Not a dislike as such, but we could maybe integrate skill assessment tests similar to badges to be earned in LinkedIn which would make the process a lot more convenient while also helping candidates assess themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a very easy to use product that helps me attract the right talent for various roles. Helps me keep all my open roles organised and manageable.
