**What do you like best about Snappy?**

Snappy made it VERY easy for me to set up an internal rewards program so we could begin recognizing employees when they received praise from our customers. It also made it easier to reduce the amount of swag we needed to carry in-house and gave us a simple way to report spending amounts to our finance team. We quickly found additional uses for the programs and the company has been delighted with the quality of the items.

**What do you dislike about Snappy?**

The interface is clean and easy to use, but sometimes it feels like I have to repeat the process depending on how/where I've started the campaign. Certainly not a deal breaker.

**What problems is Snappy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Snappy is eliminating the giant headache of swag. We have a small team, and ordering, organizing, and shipping swag was taking over. With Snappy we have our time back and can work on other projects without sacrificing the delight of employee recognition.

**What do you like best about Snappy?**

I love the variety of gift options under all the different price points - something for everyone and most every occasion. They also make it easy for the recipient to select their gift and have it shipped to them - all while having a really easy and cute user experience.

**What do you dislike about Snappy?**

The one place where Snappy falls short is the delivery of the gift. It doesn't come in any sort of Snappy or company-branded packaging, and doesn't even include a gift receipt or note. It basically just looks like your average Amazon package, so it's confusing for the recipient to even know what this package is. They also sometimes arrive with the packaging damaged. If Snappy could continue their branding and user experience through the delivery by having cute packaging and the option to add a note/card, it would help the experience immensely.

**What problems is Snappy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's an easy way to give employees options for their employee recognition gift - there's lots of variety of gifts for people to choose from so everyone is happy. We can also set a different budget based on each person's time with the company.

**What do you like best about Snappy?**

I appreciate the ease of use, cloud platform, gift options, and opportunity to track who has accepted the gifts.  I also really like the ability to customize the experience with the gift page by campaign.  With this tool, I was able to set up the system and start sending gifts within an hour.  I am also able to manage this globally for all the regions I support.

**What do you dislike about Snappy?**

I think there's an opportunity to have some additional functionality around corporate name branding on items.

**What do you like best about Snappy?**

The system is intuitive and makes it super fast to send gifts for any of the following: holiday, new hire, employees with newborns, service awards, and spot awards. There is a nice variety in gift selection, and administration is simple. I like that employees can send thank you notes that can be shared with leadership to demonstrate the value.

**What do you dislike about Snappy?**

Nothing that I can think of. Everything works as it should.

**What do you like best about Snappy?**

Snappy is an awesome way to show the team you appericate them. Its helpful to be able to send the an amount and just be able for them to pick out what they would enjoy more as everyone is different.

**What do you dislike about Snappy?**

however this is feedback based on what ive notice. 1 there needs to be more options and 2 there needs to be more supply of the options available. for instance my building sent out the same amount of snappy to over 100 people on the same day at the same time. When it was first sent out there was so many options available and by the end of the day you had maybe 1-4 items to choose from.

**What problems is Snappy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As of now I would not say I have had any issues with snappy other than sending out to a big group of people all at one is rather difficult with the templete process so you actually just have to end up adding them to the campaign indiviually.

It is very easy to use and fun. I would like to remcomment everyone to start using Snappy for your company, It is a great way to reward your workers when they are doing something good at work.

I think you should Include more pictures for user, that way it would be more fun for them. You should not ask too many questions when they order stuff online.

It is very easy to use Snappy page and it is also included  pictures when you try order something online.  So it is very helpful and fun

**What do you like best about Snappy?**

Ability to send tangible gifts to international shipping recipients. A fun, easy, and creative way to show thanks or gift for any reason. Dashboard exceeds expectations. Snappy team has great follow-up. Large catalog of gifts available.

**What do you dislike about Snappy?**

Funds vs invoice vs what's left to spend can be a bit confusing to work through. This includes campaigns and which funding source to attach to each. Would love more countries to be added to the list. Sending out regular newsletters for those interested in new releases, functionality or anything worth knowing on a regular basis. Check-in meeting with account rep every quarter would be a great way to stay connected to what's new and hearing about Snappy roadmap.

