What do you like best about Smartfluence?

Smartfluence is the best platform we have used amongst a few that we have tried out over the years, including GRIN & Upfluence. The audience detail and reports take our due diligence to the next level, and we can confidently execute social media campaigns and our in-store influencer events. What problems is Smartfluence solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, we had no way of finding influencers who had real followers that could drive traffic to our Instagram page / new e-commerce store and our retail store. Since we are a high-touch fashion company, we require every influencer that represents the brand to really understand what we represent and they need to provide consistent messaging to our audience. With the Smartfluence platform, we are able to achieve these results since we can accurately determine which influencers are authentic and which will be a negative add to our brand. What do you like best about Smartfluence?

Smartfluence's reports have been an absolute game changer. I've had bad experiences before using influencers who ended up having fake followers or influencer who purchased old accounts and took over. Smartfluence's tool allows me to do a deep dive into every influencer's audience so I know exactly what I'm getting into when I reach out to someone new. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartfluence?

I would love it if I could search for TikTok influencers too, beyond just Instagram influencers. The reports allow me to pull for TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, but the search is limited to just Instagram. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been able to avoid issues with influencers who buy fake followers, likes, and comments. It's also helped me figure out what to pay influencers instead of just accepting the asking prices they throw my way. What do you like best about Smartfluence?

Smartfluence is the best influencer and social media audience reporting tool I have seen on the market. There is no comparison to its competitors. The data is far superior and organized in a way that is helping to inform my client social media and partnership strategies. I'm so impressed by the quality of the software, and the customer service. The demo was very informative and helpful in understanding what metrics would be useful to know and why. Any questions I have had have been promptly responded to by a member of their team. What do you like best about Smartfluence?

Identifying influencers and outreach was really simple on the Smartfluence platform. I was able to reach out to many influencers and manage my relationship with them. There were also very sophisticated audience analytics that helped us target very niche specific audiences which we needed to market our product. A+++ on their audience analytics. What do you dislike about Smartfluence?

It would have been nice to have a method for bulk bidding multiple influencers at once. Also some form of built in chat would have been useful when we wanted to ask questions to the team.
