The app is so buggy. Logging in is always unpredictable. They'll email you steps to download critical documents that don't work - errors, spinning wheels of death.

It integrates with Justworks, so that is helpful for automatically deducting my 401k contributions from my paycheck. It's also nice to be able to navigate to Slavic's web app right from my Justworks benefits dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer service is AWFUL. On 3 separate occasions I waited more than 45 minutes on hold without speaking to a representative. I had to eventually hang up and try again. For a company that has been around this long, it's completely unacceptable. Any other company I've worked with has had much better customer service (including Fidelity, Guideline, and Empower). Sometimes their system will let you request a callback, but that doesn't always happen for some reason. I wasted more than 3 hours of my life just on hold with this company.
