**What do you like best about SlickText?**

We use SlickText mainly for internal team updates, and the mass texting feature makes it really easy to send messages to the whole team at once. The keyword campaigns are pretty clever too—team members can simply text a keyword and they’re automatically added to the right group. The automations also save a lot of time; once you set everything up, it runs on its own with little to no manual work. 

**What do you dislike about SlickText?**

The analytics dashboard is a bit basic. It shows open rates and clicks, but it doesn’t really go very deep into the data. Also, the pricing feels a bit high when your text volume increases, and the jump between plans is quite steep. On top of that, the UI feels a little outdated compared to other similar tools on the market.

**What problems is SlickText solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier, sending updates to the whole team was a mess. I had to create WhatsApp groups or send bulk emails, and people often ignored them. Slicktext solved that problem for me: texts get a much better open rate, and everyone receives the update right away. Overall, it’s made our internal communication faster and more reliable.

  ### 2. Simple, robust, capable, and well-supported.

**What do you like best about SlickText?**

Ease of use is a major factor for me, followed closely by a robust repertoire of tools (forms, tap-to-join, embed, integration with other services, easy-to-setup custom fields) that always produce things that look extremely polished. The UX/UI of the new platform is extremely easy to use, to navigate, and even to customize to your liking for your needs. Perhaps the greatest feature, however, is the fact that SlickText has an incredibly responsive support team. I try not to take advantage of it too much, but it is the best support experience I've ever had with a platform like this. Our account manager was also highly proactive (but not pushy) and very helpful--he was very understanding that businesses have different goals and users need different levels of training.

**What do you dislike about SlickText?**

If I had to choose something to dislike, it would be the limit of character count for a single message--which is not a SlickText thing.

**What problems is SlickText solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SlickText solves problems at a few different levels; integration with HubSpot and creation of custom fields, rapid import, ease of use, and of course, communication with our target audience. The ease of integration with HubSpot is one of the major reasons SlickText works so well for us. It allows us to bring in our unique data fields and use those actively in filtering, message customization, and more. That makes my life a lot easier.

**What do you like best about SlickText?**

I have had a great experience using SlickText. It is user friendly & I am not tech savvy. Their customer service is great! You can easily connect with someone on chat and they are very helpful. I also had a wonderful onboarding experience. Everyone on the team is supportive & friendly. And, it is usually really hard to get in touch with a "real" person with an online service, so I appreciate that I have been able to.

**What do you dislike about SlickText?**

No complaints at this time. They only challenge I had originally was figuring out how to create what I wanted, but, support assisted and I learned that you have a Youtube channel.

**What problems is SlickText solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us reach clients in an easy & user friendly way. And, gives us an option to connect with clients outside of email.

**What do you like best about SlickText?**

Help getting through the registration process is gold. At times, it's a convoluted mess, and SlickText provides the support to navigate through it where, otherwise, you would need a crystal ball. Their team doesn't just point you to a help doc; they actually help you translate your business needs into the specific language the carriers demand.

**What do you dislike about SlickText?**

The villains in a texting story are CTIA and TSR because the regulatory landscape they created is a mess. They ignore established law to create their own arbitrary rules as they go, valuing 'deliverability' and 'consumer acceptance' metrics rather than rewarding true legal compliance. An effort that has backfired into the least legally compliant channel I have encountered. The best part about SlickText is how well they help navigate this nonsense, and my only minor hope is that it could be done better or more often so as to avoid the nonsensical pitfalls.

**What problems is SlickText solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SlickText solves the challenge of managing multi-client messaging workflows within a single, reliable platform by allowing us to leverage API triggers and flowchart-style response mapping. By utilizing their AI interpretation tools, we can route incoming responses to ensure users are pushed through the qualification flow without manual intervention.

**What do you like best about SlickText?**

It has been incredibly helpful in allowing our organization to reach all our parents, tutors, and even donors at once, rather than sending individual texts! They have been able to respond to us, and it has made communication so much easier! We are really looking forward to being able to incorporate the RCS messaging, which would help out with people skeptical that it is actually from us. 

**What do you dislike about SlickText?**

My only improvement is making it easier to move a group of people from one text word to another. 

**What problems is SlickText solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a nonprofit Slick Text is helping us be able to reach the people who participate in our program in a more efficient manor. So instead of a ton of different group texts or individual texts we can type it once and send it out once. It has also made their communication with us since they can just reply to the messages we send.

**What do you like best about SlickText?**

The customer service. With all of my questions, they responded right away and provided me all of the direction for next steps.

**What do you dislike about SlickText?**

The only thing I dislike is that there isn't a pay to text option. It's going to take me awhile to build my list so the monthly fee does not make sense for me. Also my business is seasonal so the monthly option doesn't make sense for us right now until our list grows and when we can text when we are in season.

**What problems is SlickText solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love the website, customer service, and the ease of use. The how to vids are very helpful and it seems better than your competitors.

**What do you like best about SlickText?**

The customer service. They always go out of there way to help me even when it takes them some time with live chats that respond in seconds and a phone line that always works.

**What do you dislike about SlickText?**

I wish there were more sorting features aside from pending and closed and maybe some slight extensions with character limit on 1 credit text.

**What problems is SlickText solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its giving us access to many leads and jobs we otherwise would likely overlook or wouldnt have time to get to. Its automatic our process saving us money, and has gotten us sales, making us money.

**What do you like best about SlickText?**

Form what I understand SlickText is incredibly easy to use and makes communicating with large groups simple and efficient, which I can't wait to try. The platform offers a wide range of features including scheduled messages, contact management, automation tools, analytics, and customizable campaigns. The interface is clean and user-friendly, making it easy for beginners like myself to navigate. Their customer support is responsive, and very friendly. Overall, it’s been a smooth user experience for me.

**What do you dislike about SlickText?**

that is point based system, would prefer to see an unlimited text feature as I see the benefit of providing updates to our members, instead of mass campaign messages.

It is very easy to group sponsors and volunteers of our event in order to send out updates quickly.

**What do you dislike about SlickText?**

Newer version took some getting used to, but once I found where everything was, it was very easy!

**What problems is SlickText solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Weather is a big factor in our event, so being able to text our sponsors and volunteers instead of sending an email in the hopes that they check it in time, is a huge benefit!

**What do you like best about SlickText?**

Very easy to set up, importing contacts features is great!
Managing text responses is also a really useful feature - being able to mark texts as closed or needing to follow up on them.  
Super user friendly.

**What do you dislike about SlickText?**

While based on my research the character count and associated costs seems to be at the low end of the industry standard - the credits get used up very quickly when sending and responding to texts.

**What problems is SlickText solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helped SO MUCH in enabling us to reach out with important information via text to our team.