**What problems is Snappy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

International shipping can be supported on Snappy, which is an easy way to gift those for special recognition. It's personalized and the recipient will have something at their home/office that they continue to use and will think of us.

**What do you like best about Snappy?**

The dashboard makes the process of sending gifts very easy.  I am able to send one off gifts or a large group of gifts easily to our employees.  I also like that I can see what people have selected and gives me insight into what motivates them as a person.  I really like the different types of gifts and dollar amounts you can select from and the selection is always current, trendy and things people would want.

**What do you dislike about Snappy?**

The only thing I didn't like about Snappy was during the holiday season they wanted the funds up front for the gifts and would credit our account for future gifts with any leftover funds. That isn't how our finance department works, and so we had to hold off on sending any gifts during the holiday season until that policy ended January 1.

**What problems is Snappy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were giving gift cards for various wellness challenges and new babies being born, but this makes it more personal and allows the employee to select a gift that they could actually use rather than us assuming they would want a gift card to X place.

**What do you like best about Snappy?**

Snappy makes rewards and recognition for the employees easy and user friendly. The website is incredibly simple to navigate for whatever metrics I need or items to follow up on. Because the items change often, there is a good variety of items available for the employees.

Snappy has phenomenal customer service that have always solved my issue, or found an answer to my question. They are always kind and knowledgeable.

**What do you dislike about Snappy?**

The value of Snappy gift choices are not typically matching with the value of the gift given to the employees.

**What problems is Snappy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to using Snappy gifts, we gave associates physical prizes. More often than not, associate would not pick up their prizes at the end of shift and they would end up being left for days if not weeks. Because the gifts are sent directly to the employees email, and you are able to send reminder notifications, this has improved our claim rate immensely. 

 Snappy has streamlined the process of taxing gifts as well. Prior to Snappy, the tracking process and subsequent ticket to be submitted was often timely and confusing. With associates automatically being taxed for their gift, this makes the process so easy.

**What do you like best about Snappy?**

Using Snappy has allowed us to recognize our employees in so many different ways.  We have been able to set up our milestone anniversaries to send out automatically. 
More than that, we have saved money from other means of recognition by sending a fun email/text message to our employees that they were not expecting. From congratulations on a new baby or wedding, to get well soon, or fantastic work on your current work load.  Everything is personable and fun.  To hear the employees react to receiving a Snappy and picking out their gift has been the most fun for our management team to see their excitement.

**What do you dislike about Snappy?**

My only dislike was when I changed a payment source; it did not attach to all my outstanding gifts.  This caused my payment to fail, and I had to make a payment manually.

**What problems is Snappy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Snappy has set up automatic milestone recognition, allowing us the ease of not having to enter these each month and possibly missing one manually.  Our floral cost has also been reduced by almost half because we can give meaningful and long-lasting gifts at a fraction of the cost.

Snappy makes recognising your employees in a fun way and also allows  them to choose a gift that suits them. It's honestly a lifesaver, especially having the global options.

**What do you dislike about Snappy?**

The platform is user friendly and everyone I have introduced it to loves it. The only thing that would help even more is having more countires added to the list, which I'm sure Snappy is working on :)

It allows us to be able to create an email that is sent to the employee, who is then able to choose from a variety of options for a gift that suits them, rather than it being something that they may not like. It is also a lifesaver for me as I have team members all around the world and most countries are covered with Snappy which is fantastic!

We use Snappy to recognize employees on their birthdays and work anniversaries. They love both the recognition and the ability to choose their gifts. The process is simple, and staff feedback has been great.

**What do you dislike about Snappy?**

Initially, we could not store employee email addresses, but Snappy recently updated the program to include this feature. I would love to see more options at the high-dollar end gift options, but otherwise, we are delighted with Snappy.

