We have the hosted version so there are sometimes interruptions when the system goes down on Ebix's end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SmartOffice?

Smartoffice is an extremely detailed CRM system that has allowed us to capture more date and increase sales than ever before. We were using redtail and SmartOffice has been great for our advisors and staff Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

as detailed and open as this software is, it can be overwhelming at first. The amount of options and date you have can be a lot if you don't know what you're doing. The customization can make things difficult at times Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the client information and customization capabilities. You can enter in a lot of notes too, which helps for keeping tracking of clients and other items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
