I have used it for onboarding of new client. It is very easy to provide step-by-step instructions, ensuring consistent execution of the process to newly onbaorded member. I really liked the clean UI and must have functionalities. The clutter to my team was less and they were able to focus on exactly what they need to work on and no distractions. We also had a small dashboard which gave a bigger picture in terms of progress and tasks which are delayed with of course the option to nudge users to get their task falling behind to be completed.
