  ### 1. It was great for something new to us, but not ideal

**What do you like best about Snappy?**

We were able to send gifts to spouses, like for our Christmas party.  The gifts seemed to always be sent from Amazon, so they arrived very quickly after ordering.  I also appreciate that there are pre-chosen rewards at each level, because otherwise it would probably be very overwhelming

**What do you dislike about Snappy?**

If an employee receives multiple Snappy gifts, they aren't able to save up the smaller ones to get one big gift.  This means they would have to get 4-5 small ones.  Also, there's no way to publicly recognize employees for why they are receiving them

**What problems is Snappy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A way to give employee gifts for holiday parties or contests

Associates and leaders love the Snappy Rewards option!  This gives them the opportunity to get something that interests them, instead of us picking a prize for them.

**What do you dislike about Snappy?**

At this time I dont have anything that I dislike with the Snappy Rewards program.  I definitely think it is a great option to reward and recognize those for their hard work!

**What problems is Snappy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dont have to buy physical items and have them shipped to site and then give to the associate.  Also, allows associates to pick something that interests them.

love the selection of gifts that are available for our employees to choose from. I also like the ease of setting up the campaigns. I also really like the gift options.

**What do you dislike about Snappy?**

Honestly nothing to dislike. I find Snappy to be very user friendly.

**What problems is Snappy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I would say emloyee engagement through snappy is a win. my employees have reacted very positively to the campaigns we have set up and truly feel appreciated.  We are so happy to have Snappy as a part of our recognition initiative.

**What do you like best about Snappy?**

I used to manually gifts and rewards for employees and it was cumbersome tracking shipments and ensuring receipt, and maintaining the inventory in person. This takes all the headache out of sending and the recipients address remains confidential to themselves.

**What do you dislike about Snappy?**

There is an upcharge to Snappy, and I do wish that our company didnt block images from external senders so it takes away from the experience. Maybe Snappy IT has a resolution or suggestion for this to approach companies with.

Inventory / reward management ...saves time.

SNAPPY makes sending gifts a "snap" by allowing the recipient with the capability to select their gift.  It takes the guesswork out of determining what to send and is less time consuming.

Having the exact total price, including service fees, would be valuable to know prior to ordering (when possible)

Saving time by not having to pick out the right gift.

The engagement it brings to employees. The chose the employees have of prizes. The fact we distribute it quarterly. The ease of using the dashboard. The UI interaction on the dashboard.

**What do you dislike about Snappy?**

Would like to see better prizes. Make eliminate the tax that is on receiving prizes as there is negative feedback from employees. Send auto updates to employees themselves to receive unopened gifts.

Need more communnication on problems that are occuring and the mechanisms in place to fix as I am unaware .

The best part of snappy is allowing employes to pick their own gift!  They can pick something that they truly want instead of us trying to pick something for  them they might not enjoy.

**What do you dislike about Snappy?**

The only downfall I see is that there is not the capability to "bank" money or points to receive a higher dollar gift in the future.

I love that I set it up and go. I don't have to monitor it every day or even every week. I peek in once an month and just check that  all the gifts sent and were claimed and that's it

I wish that their were more sympathy gifts , it would be helpful for sending out

It allows us to keep track of milestones and we dont miss anyone so there is not any hard feelings or chasing information

It is easy to send customizable or large group gifts. I enjoy the variety and it saves me the hassle of buying multiple items constantly in hopes that they like it.

Sometimes the info does not load properly in order to be able to send gifts to some associates. We have found a workaround but it should be easier to add a new person's info.

I like that my employees have a wide option of gifts to select, and it includes many different things not only for men or women, but also food, candies, and other good stuff

Sometimes the integration with business database could be a bit challenging, like in my case because the users need to be re-added once every time I will reward them.

I have not found a downside to Snappy yet.  Just in case it doesn't ask what my favorite thing about nappy is: the fact that prizes rotate after a few days

Snappy reduces the time spent researching and purchasing prizes; it also reduces opportunities for theft and the need to store prizes onsite

Snappy is really easy to use, and my Associates have really enjoyed being able to select their own gifts. The campaigns are easily customizable as well!

Pretty simple interface, great gift selections, and a fantastic Support Team!  Our dedicated account managers have also been fantastic to work with and always available for a quick question!

**What do you dislike about Snappy?**

I dislike that they offer popular gifts at a lower price than what you set for the budget for the recipient.  I understand why, but we constantly receive feedback from our recipients that they don't feel the gifts are worth the reward value they earned.

**What problems is Snappy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wellable uses Snappy as a reward option for our users.  The interactive experience offered by Snappy allows users to be more engaged with their reward process.  Our clients generally love Snappy when they choose the reward option.

The best thing about snappy is getting to customize the greeting that we send out. The associates really appreciate being recognized and we dont have to keep track of physical gifts.

The one thing I would like to see fixed is when selecting names if you backspace to clear out a name sometimes you will have to start all over.

We have programmed all staff birthdays and anniversaries.  It's customized e-mails and text messages are sent wishing them a Happy Birthday or Anniversary without us having to do anything.  We give the amounts, they get a gift and get to pick what they want.  Can't figure the fun experience each person has.  We highly recommend!

There isn't anything we don't like.   Seriously, all is fantastic!

Snappy makes it so easy to reward our employees. Our old processes were so time-consuming and Snappy allows us to do it in a snap! Our employees have raved about the gifting options.

We often forget to remove employees from the system and it auto generates them a gift. We wish that it would integrate with our HRIS to make it even more seemless.

The system is straightforward and easy to use. Our employees loved the options they had to choose from and were very excited to receive their gifts. We like that there are not additional fees.

So far, I haven't found anything I dislike. It would be nice to be able to customize your own category of gifts, but that's not a deterrent from using the system.

**What do you like best about Snappy?**

Snappy's platform is super easy to easy and navigate. I receive a lot of feedback from folks stating they love the variety of gift options to choose from.

**What do you dislike about Snappy?**

I honestly can't think of any downsides.

**What problems is Snappy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coming up with gifts for people. The end user has the power to choose. Also Snappy takes care of all of the shipping and employee address information for you!

The selection for this is awesome there is something for everyone in here. It is also updated frequently that is nice so if we send out to the same person in a short time they can pick different items.

I would prefer a more robust vairety of gifts - from handbag to shoes .

Not much to complain about.  The process was quick and easy to set up.

Snappy is an amazing platform! It's user-friendly on both sides, and the customer service is top-notch...quick and friendly people behind the scenes!

I wish Snappy would offer gift cards as an option for our employees and have even more "scratch-off" designs to choose from...maybe even custom designs.

I love how easy snappy is to use and navigate! Their choices on different products is great, and changes frequently for variety.

Snappy does charge about 20% on top of their gift, which can get a little pricey.

Snappy has made giving employees a physical gift without going through the process of buying/having physical gifts on site. My associates love their Snappys

The 15% markup. It would be nice if the gifts were discounted rather than the same price as Amazon.
