HR Solutions on Demand SnapHR was born out of a passion to provide smaller organizations with the people support they needed without breaking the bank. We wanted to provide a service that our clients can rely upon, and come to feel is an integral part of their organization. ​ We are committed to building strong and lasting relationships based upon trust, service, and keeping our client's best interests at the forefront at all times. We are transparent, ethical, and committed to providing the best in HR services. SnapHR is a subsidiary of Tulloch Consulting, an HR firm that provides strategic HR services aimed at helping organizations build strong people practices from which they can scale. What we discovered, however, is that many clients - once our initial engagement was complete - continued to want to partner with us on a regular basis to provide ongoing HR support - the tactical side of HR. We began to scale our team in order to meet demand, but soon discovered that we'd be better served through organizing a specific service around longer-term support, and hence SnapHR was born.
