What do you like best about SMARTS Decision Management Platform?

Point and click functionality allows users to build out decisions without any coding. There are even multiple interfaces (table, tree, etc) so you can use the format that suits best. The onboarding traing and customer service has been incredible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SMARTS Decision Management Platform?

Something we considered carefully when buying SMARTS was that it is provided by a company that is newer and smaller than its competitors. We were apprehensive about this, but the Sparkling Logic team went the extra mile during our RFP process and we came to feel like they were partnering with us (rather than us just buying as a customer).
