It has got a good and clean interface which allows to navigate through the available options along with integration to other platforms. Also, the customer support is very responsive in answering the qeuries within the defined SLA's. Implementation is not time consuming at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not that I can recollect at top of my head but a 24*7 human support on customer service should be helpful. I mean talking to a human at any time is better. But, the available window that they have is also sufficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
