The technical support team has been always there to help us to launch our email marketing campaigns, and give solution to our questions in the moment needed, this has helped to grow quickly in knowledge use and go ahead when you want to deal with new tests or just improve the ways you need to do things.

The structure to load the database is rigid when you need to deal with a database in languages that need special characters, but this is sth that, as fas as I've worked with other ESP, have simlar problems.
