What do you like best about SmartrMail?

I have found SmartrMail useful in e-commerce email marketing. By categorizing my audience according to their purchasing patterns, I have distinguished myself to come up with a targeted email who as led to increased opening of the emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartrMail?

What do you dislike about SmartrMail?

Small businesses may find the pricing onerous, yet it is still less expensive than other competitors. Actually, it's a very useful tool. I used to use Mailchimp, but I became dissatisfied with their lack of assistance and the complexity of their automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SmartrMail solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've used various email marketing platforms in the past, but they weren't nearly as productive as Smartrmail. I used to find it cumbersome to upload product photographs, copy and paste descriptions, and pretty much handle anything that goes into an email with other programs, but not with Smartrmail.

The entire procedure is streamlined thanks to SmartrMail's integration with my online store. Because all of my items are pulled when I select the one I want to insert, I no longer have to copy and paste or resize photographs. In effect, the description, links, and pricing are all put into my email automatically, which is incredible! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SmartrMail?

SmartrMail offers a turn-key solution for email marketing as well as automation that integrates perfectly with Shopify. Itis very easy to prepare emails, include the approproate hotlinks and track the results.

The automated list maintinece features keep our lists clean and allow us to segregate them as needed to get the correct message to the correct customer segment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartrMail?

It would be nice if there were a more robust reporting function that was exportable.

The Dashboards tell you a lot, but it's a challenge to share with others.

I would like to be able to share specific sales data for each email with our marketing and sales team but this is a very manual process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SmartrMail:

I would say give it a try. It was a very refreshing change to the "Other guys" out there, and we have used them all.

It is considerably more budget-friendly as well. It seems some of the other solutions try to do too much and charge considerably more to include functions that we do not use.

What problems is SmartrMail solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are keeping in touch with our customers with weekly outreach and using SmartrMail as a prospecting tool to keep potential customers informed of new products and specials that will convert them into customers.

This keeps current customers buying and new customers coming in. This has been a challenge in the past with more cumbersome email parketing solutions.

It has also solved a problem for us that gathers new site visitors emails automatically via a fully customizable pop up that intergrates well with our website and has quickly cultivated a large list of new prospect that then quickly become customers via email marketing.

Lastly the opt-in and out functionality is flexible and allows peole to opt back in if they accidentally opt out. This has not been true with previous email marketing tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