The gift options are excellent. I was shocked at the brand names and high-quality products the employees can choose from. I have never seen a wide selection like Snappy Gifts.

The funding section is not as intuitive as the rest of the process. I needed a little assistance with my first campaign; however, it didn't take long for me to get it set up.

It is overwhelming choosing gifts for large groups of people. Snappy made it easy because there really is "something for everyone." I like that you have a dashboard to see who has open and chosen their gift, too.

There wasn't anything I disliked about it. Maybe being able to filter the gifts and drill down to a specific category, but they do offering their own filter groups, too!

It's a one-stop-shop for gift giving that takes a lot of the pain points out of the process.

It is so easy and fun to use. The entire idea of selecting your own gift ensures we aren't wasting funds on unwanted gift items. Plus, I can schedule ahead!

Nothing really, it is obvious their selection is growing but we've loved what they have to work with already.

Staff and Client Gifting used to take a long time and we found out a lot of gifts were never used. With snappy we're able to cancel unclaimed gifts and spend only on the best and most thoughtful gifts.

I was given a snappy gift and loved being able to pick out an item from a list of possibilities!  Because I enjoyed it so much, I have incorporated it with the clients that refer me to their friends and family. Once the house transaction closes, I send my referral clients the link to pick a gift of their choice!

**What do you dislike about Snappy?**

I have yet to discover a downside.  They are quick in processing and fulfilling the order!  So far, I love it!

It removes the guesswork for me on what to give my client.  It makes it more personal than me giving a gift card.

I honestly haven't had any issues with Snappy. They are continuously improving the gift options and they are quick to help when needed. Truly been a great program for us.

The convenience! Snappy is incredibly useful for being able to send gifts, snacks and company merchandise globally with minimal hassle. There is so much less red tape when workign through Snappy and the teams love to be able to select what they want from a curated list so that it can be more useful, rather than something that their manager thinks they should be getting or might like

**What do you dislike about Snappy?**

Sometimes the selection is not what you would ideally like and the viable options are a little limited. Over the past coupld eof year sI have seen the team Massively grow the options available and this appears to be a constant area of focus

Snappy appear to constantly be working on improving the selection that is available and the options that can be chosen by both thte givers and receivers of gifts

Snappy Gift is an excellent service that makes it easy to find the perfect gift for any occasion. They offer a wide selection of gifts to choose from, and they make sure to provide products that everyone will love. Their customer service is excellent and helpful in helping you find the perfect gift. I highly recommend Snappy Gift for anyone who needs to find a gift in a hurry or wants to surprise someone special with a unique and thoughtful gift.

I really do not see any downsides to this.

Snappy Gifts same me the time and hassle of shopping online, getting my employee's personal address information, and having the item shipped to them.  Snapp Gift makes it easy to send gifts, and if my employee is not satisfied with the item I selected, it allows them to pick their own!

In Snappy problem is customization options or the ability to adapt the software to specific HR workflows or unique organizational requirements. This could potentially restrict specific processes or configurations that organizations may desire.

Like many HR software platforms, Snappy HR software might have a learning curve for users unfamiliar with the system or HR processes. Compatibility issues or difficulties in syncing data across different platforms may arise.

Snappy has impeccable customer service! There is always a quick response and solution. They offer an array of prizes to choose from and are inclusive - they send reminders about Hispanic Heritage Month, Pride, Black History Month, Employee Appreciation Day, etc.

There isn't anything I dislike about Snappy!

**What problems is Snappy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Snappy allows me to reward and recognize our team and keep track of everything with our dashboard. You can set up different campaigns (Anniversaries, Holiday gifts, etc.) with specific dollar amounts and personalized messages. I love the animation they offer and hope they continue to add more to choose from! I can see when a gift was redeemed, allowing our team to send a thank you message.

Ease of use for multiple kinds of recognition/gift giving.  A better alternative to gift cards. People get to chose from multiple items and they get what THEY want.

