It makes learning fun and engaging for the team. We are conducting quarterly team competitions and give out prizes to the top 3 scorers for the quarter. The names of these top performers will then be put up on the leaderboard. This established a healthy competition among the teams and each of them wanted to have the best score. Also, getting rewarded for completing modules really motivates our team to get their training done. **What do you dislike about SmartWinnr?** Nothing yet.A ll good. It presents the learners with bite-sized information and regular questions to help them recall what they have learned. Also, the “Analytics” feature is really helpful. It allows us to view individual and team-wise performance reports. This has helped us to understand the effectiveness of the training, identify the knowledge gaps and improve our coaching. **What do you dislike about SmartWinnr?** SmartWinnr has some great modules that take care of training and coaching. I wish the tabs in the mobile app can be made configurable. **What problems is SmartWinnr solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use SmartWinnr to keep our sales team up to date with product knowledge. The results are impressive. What I like most is the simple to use back end that delivers powerful gaming mechanics to users / players. **What do you dislike about SmartWinnr?** My only challenge is that it is internet based. That becomes a problem for clients who limit internet access for specific users, and IT needs to get involved, which slows down the implementation process. But I think this is a common problem for web apps, and not SmartWinnr specifically. **Recommendations to others considering SmartWinnr:** I have done a lot of research, and SmartWinnr is a really neat option for businesses wanting breathe life into their training, using gamification. **What problems is SmartWinnr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sales training, strategy and processes are worn out topics.
