I find SOCi makes it very easy to schedule posts across multiple platforms. I like how easy it is to set up a library and share all of the content across our different location pages, which is great for our multiple franchise locations. Our franchise locations utilize our library materials, so they don't have to create content on their own, and it allows for a streamlined brand aesthetic across our social media platforms. It's also very nice to be able to update the libraries as we go, and I can share it with specific locations at the time they need them. The initial setup of SOCi was very easy for our team. If I want to post to specific locations, like those that are open versus those still in onboarding, I have to manually delete posts if they are in the wrong group. I use SOCi for all of my social media needs for the company where I'm an office manager. I love that we have all of our platforms linked. I use it to post and see our trends and analytics. It's super convenient that I no longer have to go to every platform, log in, and post our media. I like that I am able to view all the analytics for all my social media accounts in one place. What I like most about SOCi is that it keeps everything organized in one place, which makes it much easier to manage reviews and social media without having to jump back and forth between different platforms. It would be helpful if notifications were more streamlined, with stronger filtering, prioritization, and overall organization, so that important tasks and updates are easier to notice, sort through, and manage. Before SOCi, we had to manage reviews and social media on different platforms, which took a lot of time and made it easy to miss member feedback. With SOCi, everything is in one place, making it easier to respond to reviews, schedule content, and manage our studio's online presence. I only have to go to one place to make the adjustments for things like changing store hours or updating social media. It makes my life easier by not having to switch between 20 different platforms. So every time I do need to go update for a holiday or something like that, I have to remember, oh, yeah. Where do I go find that? So I feel like some of the things are hidden. SoCi is invaluable to help with my social media content posting. It automatically posts on my behalf and also notifies me when I have a comment or attention is needed to respond to a post. It takes a bit to set up the content to be used, scheduled and posted. I also have had trouble using the ads component no matter how hard I've tried to get it started.
