It is more difficult to get started in the beginning with entering emails for athletes which is more of a personal motivation issue. I have found that giving them one day to pre-fill emails prior to the launch date has been much more successful. Some people would instantly prefer a text over email so its a struggle for some athletes to meet the 20 email requirement because they have to wait until after its launched to send to donors that prefer texts. If there were anything I would improve about Snap! is the fee they charge for their service. 20% of what gets raised is steep when your team's contributions grow.
