- Extremely helpful, and friendly customer support-- you feel genuine care when it comes to their handling of inquries, concerns, communication etc.
- Easy to use dashboard, with some cool propeitory tools (Web Optimizer, Unique IP etc.)
- No hassle integration and implementation... (nothing that's anymore tedious than the industry standard)
- Our use case is fairly heavy-- the service has showed no sign of not being able to keep up and/or failure Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Ambigiouty/Mismatch between information in the dashboard vs. certain stuff you'd have to dig though the FAQ/Knowledge Base to locate. Not a major deal as at least that information is accessible somewhere... but even as a technical person making sense of it can be a little tedious
- Port restrictions, not a big deal once again for most but one that is annoying with our usecase
- Proxy statistics within the dashboard are displayed in a fairly crude manner-- would like to see more visibility (totals, averages etc.)

It has stick IP sessions, which is amazing, none of the other proxy give that much time, and i love this feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They don't have plans for pay as you go or per GB plan, or small GB plan like 5GB. Since i am more looking into, since i am using 15GB plan, but i have hardly used 4GB in the entire month, so it would be great if they add small plans starting from 5GB or so. - Comparing to other providers (and i have acrossed dozens of them) connecction is very stable, while amount of consumed traffic updates with super small lag in-between usage and desplay time. I believe high-volume consumers as we are can really relate to the fact of how important it is.
- Very user friendly way (actually outstanding one!) of manageing lots of different ports, when you need to keep your connections from hundreds and founds of different IP addresses. Super user friendly way of integration.
- Lots of IP addresses available across different regions. Usually other providers are stating that they have a wide range of IP addresses while in fact they all concentrate in one regions. SOAX = lots of IP address + lots of regions with high IP address concentration.
- High speed of residential IP connections.
- And my favourite one: best (really BEST!) customer support in the industry! I always feel myself supported, updated on time with 21st century approach

The company is still on the startup level, so I can feel myself that sometimes iterations of the product fail, BUT most of them work just perfectly! I believe that there is always cost associated with any kind of development, and i'm ready to accepts it when I see that I can get more and more as a user in mid/long-term, while with SOAX - i defently do!
