What do you like best about SmartIQ?

I would be thrilled if SmartIQ designs the page that I was trying to review. Because I love the way it enables us to create web forms, seamlessly connect with third-party tools like DocuSign, and even with its parent (SmartCOMM Draft Editor), which is fantastic and to collect input via different data connections viz., OLEDB, SQL Server, CSV, ODBC, RSS Feed, Web Service, XML, SmartIQ, JSON, REST Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartIQ?

Not much though but given a question like this, I would request the SmartIQ Manage & Designer UI to be more user friendly and colorful. And also if possible improve on "Analytics and Personalisation" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SmartIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Basically we are using this product for training and also working with SmartCOMM vendor as a Strategic Partner to win projects by implementing Web forms & integrating with third-party connectors using SmartIQ. Be it Onboarding, capturing client information and processing way better than the other systems/tools in place, it helps a lot in saving time, avoiding NIGO errors.