**What do you dislike about Snappy?**

More gift categories might be nice.  Also, a way to make it so that the gift emails don't end up in everyone's junk folder.   After the emails went out at the scheduled time, I had to have everyone go in their junk/spam folders to find.

**What problems is Snappy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company will not let us use gift cards because of tax issues, so this is a nice alternative for gift giving.

I love the ease of use of the gifting campaigns and that the market research is already done for me! I also appreciate the emails sharing about upcoming national holidays and gifting ideas for rewards and recognition sent right to my inbox!

Perhaps they could have more options for experiential gifts otherwise everything else meets our needs!

We have been pleasantly surprised with our Snappy experience. Initially, we were just trying it out for a few gifts, but the employees absolutely love the gifts so we have been doing more and more. It is so easy to manage and send gifts.

We wish there were a few more options for gifts with our logo. It would be nice to have the premium options on demand but overall no complaints!

We do a lot of employee gifting and run out of ideas for gifts that everyone will like. This makes it so easy to give good gifts that employees can select. It also makes it much easier on the administrative side...no more ordering, distributing, sending, etc.!

I love how it reduces my last-minute shopping stress! I am notorious for taking months to pick out the perfect gift just to attend the party and forget it. Or sending gifts months after a birthday has passed.  NOW I can do it right then and there and know he/she will love it!

**What do you dislike about Snappy?**

If I had to find something to dislike it would be when shopping for teens.  There's a teen list but most of the things they have are geared for females.  Most of the teens I shop for are males, and sometimes I'll see items in the Geek list that my teen would probably love but I cannot select that one thing and add it to the list I'm sending.  
But I mostly hate there isn't an APP YET. Probably for the best - I'd end up spending way too much money.

Time-saving.  I am way more productive now that I no longer have to spend hours searching for a gift for a client or member!

It was so simple to set up especially coming from an organization with limited resources. Its also simple to jump in and submit recognition.

Our hourly workers want more 'cash' like things given the looming recession - maybe gift cards like gas cards? or maybe a 'commodity' category - grocery or convenience products like grocery delivery.

Great customer service. We had a major plant closure last year and had to reduce our minimum spend. I thought it would be an issue but they said "no problem!"

It's super quick, you can give presents all over the world, which is very convenient since most of the people work remotely these days, you don't have to worry about delivery, address, choosing the right gift for each team member or anything, just pick the budget and send the gift online! it's a brilliant method

the only bad thing that I can think of it's more variety of products. Maybe snappy needs to update the list of available products more frequently. But just that, I can't think of anything else

After manually doing employee gifting for years, Snappy has made the process much easier. Our account was so easy to set up, the Snappy team was always responsive, the platform itself is easy to use and our holiday gift campaign to our employees was very well received

Updating info we entered into an active campaign takes several steps. We inadvertently corrected an email address and resent the link to the employee for the wrong campaign

It makes the logistics of employee gifting so easy. During the holidays, I would purchase hundreds of gift cards, mail them out to each employee, and keep track of all the shipping nightmares that would come with it. What used to take me weeks now takes less than a day to manage

I met the representatives from Snappy at the SHRM National HR Conference last summer.  We did a trial and loved their gifting options.  You can set a budget and send individual gifts - or do a "bulk order" and send to multiple individuals. The selection and quality are great. Our employees loved it, and I used it for personal gift giving also. Thank you to Snappy for this great resource!

The only downside is with so many categories - I could spend hours just "shopping" and looking at gift options.

Snappy makes it easy to engage and reward assosiates for all kinds of different things. i love being able to creat different campains through snappy to send gifts for events we hold at our site as well as birthday's, anniversary's, ect.

Honestly there isn't anything I have come across yet that I could say I dislike about snappy other then maybe the fact that rewards get tracked threw taxes for associates. Sometimes that is hard to explain when associates see it on their paystubs and think they are getting charged for the reward.

