Smiddle Recording is a modern software solution for enables you to record, store and analyze conversations and chats with clients. The main product functions: Voice recording, chats, videos, screens; Recording from VoIP gateway or phones (Built-in-Bridge); Saving of individual recording channels; Recording in .wav format with translation into .mp3; Additional modules for voice-to-text translation, voice analytics, quality assessment, and screen recording; Many search filters, including search by word in the text, by the field name from the customer/case card, parts of the call, Hold statuses, etc.; Accelerated wiretapping, rewinding, and the ability to leave notes and tags; Integration with other systems using API; Role and access rights management (using Smiddle Manager).
