Shortcode + Keyword tools – The ability to create custom keywords (like "RVDEAL250") is great for brand recall and easy opt-ins.

Automated workflows – You can schedule follow-ups, segment audiences, and even drip campaigns without needing complex tech setups.

Compliance support – They help keep your messaging compliant with SMS laws (which is a huge deal) so you don’t accidentally get in trouble.

Link tracking – It shows you who clicked what, which makes it easier to measure ROI without guessing.
