Their team doesn't just point you to a help doc; they actually help you translate your business needs into the specific language the carriers demand. **What do you dislike about SlickText?** The villains in a texting story are CTIA and TSR because the regulatory landscape they created is a mess. They ignore established law to create their own arbitrary rules as they go, valuing 'deliverability' and 'consumer acceptance' metrics rather than rewarding true legal compliance. An effort that has backfired into the least legally compliant channel I have encountered.
