Soci is the Scheduler. I can schedule social media posts in one sitting for a week, a month or even for months.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I would say the downside is if I would like to view the published posts on FB, I would need to log in to a facebook account, which I dont really have access to. I wsih I could go on FB or Instagram without liggin in to an account if I were using Soci.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Social Media Management through Soci is very convenient. Posting in 3 different platforms takes a lot of time whereas with Soci, its like hitting 3 birds in one stone. I have not explored the reporting yet, but for sure it will be very helpful if I would be needing to use it.

SOCi is a well-functioning software that truly helps us manage social media and listings for our communities on a daily basis. It offers a wide range of tools that fit our business needs and makes it easier to stay organized across everything we handle. We can easily add new listings and communities into the platform and have them running within a week. Their support team our account representative are always quick to respond and assist with anything we need. SOCi seamlessly connects to our socials and makes reporting a breeze!

There not many downsides to SOCi - we are pleased!

It's nice to be able to post on multiple social platforms all at once, and I like how it alerts me if there is an issue with a post.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

If I interact with a review or a post outside of soci, it isn't recorded, so I don't have accurate metrics. Also, I tailor each caption for different socials individually, so it would be nice to be able to schedule the separate platforms with individual captions in one form, rather than having to schedule them with one version of the caption, and then go through individually to edit the caption for each plaform. One other thing is that when I paste a caption in the text box, it doesn't delete the selected text I already have there, it just adds to it, which creates friction for me.

I like the convenience of using SOCi. The app makes my life easier by scheduling posts at certain times, so I don’t have to remind myself to do it. It takes a task off my plate that I don’t have time for and does it for me. Also, the initial setup was very easy.

Using the AI feature, it always rewards it but not in the best way.

We’ve been using Soci for over seven years and still love it! The platform continues to evolve with regular updates that make an already great tool even better. **What do you like best about SOCi?**

I love using SOCi for responding to Google and Yelp reviews, as well as for social media planning and posting. Since we are a franchise, it's incredibly beneficial that our franchise can upload content directly to our calendar. I appreciate how 'set-it-and-forget-it' it is for social media and the reminders about new reviews help us respond promptly. What stands out the most to me is the reporting; it's so nice to have all platforms in one place. Having all systems and features in one place and being able to dive into engagement has been extremely helpful. I find SOCi user-friendly and easy to navigate, and the initial setup was very simple.

I use SOCi for scheduling ad posting on social media and tracking reviews from different sites all in one place. I find this feature incredibly time-saving because it allows me to plan ahead all at once. Additionally, I appreciate the instant feedback responses to customers, as it helps correct any issues promptly. The flexibility offered by SOCi makes it preferable compared to other options I've used before, like Google. The initial setup was pretty easy, which I really liked.

I think the login process could be improved. It would be better if SOCi offered Face login or OTP for quicker access.

I really like the fact that I can respond back to the customers personally and give my personal responses to them without it having to be generated or something that the company has prompted. I also like that SOCi has all these different options of how I can track trends and everything else. It's also super easy to set up. I was trained in less than a minute. Overall, it's great, and I love it.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I wish that we had access to customer's real names and because they use a username and not always their real name, so being able to if they have an issue and they don't respond to their responses, being able to contact them to get more details.

SOCi lets me see customer perspectives, enhancing future interactions and support. I can personally respond to reviews and track trends, showing customers we care.

SOCI allows me to keep all of my social and listing tools in one platform, which helps me stay productive and organized. I’ve used SOCI at two different companies in a few different ways, and both times it’s been very helpful for managing multi-location portfolios from both a social and listings point of view.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

From my personal experience, sometimes the reporting can be challenging to use and the metrics differ from native platforms such as Meta.

SOCI allows for listings updates to be made in one platform which is super helpful when updating 300+ locations at once. The Genius tool has also been very helpful to mass update at once.

I find the AI in SOCi always helpful for marketing, particularly for coming up with captions. Occasionally Canva designs have been lost if the login times out before it is saved.

I also find the initial setup very easy, thanks to my marketing department, and I use the social media poster most often.

