"Smart CAD – Essential Support for Every Firefighter on Duty"
5/5
What do you like best about Smart CAD?

As a firefighter, what I appreciate most about Smart CAD is how much it improves coordination and response time during emergencies. The system gives us a clear real-time overview of all active incidents, available units, and their exact locations. When a call comes in, dispatchers can assign units quickly, and we immediately receive all the key details on our tablets or mobile devices — including the address, type of event, and any notes from the caller.

The interface is intuitive, so even new team members can learn to use it quickly. Communication between the operations centre and field units is smooth, which really helps during complex incidents like large fires or accidents with multiple responding services. Overall, Smart CAD helps us stay organized and focused on what matters most — saving lives and protecting property. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smart CAD?

Additionally, the software can be somewhat demanding on older devices—tablets or computers with less processing power may experience slowdowns, particularly when displaying detailed maps or handling large data sets.

Even with these minor drawbacks, Smart CAD continues to be one of the most valuable systems I have used in emergency response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"GINA SmartCAD: An Effective Platform for Emergency Response Coordination"
5/5
What do you like best about Smart CAD?

GINA SmartCAD is a key tool for effective incident management. What I appreciate most is the significant reduction in response times thanks to accurate navigation and immediate real-time information sharing between emergency services (Fire, Police, EMS). Furthermore, the system effectively reduces radio traffic load by using status updates and provides commanders with necessary informational support (databases of objects and hazardous substances) directly in the field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smart CAD?

On older hardware devices with lower performance, minor system slowdowns may occur, particularly when working with more demanding map data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
