I dislike having to gather twenty emails per kid in order for the percentage to rise. Sometimes that is a hassle, but nothing to honestly complain about. I wish the UI was better as well (more on one page with more user options to customize). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The communication breakdown that I experienced. No one checked in at all.
I never heard from my representative, Curtis Terry, no matter how many times I emailed, called or messaged him. He never showed up on two occasions when he was scheduled to come in and video the message from the kids raising the money. Never heard from him at the end of either Snap Raise Fundraiser we did this past fall 2022. I don't even know if he still works for Snap Raise .. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It was easy to use. The staff was very helpful in setting up my storefront and website. People expressed that donating was simple and efficient, which is very important for gathering more people to donate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There wasn't much to dislike about Snap! Raise. If I had to choose one thing to maybe work on was the Storefront and the ability for people to find it more accessible. I love the campaign manager we've been working with, Brandon Moreno. He is fantastic at his job and makes the fundraising process quick and easy. The website is easy to use and efficient, as well.
