While the technical performance is exceptional, from an operational management perspective, I would appreciate more granular 'Department-Level Billing' features in the dashboard. Being able to assign specific bandwidth quotas and costs to different internal project IDs or recruitment pods would simplify our internal cost-tracking significantly. Additionally, while their self-service documentation is quite detailed, having more HR-specific case studies or integration guides for common HRIS/ATS data-gathering tools would be a great addition for non-technical operations leads.
