This isn't Slido's issue. The video integrations are complete, and I consider that it is the best thing that the program has because it is supported by the company Webex, which gives it a lot of credibility. **What do you dislike about Slido?** Poor support, the program is easy to use, but when problems arise the support team is slow to act, the integration options are mostly limited to Webex, it would be interesting to be able to integrate with other software on the market. The ideal platform for understating customers through web surveys and questionaires **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Tuyen P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2024 **What do you like best about Slido?** It is platform that is focused on interaction with any type of person where you can capture ideas through questionaires surveys from students aspiring to positions in the company to customers who want to make their opinion felt for improvements in functions of consumption, all this through the creation of public videoconferences, live chat and surveys within the platform through online presentation tools in order to perfom analysis to improve the creation of content; Slido is the most intuitive platform used so far and has great support through live chat that will guide you to solve any interference you present in conferences, best of all is that it can be integrated with applications such as Google Slides, MS Teams, Microsoft PowerPoint that enforce an excellent data exchange. **What do you dislike about Slido?** There are no complaints with this platform, what should be taken into account is that it would be of great use if it could be integrated with other remote management tools, such as Zoom or Skype, to diversify the audience. **What problems is Slido solving and how is that benefiting you?** With this tool we have been able to attrack weak points that we had previously thanks to the interactions we have had openly with the public by conducting onliune surveys, creating open conferences where each member can openly express their point of view and thus be able to expand our effectiveness at work, it hs also helped us internally to work remotely when we are traveling to keep up with the main functions within the company. ### 38.
