SmartAdvocate Pros and Cons

I love all SmartAdvocate has to offer! I worked at a firm for 8 years and we transitioned from ATO to SA in 2021 and then I moved to a different state and started working at another firm who uses SA as well. I love all of the features it has to offer especially being able to text our clients that is a fast way of communication with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have work with this software for a few years. I must say that I am so thankful for its existence. I cant even imagine how firms work with out it. There is so many things that I like from the reports to the case management system. SOL tracking, saved Docs and the list is endless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most interesting thing was the ability to send emails from the SA program. It made the emails I send more interseting as they were coming from the server. The recepients of my emails also appreciated that the emails were coming from a server. Sending emails from the server is an additional support that I have when sending emails.

I also like the document viewer. It is easy to take a quick glance at documents rather then having to download and open the document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There really isn't anything I dislike about SmartAdvocate. It is difficult logging all the emails I receive but I think the emails can be linked to the SmartAdvocate server.

The document handler was something that frustrated me. It would take longer to create the document then actually open the document in word. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am the team member at our firm who manages the medical providers and medical records for each case. Without this software, I could never keep up with the volume of cases we have. SA makes my job so much easier with reminders, task tracking, and multiple ways to incorporate data into chronologies, spreadsheets, and many applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SmartAdvocate is a web-based/cloud program which makes access to your case information accessible from anywhere. There are extensive types of information that can be stored within your case with virtually no limits. They are constatnly upgrading and adding new integrative software options to enhance an already terrific case management system. Customer support and trainers are top notch! Sometimes there are several steps to take to get to a goal process. With time, shortcuts do arise which makes some processes less time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
