Impossible to figure out how to cancel subscription. Should be a simple setting but like a lot of software companies nowadays, they make it difficult to see anything but upgrading your plan. When I went to click the only intuitive option, close my account, they literally deleted all my data and all of my logins etc despite still having months left on my subscription. Great budget option for your photo hosting but cancelling your account seems pretty dirty and consumers like me are tired of being treated like this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
