Requested support and they pointed exactly what the issue was (Our file system was at 100%) and what needed to be done to make it work again quite promptly. **What do you dislike about SMSEagle?** Would be good to have the starting guide handy online. We did not have root access to our system until we found the pamphlet that had that information. **What problems is SMSEagle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Converts networking monitoring alerts to texts and forwards them to on-call team. ### 3. We made the change according to the detailed support description in the system scripts. All absolutely professional with utmost helpfulness. The SMSEagle Web GUI covers most of our configuration needs. When you are a Linux guy, you can use the Command Line and also implement things like ACME for certificates etc. Installation effort is minimal, configure IP address, insert SIM card and you are set. We send ~1000 messages each day using HTTPS API and we have 2 Devices with each 2 modems. **What do you dislike about SMSEagle?** The price tag of the device might be a bit high at first sight, but you get a really nice product and excellent Customer Service.
