I have been using Snow products from past 6 years, and the ease of use is its one of the greatest USP throughout the years and same as been implemented across the Snow Atlas. It integrates smoothly with other systems is cherry on the top.

I would want the Administrators should get more freedom to customize it according to the company needs and more API support should be added.

The biggest problems that we face in current organizations are the silos that have been created due to the process gaps and due to missing of proper ITAM solutions. Snow Atlas helps to bridge those gaps by providing organizations the insight which is required for the Software asset management. Helps identifying the shadow IT which strengthen the security for the organizations.

What I like best about Snow Atlas is how straightforward it is once you get used to it. The dashboards give a clear view of license usage and compliance, and it works well in both cloud and on-prem environments. We’ve been using Snow Atlas for over 5 years, and it’s been rock solid when it comes to tracking and managing our IT assets. we have multiple connector which helps in getting data form various platform. Overall it is one of the best ITAM tool you will get.

IN SnowAtlas we are not allowed to add tags or any external data. If it allows us to add just few tags to it or custom column to the existing data will help us manage our inventory lot easier

The power it has as a SAM tool and the capacity to process data from multiple sources without using resources from the devices where the agent is deployed. Also, the support team from Flexera is always responsive and kind.

It still needs improvements, mostly on the SaaS recognition, but it seems that the tool is constantly being improved, so I hope that the SaaS recognition works at a 100% capacity at some point.

So far, it has helped us to review the apps and licenses usage within the users. I would love some improvements, but so far, it has done a good job.

I have been using SNOW Atlas for almost 7 years now
SNOW Atlas has been an essential tool when its comes to managing our software installations and usage

**What do you dislike about Snow Atlas?**

A couple times a year the SNOW Atlas reporting will stop working, but once I contact SNOW Support they get it back up and running within a couple days

SNOW Atlas provides information on ALL of our windows devices 
This allows me to build reports for senior leaders and provide installation information for true-ups/renewals

The model of centralizing contracts, licenses, and applications—both SaaS and on-premise—greatly facilitates daily operations. Additionally, the discovery performed by agents, browser plugins, and SaaS connectors provides an optimized view with good insights. The deployment was complex due to our environment, but it was successfully completed. Another point to emphasize is the ease of integrations; there are several native connectors that make integrations easier.

We use the tool daily and have noticed some areas that could be improved, but whenever we identify a problem, we direct it to support to bring a solution.

Its been 7 months we are using SNOW Atlas and it has been the best solution for us to track, optimize and manage software licenses, also it works as a additional tool of end point discovery just like Intune discovery. Highly recommended.

Should have more features as a hardware discovery agents like OS Version. And also the UI could be enhanced.

The visibility Snow Atlas provides is very beneficial. I also like the variety of reports that are provided as well.

Some of the Interface may take a little bit to get used to but once familiar with, it is smooth sailing from there.

Licensing details for all the IT assets within organisation; details like compliance, usage, inventory and monitoring details are used for ITAM.
