I think the overall interface is ok. I like that the top data are clear and the info are easily viewable. **What do you dislike about SmartJobs?** I would have liked to have mandatory photos for candidates, even if I understand it can be discriminatory, but it would help remember the candidates. It would be nice to open Candidate page without leaving the main offer page **What problems is SmartJobs solving and how is that benefiting you?** SmartJobs is a very effective to manage candidates that apply for a job offer, the info are clear and easily viewable. Sort the candidates and be able to rate their candidacy is very helpful ### 7. Also we can create/view candidate applications in a very straight forward way. **What do you dislike about SmartJobs?** There is nothing specific to dislike the applications, however some more automation or machine learning capabilities can make the product better for sorting people into right categories so that manual work is reduced. **What problems is SmartJobs solving and how is that benefiting you?** Smart jobs gives a one view for the interviewers and recruiters to understand how the application is progressing and how do we track it during and after the entire hiring process. ### 8. It's simple and easy with no more complications like other job sites. **What do you dislike about SmartJobs?** There is a drop-down menu named 'Don't Show. Adjacent to it, there is checkbox 'Remote'. Both of these are not connected while searching for jobs. But, in the searching process, it feels like the remote job will not be displayed if the checkbox is tick. **What problems is SmartJobs solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problems of job status are solved, and the same is the benefits.