Customer Support is amazing. Also, the support for multiple countries greatly helps as your employees or gift receivers can choose their preferred location-related gift items.

gift options can be limited at times and the item values sometimes does not match your total gift value but this is rare and the customer support is always willing help and add the items on your recommendation too.

Snappy makes the whole incentive process easy. Instead of managing each reward manually, you can automate the process and can do it in a user-friendly interface. Overall it helps save time and resources operating the reward system for our partners and employees.

Snappy is super easy to use and get up and running. From gifting campaigns to clients and prospects to raffle prizes at tradeshows Snappy has been a great asset to our team.

My only gripe with Snappy is the UI. From a recepients point of view it's great but as an organizer and admin on our Snappy platform I wish it was easier to search for specific kinds of gifts when I'm looking for one particular item. While I realize that use case isn't Snappy's primary purpose it would be helpful for those niches cases like mine.

It streamlines our entire gifting and prize process from beginning to end. Allowing us to have a massive pool of on demand rewards and prizes to pull from has been a great help and has really saved us a ton of time.

Our employees absolutely love this program!  The gifts are top notich (not cheap and trinket-ey... if thats a word).  Even if they are on leave, they'll reach out to see if they can get it to their home address.  We even get people asking for previews of their selection because they're so excited to receive it!

**What do you dislike about Snappy?**

I don't dislike anything but there are always opportunites for improvement!  A note or gift wrap upon delivery would be great... or a blend of their selection combined with branded gifts.  Overall though, a great product!

Recognizing employee milestones was inconsistent in our organization based on the group you were in and your manager.  Now, everyone gets a consistent and meaningful gift that really makes them feel valued.

Snappy has been one of the easiest platforms to set up. The account team has been extremely helpful, going above and beyond to get us started. 

I also like the variety of options available for employees to choose. I'm receiving rave reviews from recipients.

Overall it's been a very good experience. The only challenges were around setting up funding and some aspects of customization, all of which they addressed.

Purchasing approvals are very cumbersome, making it hard to provide quick incentives for employees. Snappy allows us to quickly and easily reward and recognize employees without having to jump through hoops. I've seen increased productivity and satisfaction among recipients, who like being able to choose what appeals to them.

Snappy is easy to use and has a great selection of prizes. I like that it eliminates the need for buying prizes from a third party and keeping track of the tax information.

I would like to see a better way to keep track of budgets. We have had budgets expire and we were not warned until it was too late. Overall the user experience is easy and straightforward however I feel a more user friendly experience in budgetting and in recipient editing would be useful.

I wish that the person getting the gift could select from any prize without us needing to select a category.   By having to select a category it removes gifts at the same price level that they might have liked.

Live Chat is not very responsive, and shouldn't be considered a live chat if there is no one to assist you within a few minutes. I waited over 30 minutes for assistance.
Test emails should reflect what the email will look like when sent to the employee
I made a deposit for the campaign and it wasn't taken from the campaign, instead, they still charged my card on file.
No option to add a logo to orders to personalize onboarding.
No add-on for international locations, we have to purchase a higher tier for 1 feature.

**What problems is Snappy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We love how Snappy allows the user to input their mailing address and the experience of the user "opening" the gift from the company. Scheduling the gifts removes us from remembering when to send the gift for the employee's milestone.

The platform is well-designed and flexible for our needs. We use it to send gifts to our clients when they provide us with helpful feedback, post reviews, a quick thank you to them, etc.  We have also set up campaigns for our internal teams with our branded merchandise (sweatshirts, t-shirts, mugs, more) which has been a big hit. We send Snappy gifts each month to any employee who is celebrating their birthday. We also send the branded Snappy gifts to our employees when they go the extra mile to demonstrate our core values. Snappy removes the "lost in the mail" issue we used to deal with, as the gift recipients enter their own address after selecting their special gift. Highly recommend!

I'd love to see additional well-known items included in the branded section (think Yeti).

The lost in the mail problem. 
The I don't know what to buy this person problem.