I wish we had the access to also delete posts from social media and moderate comments. Make it an option to delete a post if needed. And also a tool to respond to comments would be helpful.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I absolutely love being able to look at everything through one platform with SOCi. The reporting aspect is definitely a great part of the product, helping me determine which communities are excelling and which ones could use additional support. Our customer success team is absolutely amazing, always quick to respond and willing to lend a helping hand whether we're resolving an issue or launching a new product. The ability to allow multiple users for one community without increasing the cost is definitely a plus, and the functionality and admin tools are enjoyable. The customer success team made the setup process a breeze.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I would like some extended features on some of the social media posting tools, being able to follow people back on through the social platform, as well as posting longer videos to TikTok would be great.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SOCi to control our social media and listing presence, solving the problem of handling multiple passwords. It relieves admin duties and provides a comprehensive platform for managing everything in one place.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I love that I can auto-select a date for posting to my Facebook pages, which is super useful when I'm on vacation or out of the office. I also like how easy and convenient SOCi is, especially for busy property managers like me. The ability to schedule posts for any given time or date and then 'Set it and forget it!' makes my job so much easier. The initial setup was simple too, which was a big plus.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

There have been a few times where I try to search 'Events' that might be local via Facebook, but it will not pull up any results ever for me to share with Facebook followers. I did reach out to my corporate representative and they said they would report it to SOCi.

I like auto-scheduling posts to Facebook with SOCi. It's convenient for busy times like vacations, allowing me to set and forget my social media posts.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I like how SOCi helps me with posting on my social media by creating posts that I can edit to add my own personal touch. I get significantly more responses to postings from SOCi compared to other AI automated posts I'm using. I like being able to review the scheduled posts on the calendar and make updates if necessary, or exclude or change any postings that I don't want to post. I appreciate having that level of control. The initial setup was extremely easy and very streamlined, which made it a better choice to add. I would easily give a 10 out of 10 for recommendation because of the easy setup and the quality of the posts. The amount of interaction and responses I get on these posts is great.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I wish it would save some of the information that I am entering. For instance, I always have to enter my travel details and site info. Also, with hashtags, I have built-in hashtags that I use all the time, and I would like to be able to have it save those.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SOCi gives me an advantage with social media posting by creating posts I can personalize. It boosts responses to my posts significantly compared to other AI tools, enhancing my interaction levels.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

SOCi makes it easy to plan and manage a multitude of social media accounts in one platform. The ability to change permissions for each account is helpful in a larger organization where the marketing and leadership team need oversight while managers only need to access their specific accounts.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

Their billing department is an absolute nightmare, and eventually refused to help us with individual invoices that were missing. They charged us extra to switch to individual invoicing per account, but then made tracking invoices our problem. They're unorganized as a company and the support teams are all on different pages. A prime example of this is when we were being charged for multiple accounts that we had given cancellation notices for, but those accounts were not cancelled. Regardless of showing screenshots of proof from emails where we had cancelled and received confirmation of the cancellations, they still tried to make us pay and said screenshots "don't count as proof." Needless to say, their customer service across the organization was horrid. Onboarding took months when it should have taken weeks, and their onboarding team was not helpful whenever we had questions or ran into issues. The program itself gets disconnected from social media accounts on a regular basis, which means scheduled posts don't end up getting pushed live. The reporting was oversold to us, and was underwhelming once we got into it.

SOCi solved the problem of needing to manage multiple social media accounts on multiple platforms all in one platform, as well as gather analytics.

I like the ability to cross-post and schedule. It's great that you can tag posts for organization and preview what posts will look like on different platforms. SOCi helps me with organization and having multiple platforms in one spot, making it convenient to manage postings for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I wish I could use different photos for different platforms in the same post...Facebook and Instagram use different size images and I find it to be a waste of time having to post twice. It's not the easiest process of all time, I had a hard time getting my Instagram synced up.

SOCi organizes multiple platforms in one spot and allows me to cross-post and schedule. I can tag posts for organization and preview them on different platforms.

I like that SOCi is very easy to learn and operate. It allows me to pre-schedule posts and edit them if I want to change something. I also appreciate that our company can log in to make their own marketing posts, which are different from our more personal posts. It saves me time because scheduling is easy, and it even tells us the best times to post, so there's no guessing. The initial setup was extremely easy too.
