What do you like best about Snov.io?

The Chrome app for extracting emails, the ease of use and the price-quality of the email extractor service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Snov.io?

Support is awful in the last days. Unatentive team sending templates without clear explanation or any intention to help when things are going slow. I know SNOV since in the project phase and is frustratingly awful. Would not recommend it to someone that has over mediocre, maximum average expectations from support.
