What they appreciate most is that it works as an information system – everything can be easily shared between units and with other components, which is really key in crisis situations. It also helps us a lot that you can communicate directly with the operations center via tablet. It is fast, convenient and saves time and nerves during interventions. This solution is absolutely top for commanders. We have detailed information about buildings, objects and risky places. There is also HAZCHAM, Kemler codes or diamond symbols – all of this is useful in the field and you can choose when it is a matter of minutes. Another plus is that we did not have to set up anything complicated. Smart CAD was already pre-installed on the tablets, so we could start using it right from the start. After ten years of working with this system, I can say that I am extremely satisfied.
