Once transferred to our "normal" contact the level of customer service has suffered greatly. We did see a decent increase in various arenas of the country. **What do you like best about Snagajob?** Reporting has been helpful, but really the guidance in the beginning **What do you dislike about Snagajob?** Lack of support once transitioned to a new/normal account representative.
