**What do you like best about Smith.ai Virtual Receptionists?**

Smith.ai has allowed us to tailor our virtual receptionist service and has provided our clients with a fast and easy process to contact our firm for all of their needs. The Smith.ai team has been extremely helpful and very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Smith.ai Virtual Receptionists?**

The only dislike we originally had was with the chat service. We felt it was not personal enough.

**What problems is Smith.ai Virtual Receptionists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our calls are returned and answered in a timely manner now. It is easier to keep track of all of the call logs. We have seen great communication improvement with our clients.

Their willingness to adapt and amend instructions to reflect what the firm and our clients need.

**What do you dislike about Smith.ai Virtual Receptionists?**

The learning curve for their new agents after the COVID lockdown period. It was tough getting everything back on track and the instructions interpreted properly by the new agents. Everything is back on track, however.

**What problems is Smith.ai Virtual Receptionists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Intake, lead conversion, payment processing, scheduling and calendar management. My clients are happier and easier to manage, payments are made on time and my business has become more streamlined.

**What do you like best about Smith.ai Virtual Receptionists?**

I love their attention to detail and payment flexibility. As a small business owner it feels hard to find services that will nurture your business relationships like you do, and I feel that I’ve found that with Smith. Their payment flexibility has allowed me to have access to a service that I would not have been able to obtain in a one lump sum payment.

**What do you dislike about Smith.ai Virtual Receptionists?**

There isn’t a lot wrong, but one minor improvement would be the length of time it takes to answer some calls.

**Recommendations to others considering Smith.ai Virtual Receptionists:**

Do the free trial, load the team up with specific instructions, and see the results. If you have high volume, I think you’ll find the time savings is worth it.

I have heavy call volume which would tie up way too much of my time. Smith leaves me open to perform work for clients, while handling the scheduling of all my clients and potential clients for calls on my calendar. Further, smith can handle a detailed series of instructions, so I’ve been able to weed out any potential customers who don’t fit our service offerings, meaning that by the time I am talking with someone, I have a real potential of making money.

Extremely well trained and very professional and courteous when handling calls. Ability to SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS  directly on my calendar. Very Email summaries of each call, so that I am fully prepared prior to the appointment.  Extreme flexibility in revising the SCRIPT - I have made countless changes, and they are always very quick to implement it.

there isn't anything that I can think of that I dislike about Smith. They are fantastic.

Live Phone Assistance. Charge are per call, not per minute. No charges for spam calls. Calendaring appointments (this is huge!). Detailed info about each call, so I am not blindsided at the appointment. Great flexibility in changing the SCRIPT.  Availability during extended hours.

Smith.ai answers calls for me, schedules appointments and puts client contact information into my client management system. They offer many more services, like collecting payments, confirming appointments, etc., which I do not use at this time, but it is great to know that they offer these services so I can use them as my business grows.

**What do you like best about Smith.ai Virtual Receptionists?**

I love that they are available during full-time business hours, but I am only paying as the calls come in. This is so much more cost effective than having a full-time receptionist when I do not have a need for a full-time receptionist. Also, given that my name is Ryan, but I am female, most other VRs will accidentally refer to me as a "he" when people call in, even if they have measures in place to avoid that. Smith.ai has NEVER messed that up and always knows that I am a female. This may not seem like a big deal to most, but it is to me. It just confirms the professionalism of Smith.ai as well as reflects nicely on my firm.

**What do you dislike about Smith.ai Virtual Receptionists?**

I can honestly say there is nothing I dislike about Smith.ai. I have used other VRs before and always had some issues, but Smith.ai runs a tight ship and really has their processes and procedures hammered out.

I have used other VRs and none have been a well oiled machine, with as many capabilities, as Smith.ai. They establish your SOPs up front when you are setting up your service with them. They are extremely detailed, which makes their service impeccable. Also, as adjustments need to be made to SOPs, they get them done quickly.

Not having to schedule my own appointments saves me tons of time. They also know which calls to transfer to me and which calls they should handle on their own. It save so much of my time and energy.

Sometimes receptionists miss collecting needed information, however, when this is done they are willing to contact the lead and obtain that information.

We've been using Smith.ai as our virtual receptionist for over a year now. The employees are professional and we have had no complaints from our clients. We appreciate their competitive pricing, especially not being charged for solicitations/spam calls. Would recommend their services.

The same people aren't answering your calls. It varies. Previously, all questions went to a general support email address, but now we have the option of a personal account manager. So that's been remedied.

I've been using Smith to answer the phones for my law firm.

**What do you like best about Smith.ai Virtual Receptionists?**

I know that I’ve got someone ready to answer calls for me during the day and get the right information from my clients for me. They also help by blocking the calls I shouldn’t receive (like telemarketers and spam), and then they don’t charge me for those calls.

The flat-rate pricing is great–I’m not worried about getting a surprise bill from them. I know what to expect each month.
Maddy & the team have been great at getting things set up. Beyond that, they’ve spent hours helped me work on my call structure so that it works better for me, my staff, and my clients. What other service will offer that support?

There are times that call volume is up and they don’t get right to the call. This is frustrating, but it’s a reality of all business–we get swamped sometimes.

At our law office, we have Smith.ai handle incoming calls from potential clients and existing clients.

**What do you like best about Smith.ai Virtual Receptionists?**

Smith's receptionists are great and can follow very detailed instructions--including taking down quick intake information for potential clients, imputting info into our practice management system, etc. It's also very easy to work with the receptionists to have them follow up with calls or change their procedures. For example, you just send them an email when you want them to route calls differently, or when someone is going to be out of the office.

They charge by the call, so sometimes a client will call in 3 or 4 times and have short conversations and we'll get charged for each one. Overall the pricing is competitive so it's not terrible.

Smith permits us to provide live answering to potential clients and clients without employing a receptionist. The clients enjoy a better level of service and it frees us up to focus on working our cases. We also use Smith receptionists to follow up with clients, remind them of appointments, and make simple outbound calls.

**What do you like best about Smith.ai Virtual Receptionists?**

The receptionists are very professional and provide thorough and timely messages. I've had compliments from colleagues about how great my receptionist is.  The staff at Smith.ai is quick to respond to my emails and has been very pleasant to work with.

I have no complaints so far - I've been very happy.

We use Smith.ai for our law firm's receptionist. 

**What do you like best about Smith.ai Virtual Receptionists?**

I love that they integrate so we'll with our practice - they integrate with our CRM, send call summaries after every call, and give us a daily summary at the close of every day showing all calls in and their summaries.

**What do you dislike about Smith.ai Virtual Receptionists?**

The only issue I had in the beginning is getting our intake script synced up with theirs. That was to be expected though, and we are running smoothly now.

Having someone available to answer our phones every time someone calls, without having to worry about an individual receptionist being away from their desk or missing a call.
