The aspect of SmartDocs that I find least favorable is the administrative process involved when utilizing the SmartDocs Directory Server. While it proves to be highly effective for larger corporations, it introduces additional steps when it comes to creating and managing user accounts in smaller installations. We have leveraged its capabilities to store and organize documents across multiple companies. It has facilitated the automation of online application processes and enabled the seamless processing of permit applications, all without the need for manual intervention. It is a one-stop solution and a unified platform that helps me in effectively managing and collating all the documents of various formats from various sources at one place. The best thing about it is that it is efficient, user-friendly and provides variety in terms of types of documents that we can manage. It helps me maintaining and creating various categories of documents like user manuals, sales proposals , legal documents , etc.
